Clean and has more seats than it seems from the outside. Lots of colors in all styles. I made an appt and there was no issue with them fitting me in with short notice but they also take walk-ins, you just have to be patient and wait until a tech is available.

If you live in the Villages there's no golf cart path but it's a very short drive. Will definitely be back….

This shop is one of the best shops in the area. They always do their best to make sure a customer leaves satisfied. Although it’s sometimes very busy, the service is well worth the wait. The family that runs it is friendly and they make you feel comfortable with whatever situation you have going on. They ALL do great work down to nails, toes, lashes, brows/brow tinting, and more. Joe is the owner and he creates a fun conversational environment in the shop. That’s the main thing that I love about this shop, they make an effort to connect and be social with the clients. He did a garbage job and charged $100 for her pedicure and the nails, AND THE STONES FELL OFF ONE HAND AN HOUR LATER.. J&T in Florida City will never EVER get another dime from me. Just a bad experience all around. Wanted to get my nails done on my birthday and I went in around 1 and saw it was busy and asked if I could schedule an appointment for later and was told I could come in at 4. I didn’t even get sat down til 4:20 and service didn’t start til around 4:30. I told a lady that spoke to me that I wanted a manicure and pedicure and she asked what type of polish and I said what you think is best and she said dip. She also asked if I wanted a drink and I said water which didn’t get brought to me til I was more than halfway done. The pedicure started then someone came to put dip on my fingers and I said oh I wanted a manicure to clean up my fingers and they said that’s different than dip and I said I needed both because my cuticles and hang nails were bad. At every nail salon I go to, they access your nails and clean them up if needed before starting gel/SNS or acrylic powder. I also had no polish on my hands. They continue putting the dip on and said they will clean up my nails after. They tried putting gel on my toes when I never mentioned gel and I told the first woman I wanted regular on my feet. I then got cut multiple times because they decided to clean up my cuticles after the dip was already on. It was very expensive for something so sub par and the only person that had a good attitude was the first woman I spoke to. They must treat regulars that come in great but not new people. Won’t be going back….

I went in today for birthday nails and ended up being very disappointed. I asked for 2 designs, cow print on my middle finger and a cactus on my thumb. The cow print came out smeared and the cactus looks like a pitchfork. The nails also have bubble like bump in the paint. The nail lady kept yanking my hand. And while filing she cut into my middle finger. The nail polish was tacky smeared and not filled in all the way. It was for sure rushed and I was forced to pay 60$ for something I could have done way better. After saying all this I will not be going back. My daughter is too timid to confront anybody, but she showed them a picture of coffin style nails and flowers painted on both hands. They immediately cut them round on her. She asks them why they did that and they said they could not fix it now. They even ended up making her bleed. Then they refused to paint The flowers on both hands. $55 later, my daughter left for absolutely not what she asked for. So I called them. If i could give 0 stars i would ! The service is terrible . I have so many cuts on my foot , clumpy polish and nail polish all over my foot as if i was a portrait to then be charged over $80. Got here at 12:30 and didnt leave till 4! Enjoy these horrendous pics….

I usually go to another salon but had to come here today because I couldn’t get an appointment at my usual place. This salon is very clean and orderly, and the service was quick and friendly. I only got a fill (short square nails, no longer than the tip of my finger) with a French tip. I was charged $63, and with the tip, I paid $78. I think the price is outrageous, especially since it was only a fill. This is what I normally pay for a full set.

After leaving, I noticed some nails were crooked and others were wider than the rest, so I had to reshape them at home. I’m very particular about my nails, especially when paying good money. This was my second time giving them a chance, and I won’t be returning. I give them 3 out of 5 stars because the salon was clean and the customer service was good, but I’m not impressed with the quality of work….

1. Rude front desk: She was not friendly and very unprofessional. She has horrible customer service and will not make you feel welcomed. She rudely asked what I needed. Then told me she had an appointment coming in and couldn't fit to get my mother in for both services. I understand we were walk ins but kindness goes a long way. As we checked out, the front office lady did not say anything. This was the second time going there and I will never come back to give them business nor should you….

I have one great experience here and one awful experience. Both times were pedicures, the first time I got the basic $25 pedicure and it was the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Tonight, I asked for the basic, was never handed a menu of services AND even said that all I needed was to remove the dead skin and paint my nails. She charged me $30, which was not the price of the basic pedicure 3 weeks ago when I came for the first time, and walked out with the worst painted toenails I’ve ever seen. I’m heading to a wedding tomorrow so I am highly disappointed & will have to get them redone when I get to my destination….

I had a horrible experience at this salon with a guy named Victor. At first, we didn't understand each other. So I was trying to explain to him how I wanted my nails. In he was get aggravated with me trying to explain to him. So he placed the first nail on, and I stated to him that I wanted them short. In he was like, what you mean short? Then I was like, whatever length you consider short, that's what I want. Reminder I only have 1 nail on. I told him, "Hey, even though we got off to a rough start, my birthday is today, and all I want is my nails done right." Because I get my nails done a lot, and it's the same process, but I can see him rushing and a little upset. So after he placed the nails on, he cut them and started filing, and all I asked was, "Are you going to check to make sure it's even before I wait til the end and there not. So he said to me to check and I said I don't like them. Then he said, "You can wait for someone else, because i dont wanna do your nails anymore. I said no, I can just leave and he said its up to you and i said i will just leave. So he took the nails off, and I left. Listen, I have a job, and I know customer service, but I can read body language, and he was aggravated. After I left his salon I went next door didn't have to wait because everyone was there and the service was great and I asked for the same nails and I didn't have any problems. Oh yeah I was also greeted by another man asked him the same questions and everything went smooth….
