If you are flexible and inquire about designs and prices beforehand there are no surprises and I think the amount I paid was very fair for the top quality services I received.

Clean and has more seats than it seems from the outside. Lots of colors in all styles. I made an appt and there was no issue with them fitting me in with short notice but they also take walk-ins, you just have to be patient and wait until a tech is available.

If you live in the Villages there's no golf cart path but it's a very short drive. Will definitely be back….

I went in for a standard French pedicure. I asked for an infill for 3 toe nails since they were a little shorter and I like them long. She infilled all toes and never talked to me about it first. She also cut one toe with the electric filer and drew blood, and also broke one of my toenails going too hard. The French was not nice, way too thick even though I kept showing her a photo and telling her thinner. All the nails are different lengths, and the infill is so thick it looks horrible. The worst part was they charged me an extra $47 for the “infill”. I asked for three toenails not the whole 10 and they charged me anyway. I tried to explain this to them and they forced me to pay, also told me I had brittle toe nails which is ridiculous if I’ve never had any issues anywhere else. If I were to go into a mechanic for an oil change only, and they put 4 new tires on and make me pay for it would that be an ethical business practice? I paid over $100 USD for a pedicure that looks terrible. 2 of the “infilled” toenails fell off within 2 days. I have gotten pedicures all over the world, including Thailand, Budapest and Colombia and always asked for the same thing (infill a couple of nails to match the other lengths, French pedicure) and never had any issues, and paid a third of the price!!! Terrible service and terrible job. I do not recommend….

I usually go to Salinas nails but I wanted to try a different salon so I saw the good reviews on Silos and thought it'd be a good salon to go to. I had called and asked how much a gel manicure and pedicure would cost, I got the information and said I would be there in about 10 minutes, I get there and am greeted and asked to look st the colors while I wait. As I'm looking at the colors one of the techs comes over and says she can take me to start my pedicure, pedicure was going great until they had one of their techs start on my nails while I was getting my pedicure done. So I had to keep turning and being uncomfortable in the seat, then after he gets to a point where all he has left to do is the gel polish I notice the tech that was giving me my pedicure didn't do gel polish like I asked, when I went over to finish my nails they couldn't do the designs I had wanted to I had to settle for something quickly. As I was leaving i noticed when i held my hand up in the sunlight I saw that my gel polish I got with my manicure was splotchy. They were busy as I was leaving so I didn't get to talk to someone about my pedicure, so I called shortly after I left asking questions about my pedicure. I was told I got regular polish instead of gel like I had asked, I got told I could come back in and they would fix it but I would be charged again to get gel polish even though I had paid already for regular and even though i asked for it on the phone and at the salon. I think I will stick with going to Salinas from now on, I always leave there happy and they always accommodate to the designs I'm wanting….

I had the volcano pedicure. Very disappointed with this service. The massage was too light-handed, they spilled paraffin so I didn’t get the full foot covered, the blade to remove dead skin did not come from a sterile pack, and neither did the brush they scrubbed my foot with. Gross. The green brush looked very worn. Polish is clumpy and messy. The “tech” barely spoke to me. When the nails were dry and I checked them, I asked why the polish was so bad? They asked if I wanted it fixed now? I’ve already been here over at hour… Like how they didn’t see how bad their polish job was before putting me under the dryer, I don’t even know?!? Also, the packs that they were using we’re not actually sterilized there was moisture in the packs when removed from the top cabinet of the unit. I watched tech place a kit in to be sterilized and the next tech grab the same kit that was just placed in there . It’s also too crowded in the sterilizer with too many packs stacked up. You can not process instruments in layers. Too many packs means bacteria and moisture is trapped. This is not up to safety standards….

Probably one of the worst nail jobs I have had in a long while. My pedicure was fine, but I’ve had these acrylic nails for less than a week, and each and every single nail is already pulling up and catching my hair. I haven’t had time to stop and get an entirely new set; so I’ve been dealing with it.

The line work for the French is mediocre at best, and each of the tips weren’t fully painted in. Unfortunately, I didn’t do a great inspection prior to me getting home and realizing they were all horrible. They are lumpy in several areas, and you can literally see my natural nail through the paint. I would not come back unless you’re only getting gel. This was WITH an appointment too, so they knew I was getting a full new set with French gel….

