We switched Nail salons about 3 months ago. We love Suntree nails! We are always greeted. The owners are very kind. Oddly, I haven’t had the same nail tech twice, but it doesn’t matter. All of them do wonderful work! Since we switched, I feel like my nails have gotten healthier.
Prices are comparable to other salons.
I get a dip manicure with a regular pedicure. My nails never feel too thick. It’s never stuck to my skin. They always get the shape right. So far I think my favorite nail tech is the woman that sits in #6! She does wonderful nail art.
And the pedicure with the hot stones and massage are SO relaxing. If I had any complaints it is that they put too much orange juice in the mimosas. Ha!

This is a review for pedicures only. I was quite disappointed in the experience because I searched for the best salon in the county for a special occasion of my mom visiting and from the moment we arrived I could tell it was a mistake. I wouldn’t call this really a day spa and I think the photos are very generous.
The positives…. I do think they did a good job of cutting and sculpting my toenails, which weren’t in great shape. So, great attention to detail.
The negatives…. For one, we still waited 10 minutes when we got there even though there was no other clients using the chairs. There was no preparation – only after we sat down did they fill the foot baths. I’ve never had a pedicure where this was not done in advance. My pedicurist had no idea what she was doing so she was constantly asking my moms girl for help on what to do next. She was an absolutely saint and not only helped her but was also balancing managing scheduling and calls from the front desk. So, it was relatively chaotic because of that as well. In addition, my girl washed the pumice stone that she used on my feet in my bath as my feet were still in it. Thought that was pretty gross. And they don’t offer dryers for when your nails are done.
Would not recommend for these reasons and thought it was very expensive ($120) for the service provided…

I only went to this nail spa since I received a gift card from a friend. I don’t usually write reviews, but I was very upset after leaving.

Starting off the older man that did my nails didn’t ask what shape I wanted. He then cut me a few times on my cuticles and started chuckling. He then proceeded to place rubbing alcohol on my cut that made it hurt even worse. After this I noticed that the cuticle cutters weren’t sterilized for both my manicure and pedicure. They simply sprayed the tools with alcohol, which again made my cuticles burn.

They switched me to another lady to do my pedicure and she was a lot more gentle. But she also cut me and sprayed alcohol on my toes. Maybe my cuticles are just thin, but this has never happened to me at other nail salons.

In the end I didn’t want to give a tip, but the lady was eyeing me the whole time I was signing waiting for me to write it down. I’m hoping I don’t get an infection on my cuticles. I hate to sound rude and ungrateful, but it was just a very unpleasant experience….

Got a pedicure and my nails were cut crooked and I had to fight to have them fixed only to have the lady half fix them. She left nail filings all over the polish and then tell me that my toe is the problem and dig her nail into my skin so hard it left a bruise. Instead of cutting the edge of my nail where it was longer and making it crooked, she cut the center to the quick making it worse. Really terrible, rude service from the woman. The one who usually does my nails is perfect but this one was just awful….

But then at the end when our nails were drying, they kinda just abandoned us. They started working on other things and new clients came in and they never really signaled to us, okay you can put your shoes back on and go pay now. So it was kinda just awkward. After about 10 minutes my friend got up and then someone came over and offered to help her put on her shoes but it was a little too late. Awful customer service. I made an appointment and still waited 40 minutes until they started on my pedicure. Then the whole service was super rushed. The attendant didn’t not communicate in English at all. The previous owner of this salon was running her business exceptionally, but since the change, everything went downhill. I will not return.

Update: Three days later, Wednesday, September 4, my gel manicure starts chipping. See second picture attached.

Educational moment for the owner :
Errors happen, that is just the way it is, but there are ways to avoid one star reviews despite your scheduling is running behind. You could call to let me know. Or, you could tell me when I show up so instead of having me sitting in the chair forever I can go and run an errand at the mall. Honesty and kindness go a long way. You could also not hide behind your employees and come up to me to apologize, maybe throw in some extra service, or to offer a glass of champagne.

