Came in for an acrylic/gel manicure and other than the lady that did my nails having the worst attitude, rushed the ENTIRE process (legit did 1 coat?), she completely botched my nails and when I finally had the courage to ask to fix the MANY imperfections, she was rude and just filed them….. if you are that inexperienced you really should not be doing people’s nails. Such horrible customer service she had. Other people working there were nice as my sisters nails were good. Waste of my money and time….

Loyal client since 2021. Today was the last day I will give any of my money to this salon. I've tried to stick it out even after the constant raising of prices, taking away all discounts and incentives. I mean the prices raised 3 times in one year, within months of each other.

Today is exactly two weeks from when I got my nails done. They were not right the first day I left. I texted her pictures and telling her that although the nails seemed ok before I left, as soon as I got home I started noticing they were not right. And I was basically brushed off. Told that it just "looked that way to me". I had another nail tech look at them and they confirmed they weren't right. She never even offered for me to come back in so she could take a look or anything. I mean the nails were not even sealed from DAY ONE. Everything I touched stuck to the nails and I couldn't get it off. The top coat was peeling off multiple nails. My nails have never looked this grown out in two weeks. She's even said herself after 4 weeks at times that they weren't that grown out.

Today was my first time I was able to go into the salon to get a soak off. I've never gone for just a soak off, I ALWAYS get a new set. When I got there and stated I wanted a soak off, after knowing we texted about the nails you would think she would have at least looked at them. Instead she had someone else soak me off and when I asked aren't you going to even look at them she said with an attitude "it's been weeks". Yeah two weeks to the day, but I communicated with you the day of. There's been other times I've not been happy with my nails but I just grinned and bear it. This was the last straw. There's hundreds of salons around here and if I'm going to spend my money, I want to be happy with the service every time…

My husband went and got me a gift certificate for a Mani & Pedi. I went in two nights ago and was told they'd do both at the same time. No problem for me, went to my chair, started a Pedi with one employee, was switched in the middle so he could do someone else's nails. Still, no problem. However my nails look like my toddler attempted to do them and they basically cut my cuticle on both big toes. Paid almost over $100 plus tip for services and it literally hurts to put socks on and go to work due to having raw cuticles. Not sure where all of the great reviews come from, but that unfortunately was not the case for me at all….

The partial design was $5 and the design on both hands was $15….

From a customer perspective, I felt as though I was an inconvenience to Kim. I have been a customer since they opened I normally get the acrylic and chose to do a gel manicure instead. She smirked at me and kept pointing at me while talking to an another technician. She proceeded to stay in the back area while I was getting my manicure completed. On the positive side, Nancy did my manicure/pedicure and did an amazing job. Nancy was great. She took her time and was very gentle. I am a paying customer. I have the right to choose whatever treatment is the right for me. I plan to return to this business with Nancy being my technician. Tracy did my manicure and she was fast and efficient! She wasn’t put out at all when I showed her a Pinterest inspired design that I had in mind. She worked quickly but also was able to meticulously take care of my cuticles. I am always picky about that. After trying several salons that just didn’t quite make the mark, I have decided to go back and visit her as a regular. The price was a little much considering I paid about what I did for acrylic gel nails elsewhere, but for me it’s just worth the cost considering I’m getting exactly what I had envisioned when I walked through the door ….

Nice atmosphere. Wanted to take my daughter and granddaughter to have pedicures. Half way through the service I was told the total would be $194 for 3 pedicures, one of which is a very small child that received only a polish. These prices matched nothing on the prices posted on the wall. I think I was taken advantage of. I have never paid prices like that before. And on top of that the lady massaging my feet and calf rubbed one spot on my leg so long it started burning. Will never go back, probably why no one was there….

The manicure itself looked great but now that my nails are growing out, they are peeling and weak. There’s an obvious line where the new growth meets the part that was damaged with the Dremel. Unfortunately I won’t be back….

The girl with the braids did my gel manicure and the entire process hurt, from taking off the old polish to my cuticles (3 of my fingers bled) to the polish job, which you can see the old polish (blue) under the new orange. Also streaky. I complained and she asked if I wanted to start over. No way was I going through that again. Charged me full price anyway. The pedicure the guy did was nice, but they completely stopped taking care of me to help a walk-in with a broken nail. He passed me off to the girl who had already cut me and knew I was unhappy with. I had my appointment with Dina. I wanted to do something about my eyebrows because they barely exist anymore on my face. I've wanted this done for a long time but really did not know who to go to. I got a recommendation from Someone that I trusted. And boy am I happy I did this. Dina Thoroughly went over the process of the microblading ( I hope I am saying the right thing I always get this stuff mixed up) with me. She explained everything and Spent a lot of time Looking at my skin and asking me questions about my skin and health. I'm a complicated case to say the least but I felt very comfortable with Dina. It's been 10 days since I got my new eyebrows and they look wonderful. It is so incredible to me that I can get up in the morning and have eyebrows lol. I have to go back in a couple of weeks to get the touch up And I can't wait to see what she does.If you are on the fence about whether or not this is a process for you I highly recommend Dina. One of the things I was concerned about was getting the right color. My skin is kind of fair and I have auto immune issues. But I have not had any trouble at all. My eyebrows look beautiful. I should have known something was off, when nothing was added to the tub water from the start. You know the salts that are normally put in? The salts that make the water blue? Literally nothing was added, just warm water. I'm aware most places charge for upgraded pedicures, which mind you, were never discussed (if any). The guy that did my pedicure (without gloves), was in the first chair. He barely said two words the whole time. He rushed my pedicure, he barely scrubbed my feet, & hardly massaged them. (He just rubbed some unknown substance on the calves of my legs) It wasn't lotion, & did not moisturize at all. I left with the same dry, crusty feet that I walked in with! I'm almost certain their instruments aren't sterile, as they were sitting in a storage bin that was there when I sat down. Oh, & he kept knicking my cuticles on my toes. I bled twice, once on each big toe. This is possibly the worst nail salon I've ever been to. My polish looks atrocious, my 10 year old cousin could have painted them better. Peep the blood on my cuticle on the left big toe, & the missing polish on the side of the 3rd toe. Highly disappointed. & highly DON'T recommend….
