I am NEVER GOING BACK… I asked for long sharp squared acrylic nails with a tie-dye like design with a nude base the person doing my nails can I even do one squiggly line so I ended up doing nails with a green underline and a C for my boyfriend’s name and the white did not come out like I wanted. The green underline is uneven Otway throughout my nails is very lopsided. It looks like a half circle. I drew with a pin on my nails. I can see why people say that they have the best prices in town because if they raised it, absolutely no one would come in there. If you were wanting to have a relaxing time at the nail salon, I would not recommend coming here between the strong smell of in scents when you walk in you can barely take a deep breath the entire time, they have a kid in the back playing their cartoons. The whole time while they have three TVs up on the wall, but none of them are on playing relaxing music to drown out that noise. The lady who did my nails originally was doing her toes when I walked in, thank goodness she put gloves on otherwise I would’ve told her she needs to wash her hands or I would’ve walked out. Then come to realize the UV lamp that she used on her toes. I put my hands as well as my feet in afterwards without them, wiping it down once. the only good thing I can say about this salon is the guy who did my pedicure. He took his time and was nice. Was the gel manicure with them to cut my cuticles(which I don’t understand why that is not the norm) would be $25 and for the deluxe pedicure with gel would be $39. Yet somehow I got charged to 70 so realistically, I shouldn’t have tipped since they already tipped themselves….

When you first enter the salon the heavy scent of incense knocks you off your feet. I almost left as soon as I walked through the door, but I needed a pedicure for my trip. If you have asthma or allergies I wouldn't even try it. Their young toddler is there watching TV, quite loud. If you're looking for a quiet experience, this is not the place for you. During the pedicure the Nail tech didn't speak to me, she would tap my foot and in motion would show me what she wanted me to do. She spoke to her son the entire time. She was in a hurry as well which made an uncomfortable experience. The leg and foot massage was the only plus to this visit. I won't be back….

Came here on vacation to see family and had a gel mani and pedi done here. It did take a few hours to be done with both but that's because they took great care of me and my mom and really made every penny we spent worth it. No rushed massages here, took their time to really pamper us with multiple lotions, oils, scrubs, hot stones, paraben wax treatments, the works. I almost fell asleep in the pedi chair it was so relaxing. The down side, there is no music or tvs running so it's quiet but I really enjoyed that. They do take care of their grandson who is in shop playing around but honestly I respected that they try to maintain running their business while they take care of him. Such a calm and relaxing experience, would definitely recommend if you need some tlc and aren't in a rush….

If you get the right person the nails are great and my first two times the manicure was nice. But this is the nail from Monday and it is Thursday. This is a terrible job. I went and showed them the nails and instead of fixing the problem they want the same woman who cannot do the manicure in the first place to do the repair. I let them know I could not do it tonight and the attitude was we are busy on sat. I tip very well and will absolutely not be going back. There are much better options. If they don’t want to acknowledge the poor quality and make it right… why give them the business.

I also had bought my mil a gift certificate they charged her 55.00 for gel nail polish. When she called back and asked why my nails are 34-39 and hers were 55 they said oh you got liquid gel. I am sorry 55.00 for nail polish without fill or tips is excessive and no one said anything to her before hand. Watch out. They would all rather sit on their phones than take care of the customer….

He then told me that he told my 14 year old niece that it was $65 (he told her after he was done that it was $65) After I brought it to their attention they would rather argue with me about it then negotiate and agree on what we had already agreed on. And for that I give it a one star rating. If this man told her $65 dollars or not, it wasnt what we agreed on and he should have spoken with an adult rather then taking advantage of a teenager. I hope they enjoyed their tip from their surprise 20$ extra charge….

More like nails last. They were accommodating to walk-ins, which I appreciate. The prices were on par with other places, but mine AND my mom's nails have chipped within days. I paid $100 for a Mani/Pedi with gel. It should not be chipping days later. Even my toes chipped. I've never ever had that happen. Gel should last for months on toes! The hot stone massage lasted 2 minutes give or take; not worth the extra price. I've had my nails done for years. I would not go back here unless it was free. Probably not even then.

ETA the owner reached out after seeing this and tried to make it right. Unfortunately, I was on a limited schedule, from out of state. I can't just pop back in… Maybe offer to refund my card? Yeah, that didn't happen….

