I am not a hand model by any means but Suki always does the best nails!! I am very rough and hard on my nails due to having 7 kids, 5 dogs, and two turtles in the home and her nails can last me 4 to 5 weeks without falling off. She does amazing work and I always recommend my friends to see her. By far I think this color is my favorite 😍 (she knows I love black lol)

If you are flexible and inquire about designs and prices beforehand there are no surprises and I think the amount I paid was very fair for the top quality services I received.

Clean and has more seats than it seems from the outside. Lots of colors in all styles. I made an appt and there was no issue with them fitting me in with short notice but they also take walk-ins, you just have to be patient and wait until a tech is available.

If you live in the Villages there's no golf cart path but it's a very short drive. Will definitely be back….

No attention to detail. Both of my girls were rushed and they felt shamed for not choosing gel. The tech, Henry I believe, didn’t have her wash her nails so they turned out gritty and not smooth after the polish. Their cuticles weren’t cut or made to look nice. The tech left polish on the fingers and the heart design was more of a messed up circle. He said it was hard to do since it wasn’t gel….
Just overall not a pleasant experience.
They advised us they were sorry and they’ll make sure to get us a different nail tech next time. For $150, I just expected a great experience I guess and was extremely underwhelmed….

Unfortunately this used to be my favorite nail salon but not anymore. I was clear about what I ordered which wasn’t what I received. I scheduled an appointment for a dip French manicure and instead the nail tech gave me a dip base color with a hand drawn French tip. I expressed that this wasn’t what I ordered or expected and she mentioned that because my nails weren’t even that she couldn’t do the dip French tip. My nails were longer this time than they were the very first time I ordered this same service a year ago with a different technician. The French lines aren’t all uniform and underneath the nails feel thick and clunky. When I brought this up to have it filed underneath a little bit to make it “feel” more comfortable she told me she couldn’t because my nails were too short. Never again! This place lost a customer because I will not be returning. My pedicure was fine but the “dip French manicure”was not. My cuticles look crusty and old as of I had my nails done for over a week already.

Even after she told me to wash my hands there was no warm towel to place on my hands or lotion…I had to apply the lotion myself and she didn’t anything before she walked away. I didn’t even know we were done until I noticed that her station was cleaned and when I asked I was told that she was finished. Who does that?! Definitely not professional….

I dont know if this place is deleting the bad reviews or what, there is no way with the service i got this place deserves a 4.9. I came here last Thursday at 5:30pm, was put with a lady that did my nails so rushed that my 6 year old can do a better job at panting my nails. I am so disappointed, less than a week and my gel is already chipping off, the lady was so concerned about what the other lady was talking about in their language that she did not pay attention to what she was doing. Then went i went to pay i had to scan the code for Zelle because nobody was in the front to ask how the service was or nothing. Waste of my money and time.

Update 5/21/24.. I received a call from the place for me to come in so they can fix my nails at no cost, made my appointment and came in, I was surprised and grateful that they actually did call to fix the issue, i picked a different color, had another girl that did my nails even though I felt like she was rushing, the color is very vibrant and looked nice this time, even though my nails were not cleaned on the side I’m pleased with the result. The salon is clean, modern and trendy, I’ve tried Yen, Eric and Ben when it comes to my nails and they are fantastic with their work. I go to Ben now and he creates the most perfect designs for me which is what I love about him. His technique throughout the whole thing is right on the money. I recently went to try a facial out with Dao and her hands are magical. She has the candle lit for you in the room, the heated bed and massages your every muscle on your face, neck and chest. It was exactly what I needed after a long couple of weeks. She extracted all my blackheads and I felt so relaxed after. I highly, highly recommend going to Kai’s Nail Salon. I would not recommend this nail salon. The front desk ladies are nice but the woman who was doing my nails was not very nice. I had a reference picture and she seemed inconvenienced that I wanted a design. They don’t look anything like the picture, and kept commenting that the gel won’t last long at all and will peel in a few days. She kept mentioning my nails were too short yet went and cut them even shorter before continuing to do my nails, and got annoyed when I asked her to round the corners. I wanted almond shape like my inspiration picture yet she squared then. She told me no to rounding them when I asked because I “came in with too short of nails” (even though I got home and filed them super easily, they were not too short to round at all…) I got quiet because I was frustrated, I rarely speak up for myself in these situations, and then she said “well, don’t be mad”… When my friend came over to get her nails done by her as well (she also doesn’t love her nails and has a bunch of bumps in them/crooked nails), she started laughing and told my friend that I requested I rounded edges when I came in with short nails, as if my request was funny to her. It was just a super weird situation. Not to mention I am bleeding on 3 of my nails because she was so rough. I will not be returning. She knew I was unhappy with my nails yet still charged me full price. I could go back and have them fixed but I would prefer not to risk getting the same girl to redo them….

Wanted to love it as it is so close to my house but sadly not as the reviews say it is. Tiny cockroach ran by as I was sitting getting pedicure done. Pedicure came out great but my manicure came out thick and smudgy, uneven nails and polish all over cuticles and fingers. Sad that people take your hard earned money for work like this. My nails were short and didn’t have much for the nail artist to work with but I explained that and how I needed help to grow them out. No excuse for polish all over and the uneven filed nails. Polish was also put directly on filed nails with powder/nail shavings still all over my hands&nails instead of having my rinse my hands….

I found H&H Nail and set an appointment with Tammy after all the amazing reviews I read and wow were they right! The salon is clean and very big. Three of us came in for three pedicures, a gel manicure, and a new set. Nail salon is clean and modern. Comfortable massage chairs. Good selection of polishes. Had to bring my daughter back to correct two of her nails, when fill was needed. We were charged much more than their “starting” price for the fill. Glad we tried them out, they did a good job painting our nails, but for the money spent on the upgraded pedicures, I would have expected not to feel rushed and to have gotten a foot massage. Giving four stars because they are newer, and they were friendly. Hopefully they treat each customer as a priority and not rush to the next….
