I went in today for birthday nails and ended up being very disappointed. I asked for 2 designs, cow print on my middle finger and a cactus on my thumb. The cow print came out smeared and the cactus looks like a pitchfork. The nails also have bubble like bump in the paint. The nail lady kept yanking my hand. And while filing she cut into my middle finger. The nail polish was tacky smeared and not filled in all the way. It was for sure rushed and I was forced to pay 60$ for something I could have done way better. After saying all this I will not be going back. Beware! They will not admit when they've done wrong. My daughter went there and showed them a simple picture. My daughter is too timid to confront anybody, but she showed them a picture of coffin style nails and flowers painted on both hands. They immediately cut them round on her. She asks them why they did that and they said they could not fix it now. They even ended up making her bleed. Then they refused to paint The flowers on both hands. $55 later, my daughter left for absolutely not what she asked for. So I called them. Of course they admitted nothing, they said bring my daughter back face-to-face…. Like they wanted to fight now. 🤦. The woman ended up hanging up on me. It's no wonder they have such a low rating here….

My tech was super sweet, as were the other staff I talked to. My appt was only a few minutes behind the schedule. The pictures of my toe nails are only a few hours after getting them done, one toe was not squared and the polish wasn't fully to my cuticles, and a little bumpy on a couple had a few friends already asking if i just actually had got them done.
My truck also got hit (and run) in their parking lot, I reached out to the Salon to see if they had cameras and no one has yet to respond/get back to me.
So now I have a tore up bumper and not the greatest paint job on my nails either. I was hoping they would reach out with any response as to the camera situation as to why i gave it a couple days before submitting my review….

I went to Nikki’s after a friend of mine raved about them to me. I went in for acrylics but was talked into the Apres instead, on the bases that it lasts longer, and it feels lighter. I told the nail tech, (who was amazing by the way) that I worked with my hands, and I also have my hands in water a lot. For this reason I usually do acrylics because they last me a good 3-4 weeks… however, I was still ushered into getting the Apres nails. Anyways, a week later and my nails are already popping off. It really was upsetting because I paid a good amount of money for them, so it was quite a let down when I wanted acrylics to begin with. The place is clean, and the atmosphere was very chill. I appreciate all of her hard work, but I would def go for acrylics, and mix the Apres. They’re not worth the money. They also have no sort of like, hard cover, so they’re damaged super easily….

I decided to try Blush Nail Spa last week after reading the great reviews. I had high hopes that this would be my regular nail salon. I got a basic gel pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicure was great! I’m very satisfied with the results. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because my dip manicure is not holding up well. I get dip manicures because I work with my hands a lot and need something sturdier. I’m quite disappointed that after only a week the dip is starting to lift and the clear coating is starting to peel. I try to be as gentle as possible with my nails, but if I’m paying for something that is supposed to be durable, then I would like it to last longer than a week. Aside from that, my experience was good. The space was clean, even though it was very busy when I went. Each staff member I interacted with was very nice and my nail tech was very kind and respectful. I just wish the dip was more durable and lasted longer….

I had the volcano pedicure. Very disappointed with this service. The massage was too light-handed, they spilled paraffin so I didn’t get the full foot covered, the blade to remove dead skin did not come from a sterile pack, and neither did the brush they scrubbed my foot with. Gross. The green brush looked very worn. Polish is clumpy and messy. The “tech” barely spoke to me. When the nails were dry and I checked them, I asked why the polish was so bad? They asked if I wanted it fixed now? I’ve already been here over at hour… Like how they didn’t see how bad their polish job was before putting me under the dryer, I don’t even know?!? Also, the packs that they were using we’re not actually sterilized there was moisture in the packs when removed from the top cabinet of the unit. I watched tech place a kit in to be sterilized and the next tech grab the same kit that was just placed in there . It’s also too crowded in the sterilizer with too many packs stacked up. You can not process instruments in layers. Too many packs means bacteria and moisture is trapped. This is not up to safety standards….

This review is only based off my nail experience. I went there last week and got the best pedicure ever! The staff were so nice and did amazing. I came back today to get a simple short set. My regular nail girl is on vacation for awhile so I decided to give them a chance. I don’t know what the young man’s name is, he was wearing a black shirt that had a saying along the lines of not being interested. Either way, I told him that on one of my fingers, I needed the leftover acrylic soaked off. He ignored me and clipped the acrylic and me and made me bleed. He offered no apology, instead he put acetone on a cotton ball and wrapped it in foil to soak it off….just like I had asked. It burned sooooo bad!! Then when he put the gel on, he didn’t let it cure in the light more than 15 seconds then got mad when I told him my nails were still sticky. I’ve been getting my nails done for 22 years, you have to let them cure at least 60 seconds. He got visibly upset at having to reapply the gel then when he was done, he said “you’re done” and walked away. I typically am a good tipper, I tipped the guy $20 last week because my pedi was that great. I will go back for a pedicure but I will NOT have my nails done there. Y’all need to have a talk with him, that’s horrible behavior toward paying customers. He also didn’t have me wash my hands before applying the gel so I now have acrylic all over my fingers….

I was starting to be a semi regular customer. This was my third visit in 6 weeks. The first visit I paid $150 and this last visit I wanted an acrylic fill with nail polish. I had to argue about price and pull their own price menu up to show them. They tried to tell me that my nail length was excessive and needed to be charged extra for the nail polish. My cuticles are peeling from the grinder they used and the way the worker dug it into my nail bed. Every single nail is streaky and bumpy I could have literally done better at home. I accidentally bumped my finger on the fan and the worker just painted over the half dried section creating a bigger bump… when I approached the manager he said that he could refund and I told him no I just wanted to be treated better and walk away with better service next time.. he told me good luck getting better service for $25 for my nail length… agin it was just a fill and white nail polish…the manager also said their jobs stop when we make it to the fans and I just find that completely unbelievable.I eventually accepted the refund when it became obvious the manager lacked any customer service capabilities. Be careful going here if you want something simple they will act like your cheap even if you spend $150 previously and plan to do so again after the holidays… I wish I could rate them a zero and have the satisfaction of watching the place shut down……

My cousin and I went here to celebrate her birthday. It was a quiet little place. We were greeted as soon as we came in and directed to a kiosk to sign in. We were told to come back for an appointment within the hour. This worked perfectly as it gave us a reason to go grab lunch. When we came back we were guided to the spa/massage chairs. They then offered us drinks. I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure, complete with leg and foot massage. Then on to my manicure. It turned out perfectly, but as soon as I grabbed my shoes I messed up one of my nails. They quickly fixed it at no extra charge and then applied and extra clear coat to all of my nails. When we went to check out, they surprised my cousin with a gift certificate for her birthday. We will definitely be back again. Totally worth the drive from Jacksonville….
