She proceeded to dip her brush in a liquid and then the powder and painted it on like acrylic. The woman with glasses at the front was just simply rude, her whole demeanor was off, though I didn’t pay it any mind everyone has bad/ off days, But once I got into the room I simply asked her to just a do a middle strip ( unibrow strip) & she completely disregarded what I said and proceeded wax all around my eyebrows. I was very confused then but I allowed it to slide because of how long i’ve been going here, I then again asked her to not pluck & she laid me down & continued to pluck. As she did my brows she made me absolutely uncomfortable & unheard, not to mention the fact that my once full eyebrows are now thin & uneven. It’s a 0 because the old man in the front literally yelled at me because he said when I booked my appointment over the phone I did not tell him I needed 3 hours. Honestly, I told him how was I supposed to know it was going to take 3 hours. I got the signature pedicure and gel full set. I do not understand. I paid for my services of $155 plus a $15 dollar tip.I had no problem with paying just to be harassed and yelled at by an old man.I hope my tip goes to Seillin. The woman who did my manicure was very gracious to take me, knowing that she would probably finish after their closing time. One of the male workers at this store caused a major scene when doing my friends pedicure, she stated that she did not like the thickness of the french tip and instead of redoing it he blew up and told her “you’re too picky, if you don’t like it go to another store” then he stated that he wasn’t doing her nails anymore and left her toes half finished, he then went back and forth with her and threatened to kick her out when she rightfully got upset, Kim however who was working on my pedicure did a great job and even offered to redo my friends nails, the owner also offered her the chance to come back and get them redone free of charge. it was a lovely establishment however our experience was completely spoiled by this one worker. We also believe that he may have accidentally cut one of her toes as you can see a red blotch under her nail that continued to spread….

Neyanla (unsure of spelling) did my acrylics. I wanted almond-shaped nails & a pearly pink color. I’ve only gotten nails a few times in my life bc my natural nails are usually long & pretty. I had previous horrible experiences with nails that were just awful & didn’t last a day, so I was anxious to try again. This young lady could have done my nails with her eyes closed. She was amazing. Very kind, very friendly. Shaped them perfectly. Whatever she used to create a chrome-like color was absolutely beautiful. My nails ended up looking like a beautiful pink opal & the colors shifted in the light. They closed at 630 while she was finishing my nails & she never once watched the clock or made me feel rushed. As I said, I never get nails, so I don’t know the general routine & she could have easily cut corners to shave time without me knowing any better. She took her time, asked me what I thought & proceeded to lotion up my hands & do a hand massage.
What a wonderful atmosphere with beautiful people working! I will never go anywhere else! These folks really set the bar high. May they all be blessed! I’m beyond satisfied…

They looked exactly like the reference photo I used and the technician took her time and provided so much attention and care to the details. The woman who did my pedicure was very nice, however, she rushed through my pedicure. It was done and over in about 12-15 min. Paid $35 for a rushed job. When I was finished I immediately told the male manager, he didn’t even look at me or say much of anything. When I went to pay I asked if I had to pay full price for that, and they shrugged me off and basically said I was lying. A woman who identified herself as the manager, also insinuated that I was lying and after I paid full price just said “well sorry”, such a shame. The woman who did my nails did a lovely job. I would never receive a pedicure from the same woman again….

Today fused to fix them even though the police should they put on them was apparently bad. The top coat is lifting the edges are all peeling off and they look a total mess. . Replying to your reply. I had my nails originally done on Monday, I came back on Wednesday morning. The repair job you did was terrible. When you put a second coat of topcoat on it made everything on most of the nails peel off. My nails are a mess. I will have to pay someone else to take them off and put them back on properly….

The nail she replaced, however, is crooked, even after I pointed it out and she said she could shape it when filing … still crooked. That said, not exactly what I was going for, but not too far off. $52+tip seems a bit expensive……

We went the day before Easter Sunday and had the worst experience possible. My feet have been cut four times. I have pictures, We were rushed out of there, even though they were not busy. My husband had to come home and trim his own nails and I have paint all over my toes. The worst part about the experience was when I called the owner to let him know the sub par treatment that we received, I had to argue with him, because he insisted that he had never heard there was a complaint and he did not know who did our nails. This was despite the fact that we called and left a message and had someone call us back and we were given the names of the people who did our pedicures. I literally had to argue with THE OWNER for 20 minutes on the phone. Never once was I told I am so sorry you had an unfortunate experience. I was told to, “prove it.” This is by far the worst pedicure experience that my husband and I have ever had to endure. After spending thousand dollars at this establishment, I would’ve expected better treatment. It cost nothing to provide excellence and care and treatment that is commensurate to the money I’ve spent….

The owner doesn’t know. Does it even matter at this point? If you knew you are booked at a specific time with someone else, you don’t take another client a few minutes earlier just to make $30 more. How business like that stays afloat I have no clue. Not everyone has an entire day to sit and wait in a nail salon come on….

This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a nail salon. The man that started to take care of me was so rude. He started doing my nails and then proceed to start to yell at me when I was trying to explain the design I wanted. Then made me get up and took the person that came after me and said I had to wait. I have been wanting to try a Russian manicure for a long time, and after a big failure in searching for a great manicure from other salons, I stumbled upon GracefulGlow by Maria on Instagram and thought I’d give her a try. She was so welcoming from our first interaction and I was instantly comfortable in her space. My manicure looks great (see before/after pics) and she took her time to perfect the shape and polish. She had lovely snacks available, even a phone charger and the uplifting Christian music playing in the background. She took a photo of my nails at the end, which really made me feel special and sent me home with a scrub and oil to use on my hands. I love the attention to detail.
As a mom with limited time, I was worried if I could sneak away regularly for a lengthy service but after having such a great experience, I will carve out the time for myself every three weeks. Constantly taking care of others, it was so nice to feel well taken care of for once!
Her space in inside Threading by Saadi and it’s a wonderful location. It was easy to find and I’ll be back to try a service with Saadi too when I can….