Review from a visit on Sunday, September 1:
Awful customer service. I made an appointment and still waited 40 minutes until they started on my pedicure. Then the whole service was super rushed. The attendant didn’t not communicate in English at all. The previous owner of this salon was running her business exceptionally, but since the change, everything went downhill. I will not return.

Update: Three days later, Wednesday, September 4, my gel manicure starts chipping. See second picture attached.

Educational moment for the owner :
Errors happen, that is just the way it is, but there are ways to avoid one star reviews despite your scheduling is running behind. You could call to let me know. Or, you could tell me when I show up so instead of having me sitting in the chair forever I can go and run an errand at the mall. Honesty and kindness go a long way. You could also not hide behind your employees and come up to me to apologize, maybe throw in some extra service, or to offer a glass of champagne.

P.S. to the owner: we didn’t leave at 5 a clock. At five a clock I was already enjoying a drink at home. The full service took less than one hour but that would be great if the quality would suffice too. The ingrown toes were not treated because the attendant did not understand nor listened, and my gel mani started to chip on day 3….

I just moved back home after being away for 8+ years. I had found my person and when I just moved back in January I didn’t know what I was going to do. I was going to this one person that my mom goes to but he was arrogant and refused to do my nails how I wanted them done and didn’t make it look anything of what I asked. I was ready to just have natural nails and not get them done any longer… 😔

Since I work in the area I started looking at reviews, I wanted to be able to stop somewhere after work and enjoy my weekend. I came across Realm and they had one of the best reviews. I messaged them on instagram asking about a question. I was able to make an appointment right away!

Mia, greeted me as soon as I arrived and did my nails! Omg! She was not only amazing at her job but so extremely kind and compassionate! 🥹 I have finally found my person I can trust to do exactly what I wanted!

For my feet, Lily was the one who did a PHENOMENAL job. I had never had gel on my toes. Since I was coming from work I didn’t have any sandals so I thought about just doing gel to make it easier. Wow wow wow!!!!!!! Lily was just as sweet and kind as Mia!

Getting my nails done is something I do for myself once a month so I value a place I can come to, to feel welcomed and appreciated it. They did just that plus more! The shop was absolutely beautiful! The massage chairs are the best I have ever sat in! Everything about this place was truly amazing! They are extremely hard workers who care about their clients! I will keep coming to them, time and time again! I don’t think I can thank you all enough for making this the experience I very much needed after leaving my second home.

Clean and beautiful interior, subtle music in the background, TVs on with no sound, and the best massage chair ever created a calm, relaxing environment for my service. Then there was the pedicure master, Ken! He gave me the best pedicure I've had in years, and the service was very reasonably priced.

From a customer perspective, I felt as though I was an inconvenience to Kim. I have been a customer since they opened I normally get the acrylic and chose to do a gel manicure instead. She smirked at me and kept pointing at me while talking to an another technician. She proceeded to stay in the back area while I was getting my manicure completed. On the positive side, Nancy did my manicure/pedicure and did an amazing job. Nancy was great. She took her time and was very gentle. I am a paying customer. I have the right to choose whatever treatment is the right for me. I plan to return to this business with Nancy being my technician. They couldn't do the design I wanted, which wasn't a huge issue. However, once they started doing my nails, the lady there filed more skin than nail until I started bleeding. The acrilics are super thick and uneven. There are places the where the nail glue is still attached to the skin. She barely said anything to me. It just wasn't a nice experience….

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would do this. I had my nails done there on Wednesday and this morning six of them just popped right off doing housework. I went there and asked if they could at least partially refund me since I paid over $100 and they said no all they could do was redo them. I don’t want them touching my nails again obviously they don’t hold so why would I let them do it again? So basically they didn’t do anything other than offered to redo them, which doesn’t make any sense because what would be the difference they didn’t do it correctly the first time…

This is the second chance I gave this place and I am highly unsatisfied. My first set of acrylics from Titus nails were ok but not the greatest. They lasted about 7 days before lifting from the cuticle. I gave them a second chance and I am even more disappointed this time around! 3 days! This set lasted 3 days and are lifting and one came completely off. When I called to speak to someone I was informed I would have to pay to have them fixed after just spending $298 for a full set and a pedicure 3 DAYS AGO! I DO NOT recommend Titus nails for anyone unless you want to be ripped off….

Paid $55. I never expect free service and I understand this can happen sometimes. But to walk out of there with a paper towel for my fingers is uncalled for. Very painful, very unhappy. First time there and don’t plan on going back….
