I came in with my god daughter to get pedicures and our nails done. I am very disappointed in the quality of the job done on her nails. Her nails had to be fixed twice because the first time her nails were so rushed through that it messed up and when we brought it to the techs attention he was rude to her about it. Tried to blame it on the fact that she was fidgeting for the reason that her nails messed up. She was not fidgeting I was right next to her. This isn’t the first time she’s had her nails done. The second time I had to go back in and speak to the owners about the issue. The owner just painted over the messed up nail again and put her under the nail dryer. Now it looks worse.They didn’t try to resolve the issue at all. They charge a lot for nails and they have some staff that is good. But a lot that are rude. The previous time I came in the same tech who did my god daughters nails threw my shoes and purse out in the middle of the floor because he had another customer coming over. My belongings were not in the way at all. Extremely rude and I will not be returning. Very disappointed in our experience….

I make a 50 minute drive to this nail salon 2 times a month from Starke. The drive is so worth it, no salon in my town can compare to Salinas. I came in this morning 6/12/21 to get my typical pedicure this morning & I noticed that every time I come in my pedicure NEVER last. The petite lady who wears a pony tail started
On my feet and I particularly asked her to scrub the bottom of my feet and she responded “she couldn’t.” Once i asked again she did and the dead skin came off immediately. However she didn’t feel like she had to do it. I also was getting the deluxe spa pedicure and it didn’t matter. The supervisor apologized and everyone else was booked up. I usually wouldn’t say how bad a place is but here I go. I just moved here and had to finally get my hair done. I showed pictures, I told them that it gives me anxiety for someone I don’t know to be doing my hair. I even showed them a picture of me a year ago with the color I already said over the phone if you can’t do it tell me so I don’t waste my time. I came here after work. I’m a hygienist and I can see up to 15 patients a day and I work 5 days a week so after work I took from my family and gave her my time so I could get my hair done. Whyyyy would you as an established business put someone newer with a client that is very serious about her hair and has made it very clear how serious she is without any supervision or mentorship? Well Everyone My Hair Looks BAD. I had a break down in the parking lot, on the way home and cried all night and here I am at 1:20 am writing this because I can’t sleep due to my hair. I would have paid more for what I picked. I have no blonde in my hair like the picture that I showed her or that she showed me. I’m devastated my trust is gone. I even asked the stylist at the end of the night if it looked a bit golden/ dark and I know she could tell I wasn’t happy. Yes the stylist was nice, yes I think she did the best she could but do I think an older stylist with more experience could have done better that’s a question I’m going to be asking myself for a while. Would I recommended this place Absolutely NOT. Will I go back Absolutely NOT. Will I find a new place to fix this mess THAT THEY CREATED Absolutely YES. Will I continue to cry until it’s fixed Yes, Yes I Will. My husband feels horrible because he’s the one that talked me into this place due to the stars. Update- this place never reached out to me and I called them to at-least ask why would they let this happen to me and why would they lie saying they could do what I wanted done when in all actuality they could not. The manger was very rude and combative but I have a feeling that might just be her personality because no matter how nice I was on the phone it didn’t get any better….

I usually go to Salinas nails but I wanted to try a different salon so I saw the good reviews on Silos and thought it'd be a good salon to go to. I had called and asked how much a gel manicure and pedicure would cost, I got the information and said I would be there in about 10 minutes, I get there and am greeted and asked to look st the colors while I wait. As I'm looking at the colors one of the techs comes over and says she can take me to start my pedicure, pedicure was going great until they had one of their techs start on my nails while I was getting my pedicure done. So I had to keep turning and being uncomfortable in the seat, then after he gets to a point where all he has left to do is the gel polish I notice the tech that was giving me my pedicure didn't do gel polish like I asked, when I went over to finish my nails they couldn't do the designs I had wanted to I had to settle for something quickly. As I was leaving i noticed when i held my hand up in the sunlight I saw that my gel polish I got with my manicure was splotchy. They were busy as I was leaving so I didn't get to talk to someone about my pedicure, so I called shortly after I left asking questions about my pedicure. I was told I got regular polish instead of gel like I had asked, I got told I could come back in and they would fix it but I would be charged again to get gel polish even though I had paid already for regular and even though i asked for it on the phone and at the salon. I think I will stick with going to Salinas from now on, I always leave there happy and they always accommodate to the designs I'm wanting….

