I was able to wait, and it was a long wait. Once I decided to get a pedicure and not just clip/paint, I was seated at the foot spa. I finally realized I could use the remote for the chair. I enjoyed a nice, relaxing massage while I waited….

Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I went and got my nails done July 6th. First it was horrible. I had to make the lady redo three of my nails three times. Bc the cow print I asked for was done poorly. Then bc she kept getting bubbles in my nails. It cost me $88 for this set of nails. It is now July 15th. And numerous bubbles on my nails have now popped. And my nails are already growing out. Which is ridiculous. I spent way too much money on these nails for them to look like this 1 week later. I am not happy. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all cost….

So, this was my first time going here. I had heard good things about this place but usually go to nail care and spa in Fleming island. Simon did my nails and he was very nice. But these nails look awful and I’m so sad about them because I rarely treat myself. He said the price was so high because it was gel nails but it didn’t look like gel and I didn’t ask for gel.
It looked like pink acrylic he was applying.
He applied it SO thick and uneven. He didn’t do any cuticle work at all. They are bulky, thick and not smooth or shaped well. I have acrylic all over the place and they already feel like they’re lifting at the cuticle. I have polish on my skin, I paid $103 (no tip) for a full set and basic pedicure. The pedicure was fine but Simon seemed to rush through my set and didn’t even file underneath the nail or smooth the nail out. He didn’t have me wash my hands before applying the polish either so the polish was placed right over the file dust and you can see the bumps under the polish. I’m so sad that I didn’t just set an appointment at my usual place. I feel like I over paid for this kind of quality for short nails with no designs. The lady next to me was also very unsatisfied with her pedicure as they left pink residue all over her toes. I unfortunately won’t go back. I’m normally a big tipper but I was so upset about these nails that I just couldn’t justify tipping.

Editing to add, just showered the polish that is supposedly gel, is already messed up and lifted up, it’s all chipped and gross looking. This isn’t normal. AT ALL. and looks horrible….

I unfortunately had an issue with my regular nail salon so I tried this one with the hope of a good outcome. I sat with Simon and he was very confident of his craft and told me not to worry that he would take care of me. I wanted festive Halloween nails and a claw shape and I let him pick the rest. Went in for a mani and pedi with my sister and they completely ignored me and the work is terrible. We paid 200 for two pedis with gel and one fill. I told them multiple times it wasn't the right color and was told to relax as they still continued. One hand has one less coat then the other. The acyrlic on my toes are completely uneven but i filed them down when i got home. Ones still way thicker. I also have one white nail and didn't even ask for it..I showed them photos of flame designs on their reveiws, they told me they could amd just gave me a white nail instead. We came in without a budget and we were treated like we came with the bare minimum. They also gave me my mani and pedi at the same time..not very relaxing to be drilled yoir hand ans feet at the same time. They didn't want to give my sister what she wanted tho they had it. Do not go here! Went to get a pedicure they made 2 of my toes bleed very badly. I ended up leaving because it was so bad.. They tried to just keep going and hide my other toe was bleeding after the first one started bleeding. My fiance tried asking them to make it right and they offered a $2 discount if I came back. They asked for pictures of my toes I provided them. They asked for me to come back and made me take off my bandaids to show them. Even though I didn’t want to since I already went and bought bandaids. My advice would be to just skip this place and go get a pedicure somewhere else that’s more professional and customer oriented….

I feel overcharged ($70) due to the low quality of the nail work I received.. I wanted a sharp square shape and voiced it…the nails are very lumpy and not square but almost an upside down candy corn shape.. Didn’t notice how bad it was until I got in my car and really examined and got opinions from other people being told that I should go get them redone or get my money back… But it’s ok.. Oh my gosh! Horrible horrible experience! I used to come here a few years ago since its in a convenient location. I’ve had great experiences there in the past but this last time just ruined it all for me. I picked a color right when I walked in that I was familiar with. The color is normally a very light pink. When the technician started painting my nails, the color comes out a clumpy peach. I knew at that point the polish was old. I politely told the technician that I wasn’t liking the color that I would like to pick a different one. I don’t believe she understood English so she kept on painting my nails. I was feeling really uncomfortable at that point and then someone heard me try telling her again and she then translated for me. The technician then got an attitude and walked away. Then another technician came and painted over my nails with the other color I picked but then just put one coat over the old polish and walked away. I was so uncomfortable and felt like a bother. So then they do my gel manicure very fast and it ended up peeling completely off 4 days later and my toe nail polish chipped off. I come back so they can fix it all and the man who did it did it with such an attitude and just walked away when he was done. They really like to walk away and leave you there wondering… Now less than a week later, my middle finger nail breaks at the nailbed…I’m so frustrated and upset that I spent $75 on a manicure and a pedicure that was beyond poorly done. Needless to say I will never be coming back here……

Let me start off by saying the lady’s were very nice. But the work done on my nails were not nice. All of the lines were crooked and none of the nail tips they put on were the right size…I could look at the side of my nail and see my real nail being longer than the tip she put on….absolutely NO CUTICLE CARE WAS DONE AND ALL NAILS LIFTED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BEING DONE ! The nail was too thin and my left thumb nail chipped (I was opening a car door). Keep in mind I’ve only had these nails on for 1 week & 2 days and they already look like this!! I try to keep my nails clean and healthy and I’m not abrasive with them. So why? $60 plus tip made it $76 for one week of nails….not worth it at all. And I didn’t even get the name of the lady who did them…….

