I visited Marco Island Nails & Spa while on vacation in February 2024. Making the appointment was easy and they were very accommodating. I went for a pedicure along with my boyfriend’s mom. Tina and Susan took very good care of us! They were both so nice. The spa itself was very clean and inviting. The massage chairs are wonderful and they made sure we were comfortable the entire time. Tina and Susan did a great job on our pedicures. I had no chipping of my gel polish at all for over a month, and if my nails didn’t grow so fast it could have stayed a lot longer!

They looked exactly like the reference photo I used and the technician took her time and provided so much attention and care to the details. Down in Marco for the holiday weekend staying at our condo and needed my nails and toes done. I called and made an appointment for a Mani Pedi dip refresh. Conveniently located off of bald eagle, it was easy to find and the salon itself was clean and nice. I personally did not like that they still had the glass dividers up from Covid days but, that’s just me. The lady that did my nails was nice and very pleasant. I asked for her to do an ombré of 2 colors. She let me know that that was something that she could not do. Which seemed very weird as she seemed that she was the owner of the facility and doing ombré dip nails is not difficult. I was not asking for a design. When I was sat down at her table to start my nails, she informed me that we would do my pedicure afterwards. My nails were done very thin. I don’t like a huge thick nails but I do like a little thickness because of my job and working to avoid breakage. Which, ironically enough, there was a woman who walked in that obviously gets her nails done there who had a breakage in between her appointments I’m assuming because they do not like to do extra coats of the clear dip which add strength to your nails. After she completed my one color dip nails, I asked to use the sink to wash my hands and then afterwards she was standing at the front counter for me. She gave me my total of $45. I then handed her my debit card. She looked at me and asked if I had cash for a tip. I did. I then informed her that I thought I was going to be getting my toes done. Meanwhile, in between her doing my nails, she sat several walk-ins for pedicures at pedicure chairs. She looked at me and said oh I didn’t know, can you wait 15 to 20 minutes? I let her know, no never mind, even though I was confused because she mentioned as she sat me down initially that she would be doing my toes afterwards. It was fine in a pinch but I wouldn’t recommend and I don’t plan on going back in the future. I will make sure I get my nails done at my usual nail salon before I go to Marco Island in the future….

I had previous horrible experiences with nails that were just awful & didn’t last a day, so I was anxious to try again. This young lady could have done my nails with her eyes closed. She was amazing. Very kind, very friendly. Shaped them perfectly. Whatever she used to create a chrome-like color was absolutely beautiful. My nails ended up looking like a beautiful pink opal & the colors shifted in the light. They closed at 630 while she was finishing my nails & she never once watched the clock or made me feel rushed. As I said, I never get nails, so I don’t know the general routine & she could have easily cut corners to shave time without me knowing any better. She took her time, asked me what I thought & proceeded to lotion up my hands & do a hand massage.
What a wonderful atmosphere with beautiful people working! I will never go anywhere else! These folks really set the bar high. May they all be blessed! I’m beyond satisfied…

I was very disappointed, my nails are full of imperfection and most important thing they don’t have any kind of vent in the table, so you will breathe all the dust of your gel while they are working on your hand, and your clothes will be covered in dust too. That’s unacceptable! Also, in each table is written “please leave us a 5 star review” so that’s why all this 5 star review. It’s a pity because the salon looks good and the staff is nice.

After the answer I got from the staff, I want to add some photos to prove that I’m not doing bad reviews just for fun. I always have been honest. Here are my nails, each one with imperfection. Unfortunately, I did not take photo at the table without the vent, but I’m sure that is pretty obvious for any client to see that I’m not lying. If you want to be a 5 star salon it’s not enough to ask for reviews, you have to deserve it….

