Clean and has more seats than it seems from the outside. Lots of colors in all styles. I made an appt and there was no issue with them fitting me in with short notice but they also take walk-ins, you just have to be patient and wait until a tech is available.

If you live in the Villages there's no golf cart path but it's a very short drive. Will definitely be back….

I went in for a pedicure and manicure. Todd was very gentle on my pedicure and then made a recommendation to get a full set done instead of a gel manicure because I told him my gel usually only lasts about a week due to having very thin nails. My full set and pedicure look amazing. I will probably only go to Todd now. I definitely recommend him….

Update: 3rd time going. If you get pedicures, you will be offered water or a soda. Took my husband. I treated him to a mani-pedi. I got a pedi with gel and Ombré Fill with art work. Elsa was my nail this time…Mimi was away on vacation… Elsa did a great job…Very pleased.
Also need to give props to Nancy who did my husbands mani pedi and Sonny who did my pedi… THANK YOU ALL for a wonderful relaxing time!…

First, I will say that this review has nothing to do with the employee's or the former owners. Ray and Vicki as well as the workers are fantastic. Since this business was sold my wife and I have had issues several times with appointments. We have been going here for more than 22 years. Lately, we have had numerous appointments scheduled only to find out the appointments were not made or the wrong times were written down. We have spoken to the new owner each time and he made the appointments but then somehow forgets or writes down the incorrect times. This past week my wife called and made two appointments for her and I. We had to update our appointments from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm, the same day. We spoke with the new owner and he stated no problem at all. The day of our appointment we received a call from the receptionist stating we were late for our appointment. My wife advised our appointments were for 2:30 pm. We were quickly said no they were not they were 1:30 pm. My wife explained she spoke to the owner and changed the appointment to from 1:30 to 2:30 pm. The receptionist told my wife that was not correct. Once again, she told him again what had taken place with the owner. The receptionist informed my wife they had other customers at 2:30 pm so we could not come. At this point my wife was upset because this same issue has happened previously. She tried to accommodate numerous times to allow us 15 minutes to get to the shop but was met with no even though this was the owners fault. My wife told them to forget it and we would go elsewhere. I called back and advised the receptionist he needed to call the owner and make this right since it was his mistake and he had done the same thing previously. The owner called back and did nothing but blame my wife. He didn’t offer any solutions and did nothing to help us for his error. He failed to realize I was sitting in the car with her when she made the appointment originally and then had to move it to one hour later. I quickly explained the events that took place and we were told ok. If this was the first time this has happened, we would have said okay no problem. However, this was not the first time it happened. As I stated, it has happened several times since he has taken over after never happening prior to him buying the shop. We miss the way the shop was operated when Ray and Vicki were the owners. To many avoidable mistakes are being made by the new owner….

I typically don’t leave negative reviews anywhere, but I went back to see Carol three times to fix my nails and they still look terrible. The first time, they were so thick and the gel was not done right, so the polish immediately started scraping off. The second time, they put a clear coat over my already messed up nails and they messed up by the time I made it home. The third time, she fixed one of the tips by just adding a layer of polish and then doing another clear coat, which made them look awful and the clear coat is again coming off. This was all within a few days. My total was $135 and of course I tipped, so I definitely expect my nails to look awesome and last 2+ weeks for that price. I’m super disappointed and will not be back. The atmosphere and salon itself is nice, but for the price you pay, you do not get quality nails. After three trips, I would’ve expected a solution and not for them to still be awful. Photos are from the third time being “fixed”…..

Danny did a good job with my nail art. We were charged full price for my 4 year old. Most places only charge for a polish change for a small child. I was told that if I posted a good review that I would get a discount. That also includes my mother and sister, since they left good reviews as well. The owner Carol watched over my shoulder to make sure we selected 5 stars and posted what she wanted us to say. After waiting 5+ hours for the 4 of us to get our main/pedis and posting the required reviews for a promised discount, the total came out to be $468 before tip. The owner again watched me so I felt pressured to leave a good tip. I was shocked at the price. I was never given a price list for the manicures and they never mentioned prices to any of us. I never received an itemized receipt so I have no way of knowing what I was charged for or if I actually received the promised discounts.

Immediately upon getting in my car the jewels started to pop off and hair is sticking to the nail from the glue he put on last minute!! This shouldn’t be happening considering I paid $220 for this set! It was done by David! And they were basically harassing me to leave a good review especially Carol! Don’t go to this place! I am blown away by chino’s work! He is so talented and pays attention to the little details. I did show up a few minutes late and they still accommodated me no problem. They were friendly and we had great conversation. I’m really fidgety and had a ton of coffee before apt and he was still so patient with me moving and bumping nails. It had been a few months since I had a pedi and my feet are sooooo soft! I got the explosion pedi and the products are amazing and smell so good. The salon normally closes at 7 and he even kept it open until 9 to finish my service. The salon is super clean and chino and his wife were such good vibes. I’m so glad my friend referred me I had been going to another salon in altamonte (Jasmine- DONT recommend) and was constantly disappointed with my mani/pedis. Chino blew it out of the water. He is pricier than some salons, but his work is literal perfection! The products are great, so many color choices and I guarantee he can do almost any design choice. I love his banter and honesty. 100% my new salon love this place.

Ignore any negative reviews I disregarded them and am so so so happy I went!
