If I could give 0 stars I would and that's all because of the gentleman that works there. The woman was wonderful and polite. Although the pedicure wasn't the best I had, she was kind and she's the only reason I tipped. He was rough and rushed through the process. He didn't properly file my natural nails before putting the DND dip on, which I told him he could file them or clip them. I have very long nails. By the end of the appointment he wasn't going to shape them which I told him he could either do a coffin or square. He said, "You said you wanted coffin." I said no, I said either or. He told me they wouldn't be perfect because of my natural nails. I told him either way the nails weren't shaped but were different sizes and I've been to other shops and they had no problems doing my natural nails and they came out perfect. He sat back down and shaped them but my natural nails are hanging from under the dip because he didn't shape them, so he polishes my nail with gel. One of the tops of the nails has gel on it. It looks terrible underneath and from the sides of my nails. If you're looking at them from the top they look great. This man has no idea how to do nails. I'll be coming back in a few weeks to get this removed and that's it….

On 5/30/23 I came in for a acrylic fill and polish changes on my toes, my husband got a pedicure and my daughter got a full gell set.
I was happy when I left. However, it's a weekend and half later and 5 of my nails have come completely off and damaging my actual nails. They didn't break or crack the acrylic and the tips came off!!!!!!!!
I've NEVER experienced anything like this…
I thought it was the acrylic, but my daughter got gels and the same thing happened!!!! I can go a month before needing a fill so only having my nails in place for a week is NOT ACCEPTABLE ! NOT TO MENTION MY FINGERS ARE INCREDIBLY SORE!!! AND ONE OF MY NAIL BEDS IS NOW DAMAGED!!!
I will not be returning !!!!

I first went there for a simple acrylic set and one of they guy doing my nails was extremely rude, when i asked for a certain shape, he decided to do his own thing and give me a whole different shape. First experience was the worst salon experience I have ever had. I have never walked into a nail salon and left without getting nails or feet done. I went in was asked to pick my color I chose and sat to wait patiently for my turn. One lady comes to see what color I picked and made a face because it was regular polish not gel I said I didn't find any gel that matched what I wanted. She Insisted gel was better and went to look herself. She finds a color and says see it's the same it was clearly not the same and I was told her I don't want that color. I was frustrated so decided to leave….. I walked out said I did not feel I should be arguing about the color I was paying for to be on my hands. She proceeded to follow me and laugh saying no no we can do it was like no I am good and she grabbed my arm!!!. I have many mental health issued including PTSD I very clearly and maybe a bit rudely told her to GTF off of me I don't like being touched. This place wants money I would have happily picked a gel color of it was the color I wanted. And to be followed and touched completely upset me. Will never go back….

I have been going to nail salons for 50 years and I have never had such horrible experience . I was visiting a friend in the area and stopped by for a mani/pedi. I have been there a couple of times before. The tech they assigned to me to do my pedicure either didn’t care, or was sleepy . She could care less about what I needed … but the worst part was she was distracted by what’s going on in the shop while she was trimming my cuticles and not looking at my foot. DANGEROUS. I made a comment and the tech next to her told her something in their language and she gave me such a dirty look , anxiety provoking. She could not finish up correctly and her “sister “ Angel took over. Angel then gave me an excellent dip manicure . I noticed that most of the techs appear they don’t speak English, I give them more credit than that … those days are over… I gave Angel and her “sister “ each a $20 tip not for their work so much so they can remember me and going forward be more professional .

This is the first time I tried this place because of the reviews I never should have switched from where I used to go. I had my nails done here a week ago from Tony they looked good upon leaving but a week later I have square tips the corners of each nails are breaking being that my time is limited I don't even have time to go back so far in a week's time three nails have broke.. they thinned out the acrylic so much, and they don't build up the Apex. I've been getting my nails done for years this is the first time in one week three nails have broken at the corners I won't go back.
The next time I get my nails done I'm going to have to pay more than I usually do because I'm going to need three tips I get irritated from tips and I haven't had tips in over 5 years. This place should do my nails for free the next time with that being said I feel if you tip them100 percent of your bill they'll do a good job. I tip 20 percent like a normal person..lol
This woman told me that she tips them $25 for a fill and they always do a great job that's not right because when I find a good place I'm a customer for years….