It's only been a week and my pedicure polish is already destroyed and my dip manicure is already chipped. The reason why there are so my 5 star reviews is because the owner gives you $5 off for a good review not because of the services. Believe the low star reviews those are very accurate. Jennie did my manicure and another lady my pedicure. The pedicure was extremely fast and I think she only did one coat that's why it chipped already. The salon is clean but their dip colors aren't modern nor alot of options. There's a male technician who always tries to upsell the older clientele and it pisses me off since he's trying to take advantage. Overall I won't be coming back. Oh they also charge you 3.5% I believe if you pay with credit card and they guilt you into leaving a large tip. I'll be going back to Daisy's on tamiami or best nails on pine ridge. Thanks :)…

Asked for a color to match what i had on already. I was shown a book and chose 61 a very dark brown. She applied one coat said it would darken after another coat. 2nd coat, still not dark. I showed her my toes, which still had the previous matching color. So she chose another color to add brown on top. Still was not dark i opted to not have her continue picking colors (she did offer) not sure why the first color was so wrong. Left. Not very happy. Nails too long and the wrong color. I had no desire to argue. My bad! Because I let her put extra layers of colors on it's already chipping off after 4 days, And that is on acrylic nails….

Was not impressed with this place. My pedicure regular polish is lumpy and half are on my cuticles, definitely not worth the cost, even that chipped within a day.

I came in to get a dip manicure and it’s one of the worst I had – my index finger chipped within hours and came off. Dip was applied far from cuticles so they look grown out. My nails are lumpy & thick.

The gel, activator and top coat bottles and base powder canister were absolutely disgusting. There were someone else’s nail clippings on the nail table. After sawing my natural nails so hard I swear they were going to rip off (with a used nail board with other people’s nail grind in them), I requested they be cut and an unsterilizated set of clippers out of a drawer were used. I had to tell him to even out the edges and try to make them smoother. Choosing a nail color was impossible with their ring, and I wonder if that thing was even sterilized.

At the least they had COVID divider precautions were in place. Absolutely not with the $95 with tip included….

I am so extremely grateful to this place! Tracey did a great job on my nails and was extremely patient while I had my baby on my lap. I got my pedicure and then went to get my nails done. my baby was obviously getting very impatient and I was worried I would have to leave. Lucy came and took my baby and entertained her, then Diem came and took my baby from her and they let my baby “help paint” Lucy’s nails. they went above and beyond to make sure I got my nails finished and saved my sanity. They wouldn’t even take a tip either and I just can not express how grateful I am to all of these girls! Excellent care, worth the price….

I have been coming to Encore Salon since it opened in late 2022 but have been with the owner of the salon since 2019. I love the new location. It is so bright and clean, comfortable chairs and great relaxing music. They have a variety of “fresh” polishes, including OPI, which is my favorite!
You can make appointments over the phone but I use the online feature bc it is so quick and easy. I can see the time slots of all the technicians and I can schedule out months in advanced which assures I have the technicians and times I want. But if you are more of a spur of the moment person, Walk-ins are rarely turned away!! Encore Salon is in the strip mall of Fiddlers Creek where the new Publix is…so I can do my shopping if I need to as well…so convenient! I have had my eyebrows waxed as well and they never disappoint!!
Great place!! Highly recommend all the technicians but I have my favorites of course!!…

In the middle of my manicure one of the stylists I was sat with went and did another patrons nails while I was sitting there waiting…for nothing. Just got up and left for 20 minutes. I asked for medium length almond and as you can see from the picture – that is not what I got. My nails were filed so short it cut into my nail beds and multiple fingers bled throughout the process. I am now dealing with extremely sore fingers that are causing pain throughout my hands and arms….

I took my friends to visit this nail salon for pedicures while we were on vacation. We had a horrible experience. Firstly, one of my friends pedicures did not start until the other 3 of us were done. We understand that it can be tricky to coordinate 4 pedicures at one time, but there was no communication. We signed up for the $80 pedicures with the extra massage and received less than 5 minutes of massage when promised 12 minutes. Secondly, by the next day, 2 of our pedicures were already chipping (we all had gel pedicures, so this should not happen). Lastly, I ended up with an infection that required a visit to Urgent Care and a week long course of antibiotics. I am being tested for MRSA (a staph bacteria). I do not recommend this establishment….
