The worst place I’ve ever been. I came here like 5 times cause it was close to me, every time I went they charged me whatever they wanted. Today definitely the last time I’m going. I went for acrylic refill, I showed Karen exactly what I wanted she said yes. As we’re getting to the end I see the color is fxcd up like you see in the picture. I told her about it she said she knew it was going to look like that???? Then I asked for glitter on top, she did whatever she thought it was fine. My nails look horrible I’m so sad like look at how bad they look!!!! Looks like a little girl training did it.
I expressed everything in the moment, she didn’t even try to fix it. She said it’s not possible to fix it probably so she can go home.What’s even worse she said she knew they were going to look like this!!!! I came back a few times cause overall everyone gave decent service and my nails looked good, but this??? . Now I have to go somewhere else and pay double just cause they’re not professional enough. Disaster, horrible nails, horrible service. Save yourself time and go somewhere else before they ruin yours. YOU clearly don’t know what you’re doing.

Went in while in town for a quick visit, needed a pedicure/gel polish and dip powder redo for my nails. Should have gone elsewhere. The powder job on my nails is not smooth, she didn’t clean my nails well, and didn’t take the powder evenly to the base of my cuticles across my nails. I didn’t want to embarrass the tech so I called immediately after walking out to request a portion of the money paid; they refused. Offered for me to come back so they could “fix it” but I communicated several times while she was in the process of doing my nails that they did not look finished. Not to mention that my daughter and I had already spent two hours in the nail salon, and my daughter was hungry and tired. Pedicure was also not good; it was rushed and quick, “massage” was all of five seconds. Too many other salons in the vicinity to waste your time, and money, here. Walk a few more steps or drive another minute away for better treatments and services. Bad business. I would not recommend….

My daughter went here today per her roommate's suggestion. Unfortunately, she had a terrible experience. Not only were the gel nails thickly applied and lumpy, the technician failed to cut the cuticle and left polish all over the skin. Despite her dissatisfaction, she still left a 20% tip.

She immediately called me from the car and explained the situation. I told her to go back in and ask them to remove the gel nails. The owner was rude and refused, and told her the paint would come off in the shower. She ended up going to Venus nail salon and they fixed her nails for $10 plus tip. My college age daughter does not recommend this nail salon….

As someone that was referred by a friend, I made an appointment with Anna. After waiting 30 minutes, I was instructed to go to Cassie. I expected my expectations to be met however they were not. Though Cassie was very kind and tried her very best, I was not happy with my dip nails and I was still charged full price. I’m not sure why I wasn’t given to Anna as my appointment was specifically with her (which I mentioned multiple times), however what I paid for the designs were not worth it. They were not precise and they my nails were clumpy after the designs. My toes, which has never ever happened before were clumpy and not filed straight as well. They had specks of my nails which showed that the nail wasn’t smooth before being painted. Sadly disappointed with my services however, workers are kind.

Edit: My nails ended up breaking and chipping in less than a week. I ended up going back on for repair and Anna accommodated me. Her designs were precise and cleaner. She was so very sweet and her work is absolutely amazing — she served amazing customer service!…

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit 2/8/2024 with this establishment. This was my second visit; my initial experience was satisfactory, which encouraged me to return.

However, this time, the following issues occurred:

1. The technician, who seemed inexperienced, attempted to remove my nail polish incorrectly, despite my request for the appropriate method.
2. My pedicure was incomplete, as the technician moved to polish my nails without properly cleaning my feet.
3. Upon expressing my concerns, I was met with an unprofessional response from the individual at the front desk, suggesting I take my business elsewhere.
4. After inadvertently leaving my phone, I was compelled to pay $30 for the brief and unsatisfactory service to retrieve it.

I felt humiliated by the treatment I received and the manner in which my feedback was handled….

I first visited this place with my husband on a rainy day, we both had the "Deluxe Spa Pedicure" ($40/e) which included their special signature Hot Stone massage. I also opted for the Gel Polish add-on ($15) in a gorgeous and glittery shade-shifting brown to gold nail lacquer.

It should be noted that this place has a vast variety of colors, in different finishes and of professional quality.

I also had an acrylics fill-in ($30) so beautifully done. We talked a lot, and the staff was amazingly knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and super attentive.

They have a lovely and cozy waiting area, massage chairs for pedicures, air conditioning and heating, bathroom, an area for manicures of all kinds; In addition to offering refreshments, including tea, coffee, wine, among others. For those interested, they have different products for sale on-site. And how not to mention their beautiful hen pet.🐔🐣

Overall, a wonderful experience that I've definitely enjoyed and would recommend!

I typically don’t leave negative reviews anywhere, but I went back to see Carol three times to fix my nails and they still look terrible. The first time, they were so thick and the gel was not done right, so the polish immediately started scraping off. The second time, they put a clear coat over my already messed up nails and they messed up by the time I made it home. The third time, she fixed one of the tips by just adding a layer of polish and then doing another clear coat, which made them look awful and the clear coat is again coming off. This was all within a few days. My total was $135 and of course I tipped, so I definitely expect my nails to look awesome and last 2+ weeks for that price. I’m super disappointed and will not be back. The atmosphere and salon itself is nice, but for the price you pay, you do not get quality nails. After three trips, I would’ve expected a solution and not for them to still be awful. Photos are from the third time being “fixed”…..

Danny did a good job with my nail art. We were charged full price for my 4 year old. Most places only charge for a polish change for a small child. I was told that if I posted a good review that I would get a discount. That also includes my mother and sister, since they left good reviews as well. The owner Carol watched over my shoulder to make sure we selected 5 stars and posted what she wanted us to say. After waiting 5+ hours for the 4 of us to get our main/pedis and posting the required reviews for a promised discount, the total came out to be $468 before tip. The owner again watched me so I felt pressured to leave a good tip. I was shocked at the price. I was never given a price list for the manicures and they never mentioned prices to any of us. I never received an itemized receipt so I have no way of knowing what I was charged for or if I actually received the promised discounts.

Pros: nice nail art
Cons: overpriced, pressure sales tactics, extremely long wait…

1st time and last. Called to ask if they do wax. Turns out they do but can’t give price over the phone, they need to look at it to give the price.
Full legs cost me $60, they used hard wax, no roller, no gloves, double dipping. The table is on the corner, she can’t move around to get the right angles. She took 45 minutes on what usually takes 15min. I did not had much hair. She cover me with wax and said she would clean later, I wasn’t comfortable and ask to clean right away.
She started “cleaning up” 2x I was looking and kept on finding hair. I finally gave up and decided to fix the hair that stayed on the back of my legs at home. Sorry but you guys do not know what you’re doing. You shouldn’t be doing this.
Maybe nails is your forte. Not wax!…