So today I decided to try out a new nail salon. I got a fill and a pedicure. I didn’t notice til I got home because it was very dark in the salon that my feet could have used another coat of black gel nail polish and most of my toe nails didn’t get fully polished. My 10 year old daughter could have painted my toes better. Also the hot towels they used for the pedicure didn’t smell very clean. Very potent musty smell to them. I’m very disappointed considering how much I spent and how much I tipped. Wasn’t very happy with the quality of my nails either. The length from hand to hand didn’t match compared to the other fingers, some longer and some shorter. It’s not like they were busy either. At one point I was the only person in the salon. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. I visited another salon earlier today, but I had to rush out before they started because I was called into work. They didn’t have any more openings until next week, so I booked an appointment with Easy Nails for later in the evening. I always choose places to go based on reviews, and I saw this place had 4.1 stars, so I decided to give it a try. Not going to lie, when I got to the parking lot, I looked at photos in the reviews and was terrified. Some of the pictures look terrible. I’m not sure how people were okay leaving like that. But then again, I am VERY picky about my nails. I have a specific shape I like, that no one ever seems to get right, and they must be a certain thickness, etc. I debated leaving before even walking in. This nail salon is very basic. It’s no luxury salon by any means, but don’t let that deter you. I would argue that these are some of the best nails I’ve ever had. He gave me exactly what I was looking for, the ombré, which other salons seem to having trouble doing. The shape, which I always ask for and no one gets right, was PERFECT. These nails are almost flawless, which is a huge compliment coming from someone who is so picky….

I went for a full set, the employees were super nice but the individual who did my nails did a poor job. He cut my finger and painted my nails very poorly. The shape is super off, it looks more of like a coffin shape when i asked for square. He used school scissors to cut my tips and my nails were sore after because of how rough he was with the file. To be honest, they just look funky in general….

I went in for a manicure. I wanted my nails to be cleaned and my cuticles to be cleaned but just like as is expected with everything from China what you buy vs what you get. He said my nails don’t need to be cleaned because the dremel will clean it. Under the bed of my nails are still dirty and this was $50!! Never again. I’m not a one size fits all person. Comfy chairs is the only plus about this place. Went in for a pedicure, we were the only ones there, the manager was only person in there, he called someone and she came right away to do my pedicure. Didn't ask what type of pedicure I wanted just started the pedicure. She cut my nails without asking if I wanted them cut or just filed. She was rough with the file under my nails. All she did was scrub the bottom of my feet and put scrub on my calves with a 30 sec rubbing it in then rinsed it, put a hot towel then painted my nails unprofessionally. I didn't get a foot massage or ask how I liked it. I have dry spots on my door still, cuticles that need cut. I would never recommend this place to anyone….

Came in for a fill, the lady who did the fill drilled into my nail beds and hurt me several times, she also put on a color I picked (to test it) before taking off the old product, and ended up drilling off my old color with uncured gel color that got into her drill bit making it harder for her to get the old product off. She didn't get all of the old gel off. The shape of my nails wasn't asked or done in any respect, they are uneven from one side to another and went from a coffin shape to some sort of loppy rounded squoval. The gel was put on in glops where I came home with uncured nails that smudged, flaked, and looked like I'd just been through a tractor pull. The gel she put on also flooded my cuticles, and I have glitter stuck on my skin. Also, the interior of the shop was pretty dirty, and the nail tools that they used didn't look clean. The stations have seen better days and also had a lot of drilled off products built up in the corners. It didn't seem sanitary and gave me the creeps. I'm never going back, I'd give zero stars if I could. The nail tech was also unprofessional in that she kept bringing up politics and made some borderline racist comments….

I'm trying to grow my thin nails out, so we did a dip to keep them from peeling off while washing my hair or dishes, I wasn't sure if I was going to do just a gel manicure or a dip on my natural nails and he suggested the dip. My nails turned out beautifully, and aren't harmed and strong and still look natural. I'm excited to see them grow, I hate getting acrylics and the tips. It's such a pain in the butt, my natural nails are so thin, I've been there twice for my nails and once for a haircut. They are so friendly!

I went back today, Mar 4th, 2024, with my daughter to get our nails done. Jayden, of course, did an amazing job, like always!!!! She got her nails longer, with a couple of cherries. I had the acrylics filled, they look beautiful 🥰😘 My daughter is in a pageant coming up soon at her work, and Jayden is the only one I really trust to give her the perfect nails for the event!!!!

I brought my daughter and my daughter by choice to get our toes and nails done specifically for Saint Patrick's Day and eyebrows wax and it was an amazing day. All three of us. We had so much fun with Jayden. He's amazing!! Picture perfect in the nails…
