Went here today and got my nieces nails done. I showed the tech a picture and we agreed that it would cost 45$ I specifically told them acrylic, no gel, etc. Once we get to check out they charged me 65$ whenever it was brought to their attention they said this service cost between 45 and 65. Which I was not told, we specially agreed 45. He then told me that he told my 14 year old niece that it was $65 (he told her after he was done that it was $65) After I brought it to their attention they would rather argue with me about it then negotiate and agree on what we had already agreed on. And for that I give it a one star rating. If this man told her $65 dollars or not, it wasnt what we agreed on and he should have spoken with an adult rather then taking advantage of a teenager. I hope they enjoyed their tip from their surprise 20$ extra charge….

The prices are really good, but not the best place to go if you are African American. I watched the environment every time I went and how other people were catered to but African American women weren’t treated fairly. The lady was very rude to me as if she didn’t even want to do my nails. She was also really rough. It wasn’t until one of the techs told her my job status in which she then tried to redeem herself. On top of that my nails did not come out good at all and after dealing with her rudeness she had the nerve to ask for a tip. Never going back!…

If you get the right person the nails are great and my first two times the manicure was nice. But this is the nail from Monday and it is Thursday. This is a terrible job. I went and showed them the nails and instead of fixing the problem they want the same woman who cannot do the manicure in the first place to do the repair. I let them know I could not do it tonight and the attitude was we are busy on sat. I tip very well and will absolutely not be going back. There are much better options. If they don’t want to acknowledge the poor quality and make it right… why give them the business.

I also had bought my mil a gift certificate they charged her 55.00 for gel nail polish. When she called back and asked why my nails are 34-39 and hers were 55 they said oh you got liquid gel. I am sorry 55.00 for nail polish without fill or tips is excessive and no one said anything to her before hand. Watch out. They would all rather sit on their phones than take care of the customer….

More like nails last. They were accommodating to walk-ins, which I appreciate. The prices were on par with other places, but mine AND my mom's nails have chipped within days. I paid $100 for a Mani/Pedi with gel. It should not be chipping days later. Even my toes chipped. I've never ever had that happen. Gel should last for months on toes! The hot stone massage lasted 2 minutes give or take; not worth the extra price. I've had my nails done for years. I would not go back here unless it was free. Probably not even then.

ETA the owner reached out after seeing this and tried to make it right. Unfortunately, I was on a limited schedule, from out of state. I can't just pop back in… Maybe offer to refund my card? Yeah, that didn't happen….

I can see why people say that they have the best prices in town because if they raised it, absolutely no one would come in there. If you were wanting to have a relaxing time at the nail salon, I would not recommend coming here between the strong smell of in scents when you walk in you can barely take a deep breath the entire time, they have a kid in the back playing their cartoons. The whole time while they have three TVs up on the wall, but none of them are on playing relaxing music to drown out that noise. The lady who did my nails originally was doing her toes when I walked in, thank goodness she put gloves on otherwise I would’ve told her she needs to wash her hands or I would’ve walked out. Then come to realize the UV lamp that she used on her toes. I put my hands as well as my feet in afterwards without them, wiping it down once. the only good thing I can say about this salon is the guy who did my pedicure. He took his time and was nice. Was the gel manicure with them to cut my cuticles(which I don’t understand why that is not the norm) would be $25 and for the deluxe pedicure with gel would be $39. Yet somehow I got charged to 70 so realistically, I shouldn’t have tipped since they already tipped themselves….

When you first enter the salon the heavy scent of incense knocks you off your feet. I almost left as soon as I walked through the door, but I needed a pedicure for my trip. If you have asthma or allergies I wouldn't even try it. Their young toddler is there watching TV, quite loud. If you're looking for a quiet experience, this is not the place for you. During the pedicure the Nail tech didn't speak to me, she would tap my foot and in motion would show me what she wanted me to do. She spoke to her son the entire time. She was in a hurry as well which made an uncomfortable experience. The leg and foot massage was the only plus to this visit. I won't be back….

Came here on vacation to see family and had a gel mani and pedi done here. It did take a few hours to be done with both but that's because they took great care of me and my mom and really made every penny we spent worth it. No rushed massages here, took their time to really pamper us with multiple lotions, oils, scrubs, hot stones, paraben wax treatments, the works. I almost fell asleep in the pedi chair it was so relaxing. The down side, there is no music or tvs running so it's quiet but I really enjoyed that. They do take care of their grandson who is in shop playing around but honestly I respected that they try to maintain running their business while they take care of him. Such a calm and relaxing experience, would definitely recommend if you need some tlc and aren't in a rush….

They lasted about 7 days before lifting from the cuticle. I gave them a second chance and I am even more disappointed this time around! 3 days! When I called to speak to someone I was informed I would have to pay to have them fixed after just spending $298 for a full set and a pedicure 3 DAYS AGO! I DO NOT recommend Titus nails for anyone unless you want to be ripped off….

She also recommended hair-shaping tools and products that I can use to maintain my hair at home.

I’m very happy with the continued service provided by this salon. The staff are friendly and skilled, the wait times brief, and the pricing reasonable (and the fact there are occasionally visits from adorable French Bulldogs is icing on the cake)….

This happened years ago but I’ve been fearful of saying anything in this small town. I got my hair done at natauchas. The girl, Michelle fried it so bad because I was forgotten with bleach on my hair under a dryer. She put no foils. Just piled bleach on my entire head and stuck me under the dryer. I told her I process quickly. After 45 minutes, I waved her down as she was doing another clients hair and she muttered “oh I forgo….” And didn’t finish the sentence. I had virgin hair as I was growing it out and gave it a break for years. I went to hair school and knew how quickly my hair processed. I did not need to be stuck under the dryer to speed it up.

They had to chop it all off there. It was coming out in clumps. I could tell and she said nothing. I came home and it was still falling out. I was so upset and could not stop crying. Then had to go to my original hair lady to cut it even more.
I was balling and called them and they only thing they offered me was a hair mask for free. I still paid in full. No apologies and it took a long time to grow out after this. I wore extensions for 2 years after this. My real hair is now down to my waist and am so scared to get my hair done anywhere different now….

I got gel nails here the lady compelety messed them up, made the tops (where you file) uneven. Then the actual gel nail was all bumpy and unnatural looking. Oh, did I forget to add she made me bleed twice?!
Then my pedi! None of my toes are fully painted , its not really noticable but on the another hand, the pedi chairs are amazing and the staff is great! Which is what made it hard to complain but I did have to say something which is when my total for 150 was given to me.
I wouldn't recommend or go back but it wasn't horrible….