Bad experience…the first time I went it was great but today I got nothing but bad service. Seat number 5 wanted to do my nails the way he wanted them to be. I ask for my nails to be cut down he suggested a new set. I politely said no cut down. I asked him for thick nails because I do warehouse work. He refused to do thick acrylic and said that natural is better. I told him no I don’t like the natural look that’s why I am asking for thick. I asked for my price which took him 10 minutes to tell me it would be $95. I told him to stop and I wouldn’t dare pay that much for something I don’t want a rude service. This visit I felt out of place and didn’t feel welcome at all. I will not be returning. Thank you for starting my nails for the next person at no cost.

First time at this shop.
I was a little disappointed with my appointment with Bryan. My appointment was for a soak off for my nails with a overlay and french tip. He was little ruff taking off the acrylic off my nails. The drill bit he use burned my nail bed when he was taking off the acrylic. Then I got cut twice by his nail bit tool when he was going over my nails. He was apologizing for it , but I told him to please be careful with the other hand because my nails are very sensitive and the cuts were starting to burn. He asked me what design I want, so I'd showed him a few designs on my phone that I'd liked and he said he couldn't do them because he didn't have the right brush to do it and he said the photos I showed him looked photoshopped. Everything idea I showed him he didn't want to do. He showed me some pictures of his work, but I hoping he could do something similar to what I asked.I also asked if he can put a little glitter polish to make my french tips look sparkly and he said no he can't do it. This is the first time I ran into a nail tech that wasn't able to do something similar to a design I wanted. Based on the google reviews,I heard he was good at designs. Customers were please with his service and their designs they asked for.
Unfortunately not for me. Won't be returning to nail place….

Made an Appointment, but was running late call them to let them know. Woman on the phone was very rude. Told me that I was losing her money.
I told her I wanted to keep the appointment but I was running late. Asked if I could still come in or even a little later, she said no.
I drove up there anyway, and place was dead.
She even told me they excepted walkins so it’s not like somebody could’ve took the spot.
She told me that she would not make me another appointment because I missed my appointment.
but I’m free to walk in for an appointment, but I would probably have to wait to have my nails done.

I have tried to walk in twice now to have my nails done.
Today, Being no exception.
Again, they are not busy.
They were only servicing one client. There was two gentleman sitting in behind booths.
one was not busy at all.

I asked if I could get a full set of nails. The guy that was doing nails looked towards the back at a woman, then looked back at me and said no,
that they have no one to do full set of nails available today.
even though he himself was doing them.

So they sell certificates for people to give to other people to have their nails done….
Then they only have one person in this whole salon to do nails.
Apparently that will do a full set and yet either that person is never here to do the full set or only comes in once in a while.
They tell you to come in as a walk in and when you walk in, spending the time driving over here to do it, they tell you that no one is here to do it.
They want to complain if you’re a few moments late for your appointment but they don’t mind how much you spend in gas to drive over here and back each time when they tell you that no one is here to do the full set. And they just tell you come back tomorrow.
Seems like a waste of money to keep coming back here, or to buy gift certificates for people and put them through this burden.

Not good customer service at all.!!

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.
There is way too many nail salons around here in Orange Park and in Jacksonville .

For people to have to be treated this way, and spend the money they spend is extremely ridiculous.

I highly recommend people to go elsewhere to have pedicures, manicures and nails done, don’t waste your money going to THIS salon, especially when they only have one person that can do the work!

There is a very good nail spa over there behind Regency.
It’s near BestBet Jax ,
Also, there is Sandy’s on Timucuana Road.

Find another salon ..

Tracey at Luxury Nails is AMAZING!! I showed her 2 picture I found on Google and asked her to combine them and she understood the assignment!!!! They look amazing! I am so happy! Before she applied the acrylic she even asked how I like my acrylic applied and how thick I wanted it! I’m a licensed nail tech who enjoys getting my nails done done. Had my nails done here because I messed up on scheduling my normal appointment somewhere else further up the road. This place took me in right away and the lady working there did my nails. She spoke English well and did a good job.
I had my natural nails (no glued on tips) dipped with 3 color choices. Gray on 4 nails, white on 4 and my pinkies were sparkled. I just wish I had known it was an extra charge of $5 for multi colors before I got to the register to pay $40. I have a problem with hidden charges and it’s a ridiculous charge because dip is dip. No special talent needed here. This isn’t a nail design or French colors that need extra effort.🤔 I’ve had my nails done at 3 different shops and they would never charge that fee.
Up until that point I was going to consider coming here regularly since it’s closer to home, I like the lady and the place seems nice. But this place should be renamed “Top Dollar Nails” instead….

At one time I gave Yutaim a 5 star rating. That was before management change and before Elaine and her staff left. After a lot of evasive answers about when Elaine would be back, “Mindy” agreed to do my nails. They looked good until she polished them. It didn’t go on well but she continued, even trying to cover up the “dimples” with a design. I went home and after a few hours (and discussing it with my husband) I called and politely asked to have them redone. She agreed and I came back the following day. She blamed it on “old acrylic fill-in” and I agreed to a new set. The day prior she also commented on how “thick” they were and made them thinner and more natural. When she applied the new set it was obviously extremely thicker than before, so she must have been upset about having to redo polish. She also covered up the entire nail bed so they couldn’t “breathe”. That is a possible fatal mistake, especially for someone who is chronically ill, like myself. I won’t be going back and I would be careful to watch your tech!

This place was our go to place. We went in one day 2 pedicures, a full set, 3 hours and almost $300 later we decided to NEVER go back. This happened about 6 weeks ago, giving the shop an opportunity to financially rectify the situation and they have not. We did not want the service "fixed" as the whole experience was horrible.
