My nail tech for my acrylic nails was Chris and he did a phenomenal job with my nails! He didn’t cut my skin near my cuticles, which happens every time I get my nails done. And when he asked what shape I wanted to get my nails done he gave me a suggestion that would look good based on my finger shape. I know some people would take offense to that, but I was very thankful! No one in all my time I’ve been getting my nails done has ever suggested a shape that would look good on my fingers. I even scheduled a second appointment with him to get my nails filled in. Both times my nails came out flawless and phenomenal! Even when I got my toes done by Kelvin he did a phenomenal job! Went in for a pedicure and have my nails filed. Was charged $23 to have my nails filed, no color, no massage no extra I simply asked to have them filed and the nail polish removed. I was charged $23 plus $5 to have the nail polished removed. The pedicure was $50 and the gel bubbled in the corners and is uneven on the bottom not touching the cuticle in places and touching in others. When he removed my nail polished he used a drummle tool first and then remover. Then clipped all the skin off the cuticles and around the nails. I told him I only weanted them to be filed 3 times but he just said it didn't look good and he would do it, to then charge me $23. There is still polish on some of the nails even after that and the tops of my nails hurt along with the sides of my fingers. My natural nails he did this to and now the natural nails are breaking off one by one. He seemed nice but that was it. The services was not good and didn't listen to the customer want I feel like so they can just charge extra. I want a refund and that is all….

Came in for an acrylic/gel manicure and other than the lady that did my nails having the worst attitude, rushed the ENTIRE process (legit did 1 coat?), she completely botched my nails and when I finally had the courage to ask to fix the MANY imperfections, she was rude and just filed them….. if you are that inexperienced you really should not be doing people’s nails. Loyal client since 2021. Today was the last day I will give any of my money to this salon. I've tried to stick it out even after the constant raising of prices, taking away all discounts and incentives. I mean the prices raised 3 times in one year, within months of each other.

Today is exactly two weeks from when I got my nails done. They were not right the first day I left. I texted her pictures and telling her that although the nails seemed ok before I left, as soon as I got home I started noticing they were not right. And I was basically brushed off. Told that it just "looked that way to me". I had another nail tech look at them and they confirmed they weren't right. She never even offered for me to come back in so she could take a look or anything. I mean the nails were not even sealed from DAY ONE. Everything I touched stuck to the nails and I couldn't get it off. The top coat was peeling off multiple nails. My nails have never looked this grown out in two weeks. She's even said herself after 4 weeks at times that they weren't that grown out.

Today was my first time I was able to go into the salon to get a soak off. I've never gone for just a soak off, I ALWAYS get a new set. When I got there and stated I wanted a soak off, after knowing we texted about the nails you would think she would have at least looked at them. Instead she had someone else soak me off and when I asked aren't you going to even look at them she said with an attitude "it's been weeks". Yeah two weeks to the day, but I communicated with you the day of. There's been other times I've not been happy with my nails but I just grinned and bear it. This was the last straw. There's hundreds of salons around here and if I'm going to spend my money, I want to be happy with the service every time…

My husband went and got me a gift certificate for a Mani & Pedi. I went in two nights ago and was told they'd do both at the same time. No problem for me, went to my chair, started a Pedi with one employee, was switched in the middle so he could do someone else's nails. Still, no problem. However my nails look like my toddler attempted to do them and they basically cut my cuticle on both big toes. Paid almost over $100 plus tip for services and it literally hurts to put socks on and go to work due to having raw cuticles. Not sure where all of the great reviews come from, but that unfortunately was not the case for me at all….

I got a builder gel set while out of town and had to find someone locally in Cocoa Beach to maintain. Diva Nails is the only salon I found in town to offer – and I’m so glad I did because standards are high! Builder gel has been the best thing to ever happen for my nails. It lasts with vibrancy for a good 4 weeks with basically the same cost as a regular gel polish, yet so much stronger! Happy I switched to this salon after trying two others highly-rated ones in town….

Color: Matte Black
Expectation: Durable matte black gel – well coated
Reality: Heavy thick coats that felt chunky. The dry times were uneven. Within 2 days the gel ripped off in various nails. (fixed) THE NAIL TECH placed so much at the edges between my nail and skin had to be SANDED OFF so that they can reapply primer and re-gel. The over layering, from the first experience, of the gel burned when placing it in the UV.

Shape: Almond
Expectation: Centered to the finger, almond pointed. Leaning away from Oval Shape
Reality: Initially crooked all leaning towards the nail tech’s dominant side of polishing. Other nail techs noticed this and tried to help ( I appreciate you hearing me out ). After a 1-2 weeks i realized that the nails had a gap and the plastic thats glued on wasn’t even centered, they all lean to a side. Which now made sense why THE TECH kept sanding the edges until I BLED in various fingers. I did react DURING the experience and pulled back my hand due to the pain. I need to share this because I cried on my way home.

At front desk: I think they acknowledged what had happened and provided me $10 discount. I paid and I left without a word because I couldn’t emotionally handle what had happened….

I’ve been going here for years and never had a problem until today. I requested a specific person because I knew they could do the nail art I wanted, I was told they were busy and that anyone could do it so I said okay. I went in and the nail tech was super nice and friendly but there were so many miscommunications and not very much concern that I was getting what I wanted. I left with uneven and unshaped nails that were made very round after I specified that I like a pointy almond shape. I got a full set of acrylic and originally wanted a somewhat complicated design Halfway through the 1st hand I noticed his lines weren't sharp enough and it didn't look anything like the picture I had shown for reference. I asked if we could switch it to something simpler like a French tip and his and his attitude immediately changed.. The French tips were rushed and super sloppy and patchy and patchy. I had a small piece of dirt under my fingernail and instead of cleaning it out he encased it in glue so now I can't get it out. So $50 later and I will still have to go get them redone somewhere else tomorrow….

For my feet, Lily was the one who did a PHENOMENAL job. I had never had gel on my toes. Since I was coming from work I didn’t have any sandals so I thought about just doing gel to make it easier. Wow wow wow!!!!!!! Lily was just as sweet and kind as Mia!

Getting my nails done is something I do for myself once a month so I value a place I can come to, to feel welcomed and appreciated it. They did just that plus more! The shop was absolutely beautiful! The massage chairs are the best I have ever sat in! Everything about this place was truly amazing! They are extremely hard workers who care about their clients! I will keep coming to them, time and time again! I don’t think I can thank you all enough for making this the experience I very much needed after leaving my second home.

Clean and beautiful interior, subtle music in the background, TVs on with no sound, and the best massage chair ever created a calm, relaxing environment for my service. Then there was the pedicure master, Ken! He gave me the best pedicure I've had in years, and the service was very reasonably priced.

If i could attach the photo of my nails here I would. I have attached it to the google maps reviews if you want to see how terrible my nails look and feel. I went in to get my powder dip removed, and a regular manicure. My nail artist drilled my nails down to paper thin, i was cringing and flinching because of how hard she was filing, and how THIN she made my nails. I’ve had powder dip before and barely ever get my nails done, they were so thick and healthy before this and now they are thin, painful, and look worse then how they did when I went in. I originally was going to get powder dip but my nails were so thin and painful I settled for clear polish which ended up looking terrible because of how thin and inflamed my nails are. It’s going to take weeks to grow my nails back to a healthy thickness. I don’t know if my nail artist was new, but i have never had a worse “manicure” in my life. Every single one of my nails are in pain and i took pain medication immediately upon leaving. I of course payed and tipped but i honestly shouldn’t have based on how screwed up my fingers look now….