Not the best, not the worst. I recently moved to this side of town and have been trying to find a new nail salon so I decided to try out Ooh La La. Everyone was very friendly and personable but the quality just wasn’t there. I requested a regular polish change on my toes and SNS change on my nails with chrome powder. My toes weren’t polished very well but it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had so I didn’t really say anything. I did have to request that she reshape my nails a couple times as two of them were very clearly crooked. She did the almond shape ($6 up charge, which I’ve never seen before so that’s a con as well) like I asked but by the time they were cut down and filed so many times they were much shorter than I usually get/was expecting. The salon has dim lighting so I didn’t notice until I got home that a couple of my nails were lumpy (Was hard to get my camera to focus on my nail, but the lump is clearly visible in person). I may try them again one day if I don’t find another salon I commit to….

I have been coming here for months just for gel polish manicure and a deluxe pedicure and have not been unhappy except for my first visit when my polish peeled off. They paired me with a new tech Emily and I thought things were good. She did have a terrible attitude at times but I just shrugged it off. Tried to book my next appointment and was told the nail tech didn't think she was meeting "expectations" but I was happy every time. Finding somewhere else that will treat me kindly, take my money, and I guess meet "my expectations". The last time I saw my nail tech we tried to layer 2 colors and needed to redo the color which was unfortanate. Then she tried to sit me in a chair that I know has been broken for over a month. I asked to be moved and she seemed pissed off at me the rest of my visit. I always tipped well and treated people kindly. DONT GO HERE if you want to be treated poorly especially as a recurring customer… Wish Emily all the best!…

She offered me water temperature preference for the tub, gave suggestions/recommendations on nail colors and did magic with her hands when it came time for the massage. She was very nice and friendly and did a phenomenal job on both my gel pedicure and dip powder manicure. She did not have a color I chose and she was able to recreate a dip powder color by mixing other dips together and the results were amazing. Also, I've notice that sometimes the dip comes out thick but she did a great job at thinning them out to make them look as natural as possible! Got there and were seated right away, I requested for it to be least busy upon making the appointment. I know they can’t really control the busy or slow! It worked out how I wanted. Took care of bf & my pedicures first, then did eyebrows, and was seated immediately after waxing for my full set. I showed them an image and walked out with everything exactly how I wanted he did change it up a hair but turns out I love them! Better than the image. I decided to try Blush Nail Spa last week after reading the great reviews. I had high hopes that this would be my regular nail salon. I got a basic gel pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicure was great! I’m very satisfied with the results. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because my dip manicure is not holding up well. I get dip manicures because I work with my hands a lot and need something sturdier. I’m quite disappointed that after only a week the dip is starting to lift and the clear coating is starting to peel. I try to be as gentle as possible with my nails, but if I’m paying for something that is supposed to be durable, then I would like it to last longer than a week. Aside from that, my experience was good. The space was clean, even though it was very busy when I went. Each staff member I interacted with was very nice and my nail tech was very kind and respectful. I just wish the dip was more durable and lasted longer….

Lunar nails is super convenient to my house, so I stopped in to get a pedicure. I was able to walk in on a Friday at about 3 and be attended to right away. They don’t have any menus or pricing posted, so I had to ask what types of pedicures they offer. They only offer regular or deluxe. The deluxe is $50 with a $15 addition with gel. I will say that the pedicure was pretty good though; The guy did take his time. All in all I may come back if I don’t feel like driving to my usual spot….

Walked in at 5:50 and asked if they could do a full set, they close at 7. My nails WERE long, but peeling away from the acrylic at the tips.
Rather than using the dremel, then soaking them off like all other places. They choose to take a nail tip and attempt to slide it between my nail and the acrylic. I pulled my hand away 3 times while saying owww. She hands me off to another girl, who does the same to the point of cracking my own nail and slitting the nail bed. She cut all my long nails down. I finally tell her to forget the nails. Just put a clear polish on them. She says you sure? Absolutely, my nails hurt.
She says you want the manicure then? Yes.
That consisted of no shape to my now non-existent nails, and a fast arm/hand lotion massage. She puts clear coat and sits me under the dryer telling me I’m good. I was out before 6:30. After paying $32.00, she knew I was mad. While doing the “massage” she said sorry. I tipped her ONLY because she apologized….
