A bitter sweet experience.

Upon walking in, you are greeted by clean floors, stunning chandeliers and a huge color wall…. A wall that offered so much and yet they were out of most colors in gel. At least, that was my experience with my color choices.

Once seated, my friends and I were offered white or red wine. White please!
Very refreshing and served in a champagne flute.

My two friend’s nail techs were so friendly, mine, not so much. I was shamed for the state of my nails which was something I brushed off, but did not appreciate. Being this was a birthday present from my friend, I didn’t want to complain.

The whole time I was treated like I was more of an annoyance than a customer. Grabbing my feet and pulling and tugging with no direction to what she needed of me. (I don’t get pedis often, and when I do, I’m not used to being man handled)

Before she started, we were asked the scent and fruits we wanted for the pedi. My first two choices…surprise! Were also not available. So I went with what my friends had.

The presentation was beautiful.

After 60 minutes of being stared at under eyelashes and spoken about to her coworkers (I understood their language well enough to know when I’m being talked about) she never even gave me a foot massage. The leg massage was quick and aggressive with stones while my feet were completely ignored aside from the filing and skin buffing (when I get a pedi, that’s the part I care most about)

I left with feet that craved a massage, smelled of a scent I didn’t want and a color that wasn’t what I went in for. I know the bill wasn’t cheap. Had I been the one to pay, I would have left my complaint at the desk….

I really tried to like this place but unfortunately will never come here again. The first time I did, I ended up leaving because I waited for 45 minutes where I was told would be a 10 minute wait. Yet, I came back in hopes this time would be a better experience.

To preface, my friend and I selected the same service, same color, and same shape. The nail technician assisting me was watching videos on his phone the entire time he was doing my nails. Not only watching, but sending the videos to his friends, reacting to the video, and was barely paying attention to my nails. Prior to that, he left for 20 minutes while my nails were soaking off, and came back reeking of cigarettes. I figured he was having a bad day and didn't expect his lack of hospitality would affect the quality of his work. Unfortunately, I was wrong yet again.

Not only are my nails uneven, but the shape is different on each nail, and the skin under my nails are all exposed, which he continued to file despite wincing in pain every time he did.

The worst part of this experience was that my friend was charged significantly less than I, despite receiving the exact same service. These nails are definitely not worth $76.

Save your money and go somewhere else….

We passed this place a million times, and finally decided to give it a go. It’s a beautiful well-lit space complete with attractive decor, clean tile floors, and a friendly and attentive staff who greeted us as soon as we walk in. They’re always busy so they must be doing something right. The boss did a Mani Pedi and I did a $60 pedi with the the works. They offer a menu with all kinds of different smells and flavors on it, which is unlike anything I’ve ever seen in a nail salon. I chose the coffee with margarita smells and aloe to finish it off. She recognized that my feet were ticklish and she backed off appropriately. The cut is perfect. And the massage was wonderful. Felicia got a dip which was flawless. They even fixed one broken nail without even asking. Will be going here from now on and we highly recommend it….

I read reviews and chose this place because my nail tech is unavailable for a while. I also made the mistake of trusting the positive reviews, just sat in the chair, and started scrolling on my phone while my pedicure got started 🤦🏼‍♀️ I finally looked up and saw that NOTHING was being taken from sealed pouches to indicate it had been sterilized. Then I looked over to see where she was getting the tools from 😳 See photos 🤢 I sat and prayed, “Please, God, don’t let me get an infection or fungus from this place!” Those filing boards and buffers have other people’s skin and flakes on them! I’m mortified and feel so stupid for not paying better attention from the beginning.
That being said, HOW are these people still in business?? Who doesn’t sterilize their tools?? 🤮…

went here a almost 2 weeks ago to get a simple gel manicure and i really have nothing to say besides it was rushed and the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. just look at the pictures, there's globs of nail polish and somehow my nails were already chipped, with polish on my skin. also i chose a dark maroon color, obviously i didn't get maroon. i asked for it to be removed and they insisted that the reason it looks that way is because i didn't get acrylics, and that they could do it for me if i pay the difference. then also insisted that it'll look bad to get it removed, and wanted to paint another layer over it. i eventually got it removed, and they told me they couldn't do a refund. okay 🤷‍♀️ i got the exact same service done at a salon like 5 minutes away after that and it was perfect, so im glad i was able to find a better salon :))…

Awful customer service. I made an appointment and still waited 40 minutes until they started on my pedicure. Then the whole service was super rushed. The attendant didn’t not communicate in English at all. The previous owner of this salon was running her business exceptionally, but since the change, everything went downhill. I will not return.

Update: Three days later, Wednesday, September 4, my gel manicure starts chipping. See second picture attached.