P.S. to the owner: we didn’t leave at 5 a clock. At five a clock I was already enjoying a drink at home. The full service took less than one hour but that would be great if the quality would suffice too. The ingrown toes were not treated because the attendant did not understand nor listened, and my gel mani started to chip on day 3….

I just moved back home after being away for 8+ years. I had found my person and when I just moved back in January I didn’t know what I was going to do. I was going to this one person that my mom goes to but he was arrogant and refused to do my nails how I wanted them done and didn’t make it look anything of what I asked. Since I work in the area I started looking at reviews, I wanted to be able to stop somewhere after work and enjoy my weekend. I came across Realm and they had one of the best reviews. I messaged them on instagram asking about a question. I was able to make an appointment right away!

Mia, greeted me as soon as I arrived and did my nails! Omg! She was not only amazing at her job but so extremely kind and compassionate! 🥹 I have finally found my person I can trust to do exactly what I wanted!

For my feet, Lily was the one who did a PHENOMENAL job. I had never had gel on my toes. Since I was coming from work I didn’t have any sandals so I thought about just doing gel to make it easier. Wow wow wow!!!!!!! Lily was just as sweet and kind as Mia!

Getting my nails done is something I do for myself once a month so I value a place I can come to, to feel welcomed and appreciated it. They did just that plus more! The shop was absolutely beautiful! The massage chairs are the best I have ever sat in! Everything about this place was truly amazing! They are extremely hard workers who care about their clients! I will keep coming to them, time and time again! I don’t think I can thank you all enough for making this the experience I very much needed after leaving my second home.

Got a walk-in pedicure (Cosmo Spa Pearl w/gel add-on) and was delighted! The atmosphere was wonderful. Clean and beautiful interior, subtle music in the background, TVs on with no sound, and the best massage chair ever created a calm, relaxing environment for my service. Then there was the pedicure master, Ken! He gave me the best pedicure I've had in years, and the service was very reasonably priced.

I just happened to Google Nail Salon and I found this place. I was greeted right away very nice lady and it was so quiet and clean , I was so very lucky to get Lindsey she was so personable and great! She really went that extra mile, so sprung for the spa pedicure that was pricey but worth it because she gave me an amazing leg and foot massage and I really needed it because I hurt my ankle and I was hobbling around in pain, she did such a great job on my leg muscles she knew what she was doing! As a massage therapist I know a good massage! My ankle pain was gone and she did an amazing job on my gel pedicure! I highly recommend this place! Thank you Lindsey for everything!❤️…

First set of lashes after failing at home applications of clusters. I had residual bonding on my lashes that I made them aware of-I pre washed with their cleanser-First visit was so relaxing! New tech took over 2 hours to apply but so happy with final results! Exactly what I desired. However-half of left eye fell off after 3 days…returned to replace with more senior tech-quickly replaced but was asked 20 questions about what I did to make them come off. Do they seriously think after spending over $100 that I'd do Anything to facilitate them coming off???? Sleep on my face? Swim? Rub or use detergents? Really?
AND the right eye was half gone on day 5.
Frustrated at this point. I look like a freak now. Big mistake. And waste of $….

I have been blessed to have Talana as my hair stylist, Talana is a professional who really listens to exactly how you would like your hair cut and styled. She has a warm and welcoming personality and always provides excellent service.

Sue gave me my first haircut in the 90s. Since then, she has skillfully bleached, highlighted, darkened, straightened, permed, and shaved my hair. She has also styled my hair for formal events like homecoming, prom, graduations, and weddings.

I've followed Sue to a few salons and was happy that she opened her own place. I can't speak from personal experience about the other stylists, but I'm impressed with what I've seen on social media.

The salon's atmosphere is clean, modern, and stylish. I love that it features local art for sale. I also feel safe getting my hair done here because face coverings are required.