So, this was my first time going here. I had heard good things about this place but usually go to nail care and spa in Fleming island. Simon did my nails and he was very nice. But these nails look awful and I’m so sad about them because I rarely treat myself. He said the price was so high because it was gel nails but it didn’t look like gel and I didn’t ask for gel.
It looked like pink acrylic he was applying.
He applied it SO thick and uneven. He didn’t do any cuticle work at all. They are bulky, thick and not smooth or shaped well. I have acrylic all over the place and they already feel like they’re lifting at the cuticle. I have polish on my skin, I paid $103 (no tip) for a full set and basic pedicure. The pedicure was fine but Simon seemed to rush through my set and didn’t even file underneath the nail or smooth the nail out. He didn’t have me wash my hands before applying the polish either so the polish was placed right over the file dust and you can see the bumps under the polish. I’m so sad that I didn’t just set an appointment at my usual place. I feel like I over paid for this kind of quality for short nails with no designs. The lady next to me was also very unsatisfied with her pedicure as they left pink residue all over her toes. I unfortunately won’t go back. I’m normally a big tipper but I was so upset about these nails that I just couldn’t justify tipping.

Editing to add, just showered the polish that is supposedly gel, is already messed up and lifted up, it’s all chipped and gross looking. This isn’t normal. AT ALL. and looks horrible….

I unfortunately had an issue with my regular nail salon so I tried this one with the hope of a good outcome. I sat with Simon and he was very confident of his craft and told me not to worry that he would take care of me. I wanted festive Halloween nails and a claw shape and I let him pick the rest. What I got vs what I showed them what I really wanted. I’m a little sad but didn’t want to leave a bad review or low stars. I feel overcharged ($70) due to the low quality of the nail work I received.. I wanted a sharp square shape and voiced it…the nails are very lumpy and not square but almost an upside down candy corn shape.. Didn’t notice how bad it was until I got in my car and really examined and got opinions from other people being told that I should go get them redone or get my money back… But it’s ok.. Do not go here! Went to get a pedicure they made 2 of my toes bleed very badly. I ended up leaving because it was so bad.. They tried to just keep going and hide my other toe was bleeding after the first one started bleeding. My fiance tried asking them to make it right and they offered a $2 discount if I came back. They asked for pictures of my toes I provided them. They asked for me to come back and made me take off my bandaids to show them. Even though I didn’t want to since I already went and bought bandaids. My advice would be to just skip this place and go get a pedicure somewhere else that’s more professional and customer oriented….

Oh my gosh! Horrible horrible experience! I used to come here a few years ago since its in a convenient location. I’ve had great experiences there in the past but this last time just ruined it all for me. I picked a color right when I walked in that I was familiar with. The color is normally a very light pink. When the technician started painting my nails, the color comes out a clumpy peach. I knew at that point the polish was old. I politely told the technician that I wasn’t liking the color that I would like to pick a different one. I don’t believe she understood English so she kept on painting my nails. I was feeling really uncomfortable at that point and then someone heard me try telling her again and she then translated for me. The technician then got an attitude and walked away. Then another technician came and painted over my nails with the other color I picked but then just put one coat over the old polish and walked away. I was so uncomfortable and felt like a bother. So then they do my gel manicure very fast and it ended up peeling completely off 4 days later and my toe nail polish chipped off. I come back so they can fix it all and the man who did it did it with such an attitude and just walked away when he was done. They really like to walk away and leave you there wondering… Now less than a week later, my middle finger nail breaks at the nailbed…I’m so frustrated and upset that I spent $75 on a manicure and a pedicure that was beyond poorly done. Needless to say I will never be coming back here……

We enjoyed Sharkeys just as much as the kids did. My 9 year old enjoyed playing the Xbox while getting his hair cut. It was very fun and upbeat which helped to ease his anxiety of getting a haircut. The Xbox helped too and what a great way to keep him still and looking forward. Hannah was wonderful!

The inside is very fun and colorful. There are little cars for boys and girls to sit in while getting their hair cut if you have younger children while they watch TV. My 1 year old really enjoyed playing with the steering wheel and buttons while getting his 1st haircut.

There is a spot where they can paint your little girls nails too….

Worst pedicure I ever had . The lady trying to be friendly keeps talking non stop not paying attention what she was doing . Filed my toe nail round and in different shapes . Keep asking the same personal questions to me over and over again that had nothing to do with the pedicure. Didn't quite cut trim cuticles. Paint my toe nails like she was a five year old child playing with nail polish. And all that mess costed me 36$ including the tip i gave her me for being a decent human being. And then complaint they barely have business . Not wonder with such a botch job…
