I got the volcano pedicure with gel which was amazing and a full set of acrylic nails with gel and nail art. Heidy is incredible with the nail art and attention to detail and Yanelis (so sorry if I spelled your name wrong! I can correct it if told) did a fantastic pedicure with great care and kindness. I’m normally really picky and have been bouncing from nail place to place recently, but I left with 0 complaints and will be returning. Highly recommend!!…

I had the volcano pedicure. Very disappointed with this service. The massage was too light-handed, they spilled paraffin so I didn’t get the full foot covered, the blade to remove dead skin did not come from a sterile pack, and neither did the brush they scrubbed my foot with. Gross. The green brush looked very worn. Polish is clumpy and messy. The “tech” barely spoke to me. When the nails were dry and I checked them, I asked why the polish was so bad? They asked if I wanted it fixed now? I’ve already been here over at hour… Like how they didn’t see how bad their polish job was before putting me under the dryer, I don’t even know?!? Also, the packs that they were using we’re not actually sterilized there was moisture in the packs when removed from the top cabinet of the unit. I watched tech place a kit in to be sterilized and the next tech grab the same kit that was just placed in there . It’s also too crowded in the sterilizer with too many packs stacked up. You can not process instruments in layers. Too many packs means bacteria and moisture is trapped. This is not up to safety standards….

The first color I picked the lady said she didn't know how to do it. Clean and has more seats than it seems from the outside. Lots of colors in all styles. I made an appt and there was no issue with them fitting me in with short notice but they also take walk-ins, you just have to be patient and wait until a tech is available.

If you live in the Villages there's no golf cart path but it's a very short drive. Will definitely be back….

Her nails had to be fixed twice because the first time her nails were so rushed through that it messed up and when we brought it to the techs attention he was rude to her about it. Tried to blame it on the fact that she was fidgeting for the reason that her nails messed up. She was not fidgeting I was right next to her. This isn’t the first time she’s had her nails done. The second time I had to go back in and speak to the owners about the issue. The owner just painted over the messed up nail again and put her under the nail dryer. Now it looks worse.They didn’t try to resolve the issue at all. They charge a lot for nails and they have some staff that is good. But a lot that are rude. The previous time I came in the same tech who did my god daughters nails threw my shoes and purse out in the middle of the floor because he had another customer coming over. Had to bring my daughter back to correct two of her nails, when fill was needed. We were charged much more than their “starting” price for the fill. Glad we tried them out, they did a good job painting our nails, but for the money spent on the upgraded pedicures, I would have expected not to feel rushed and to have gotten a foot massage. Worst dip manicure I’ve ever received. The technician did not wipe off or clean up dust from smoothing. When finished nail color has grit and dust spots in polish. Terrible. I asked her to fix two before leaving because the clear coat was already coming off. My daughter had the red dip powder all around her fingers and the tech told her to just scrape it when she washed her hands. I paid almost $300 and now need to go somewhere and have it done right. Probably the nicest salon around the 210 area. Very comfortable and cute inside. Greeted with enthusiasm and great customer care. Lots of services. I enjoyed a fantastic pedi by Lan great massage. Wine, soda or water was offered. Lots of color options. Went on to do nail fill. I want this to be positive. The fill went fine it was the French manicure that did go so well, HOWEVER, situation was rectified and I was happy. It was a great customer service moment. Lan had to take her next customer, so they swapped techs on me. I have mixed feelings on this. You start, you finish in my book. The new tech did not have French manicure technique down. I was getting sorta frustrated. Then she got up to answer phones and left me there for about 8 minutes. When she came back I said this is not working, please remove polish. The win here is she admitted she did not have it down and quickly got Lan back who rectified the situation and made it all better. What I was impressed with this is new techs honesty and how she handled herself with such grace. She was positive and was very sweet. I’ll definitely be back. Customer service there’s days are kinda a forgotten art but not here. Keep it up! I’ll be back and will certainly tell friends to stop in. Good luck as you continue to grow….

Not worth waiting a month for an appointment and definitely not worth my time. In and out in 31 mins polish and all for a $35 deluxe pedicure. Didn't push my cuticles back or really get my bottoms done I guess I got a 35 polish job. The message was less than 2 mins for both feet ..I'm sorry this as got to be the worse pedicure in my life . Came home and finished my own . Never even turn the chairs on they spent the entire pedicure talking amongst
themselves. Im giving them 1 star but really wouldn't give any.. save your money find somewhere else…

UPDATE: Fancy Nails is as good as ever. I won't trust my nails to any one else. ORIGINAL: It's like being with family! Chris and Krista are absolutely wonderful. I've been a customer for many years and have always been pleased with my nails. They also do waxing. They are there Tuesday through Saturday but you must make an appointment. Give them a try – you won't be disappointed and their prices are super reasonable….

Nice lady, but she just didn't know what she was doing.. I wanted an ombre, but I don't think she had done one before. I had to leave after 2 hours of having her work on me, she couldn't finish and still charged me full price.

Loved this place. I was talking to my friend how I felt like my color I picked was a little more pink than I wanted and the woman overheard me and said it was no problem and got me a more red color to fix it! Lisa does the best pedicure in the area! I spring for the “biggest package” option (but with regular polish instead of gel polish) – but she makes it worth every penny. I have issues with my big toes that can cause a good deal of pain on the sides. She always gets that “out” and takes care of it without any bleeding and minimal discomfort. Because of this, I will wait for her over any other technician – although I am confident that they are all good at this location. They also offer waxing services – and Lisa does a great job there too! I highly recommend making an appointment with her as I have learned that she is in high demand and there can be a wait if you are not scheduled in advance….

I’m not from the area but I had a bunch of free time and wanted to do something nice for myself. I walked in and asked to get my nails done and boy was it the highlight of my trip! Tina was so friendly and nice. I was worried because I didn’t know what I wanted and she helped me pick out my nail shape color and even tested it out first to make sure I would be happy with the result. And I was and am. I love how pretty my nails look and she waxed my eyebrows giving them a lovely shape again. I love how beautiful the building looks she told me they just had it remodeled and the marble floors the soft chairs with gold accents just makes you feel like you are in a five star resort. I honestly am sad that I won’t get to go back because Tina really made an outsider feel welcome and cared for.