Educational moment for the owner :
Errors happen, that is just the way it is, but there are ways to avoid one star reviews despite your scheduling is running behind. You could call to let me know. Or, you could tell me when I show up so instead of having me sitting in the chair forever I can go and run an errand at the mall. Honesty and kindness go a long way. You could also not hide behind your employees and come up to me to apologize, maybe throw in some extra service, or to offer a glass of champagne.

P.S. to the owner: we didn’t leave at 5 a clock. At five a clock I was already enjoying a drink at home. The full service took less than one hour but that would be great if the quality would suffice too. The ingrown toes were not treated because the attendant did not understand nor listened, and my gel mani started to chip on day 3….

For my feet, Lily was the one who did a PHENOMENAL job. I had never had gel on my toes. Since I was coming from work I didn’t have any sandals so I thought about just doing gel to make it easier. Wow wow wow!!!!!!! Lily was just as sweet and kind as Mia!

Getting my nails done is something I do for myself once a month so I value a place I can come to, to feel welcomed and appreciated it. They did just that plus more! The shop was absolutely beautiful! The massage chairs are the best I have ever sat in! Everything about this place was truly amazing! They are extremely hard workers who care about their clients! I will keep coming to them, time and time again! I don’t think I can thank you all enough for making this the experience I very much needed after leaving my second home.

I recently moved to Melbourne from West Palm Beach and tried this place bc it was right by my house. The lovely girl who answered the phone gave me an appointment that same day. I was immediately greeted upon entering. The place isn't huge but still more than accommodating. Nicely decorated, clean, and everyone seemed friendly. I get acrylic fills with gel polish and a pedi with gel polish, and both usually have some sort of a design. My pedicure was totally enjoyable and relaxing! Nice, comfortable chairs, and a good detailed pedicure. My manicure was also nice. She is very detailed and does beautiful work. Very steady hands, too. I've used them twice now and have been more than happy on both occasions. If I can say anything, maybe put on American TV so that the customers can also watch and understand what's going on, lol. No problem for me, went to my chair, started a Pedi with one employee, was switched in the middle so he could do someone else's nails. Still, no problem. However my nails look like my toddler attempted to do them and they basically cut my cuticle on both big toes. Paid almost over $100 plus tip for services and it literally hurts to put socks on and go to work due to having raw cuticles. Not sure where all of the great reviews come from, but that unfortunately was not the case for me at all….

Loyal client since 2021. Today was the last day I will give any of my money to this salon. I've tried to stick it out even after the constant raising of prices, taking away all discounts and incentives. I mean the prices raised 3 times in one year, within months of each other.

Today is exactly two weeks from when I got my nails done. They were not right the first day I left. I texted her pictures and telling her that although the nails seemed ok before I left, as soon as I got home I started noticing they were not right. And I was basically brushed off. Told that it just "looked that way to me". I had another nail tech look at them and they confirmed they weren't right. She never even offered for me to come back in so she could take a look or anything. I mean the nails were not even sealed from DAY ONE. Everything I touched stuck to the nails and I couldn't get it off. The top coat was peeling off multiple nails. My nails have never looked this grown out in two weeks. She's even said herself after 4 weeks at times that they weren't that grown out.

Today was my first time I was able to go into the salon to get a soak off. I've never gone for just a soak off, I ALWAYS get a new set. When I got there and stated I wanted a soak off, after knowing we texted about the nails you would think she would have at least looked at them. Instead she had someone else soak me off and when I asked aren't you going to even look at them she said with an attitude "it's been weeks". Yeah two weeks to the day, but I communicated with you the day of. There's been other times I've not been happy with my nails but I just grinned and bear it. This was the last straw. There's hundreds of salons around here and if I'm going to spend my money, I want to be happy with the service every time…

The inside is gorgeous. My friend and I wanted to get walk in pedicures and they were available for us to come in. The service was enjoyable and quick. The chairs and water comfortable too. But then at the end when our nails were drying, they kinda just abandoned us. They started working on other things and new clients came in and they never really signaled to us, okay you can put your shoes back on and go pay now. So it was kinda just awkward. After about 10 minutes my friend got up and then someone came over and offered to help her put on her shoes but it was a little too late. Might come back if they have an opening more convenient than another place but this probably wouldn't be my first choice….

The girl with the braids did my gel manicure and the entire process hurt, from taking off the old polish to my cuticles (3 of my fingers bled) to the polish job, which you can see the old polish (blue) under the new orange. The pedicure the guy did was nice, but they completely stopped taking care of me to help a walk-in with a broken nail. He passed me off to the girl who had already cut me and knew I was unhappy with. Prices are comparable to other salons.
I get a dip manicure with a regular pedicure. My nails never feel too thick. It’s never stuck to my skin. They always get the shape right. So far I think my favorite nail tech is the woman that sits in #6! She does wonderful nail art.
And the pedicure with the hot stones and massage are SO relaxing. If I had any complaints it is that they put too much orange juice in the mimosas. Ha!
