I was able to snag a last minute same day appointment for a full set and pedicure. I was immediately welcomed and sat for my nails. Mai went above and beyond expectations! I had a reference photo that I wanted and she made sure to follow it exactly how I wanted. My nails are SO cute and even my husband mentioned he loves the classy elegant look they have. I’m so happy with my birthday nails. Best part I splurged and still spent less than what I have at other shops. Very affordable, great service, and quality work!

Pedicure was done by a male tech who I unfortunately did not get his name. It was a little rough and left with a few scrapes from the brush but ultimately it was so relaxing and loved my pedicure experience as well!…

It easily accessible . Make sure to set an appointment or go early they do get busy but they will find a fit you in. They do a great job with pedicure. I think the should offer drinks and maybe a hand massage with the price. Getting nails is a hit or miss. If you have the right person you can get a good set. Got there and were seated right away, I requested for it to be least busy upon making the appointment. I know they can’t really control the busy or slow! It worked out how I wanted. Took care of bf & my pedicures first, then did eyebrows, and was seated immediately after waxing for my full set. I showed them an image and walked out with everything exactly how I wanted he did change it up a hair but turns out I love them! Better than the image. Best pedicure I get ingrown toe nails a lot, she got all of the ingrown out and everytime I thought she was done she was go back and get even more. I left with everything removed and a fresh French gel pedicure. Holly was who I had for my pedicure. I had the younger gentlemen with longer hair I didn’t catch his name unfortunately! I usually have a great experience when I usually go and for the past two years I have been going, I have told a few people to give them a try and that they wouldn’t be disappointed, well this time I advised one of my best friends to give them a try and to be honest I wish I hadn’t, not only was the nail tech extremely rude, and turned my friend away because she stated she didn’t have the items to remove the gel polish that was done on the nails, that happen to be 3-D .My friend left and didn’t schedule another appointment and when she told me I was shocked and stated that’s usually not like them and just give them one more chance. I reached out to the manager since we have spoke a few times but I was honestly disappointed when I called and she didn’t return my call but had the receptionist give me a call. I work in customer care and no matter what you take ownership and you call the client back especially if it is your business. When the receptionist called back she stated we would like to rectify what happened but it would have to be on either a Wednesday or Thursday unfortunately my friend had an important event to go to and called and asked to be fit in on a Friday . Manager stated that they would try and fit her in on Friday at six turns out they never gave her a call back. I apologized to my friend and explained go someplace else. It’s sad but I will never advise people to go there and I will no longer be going there also….

Not a bad job but I didn't like the lady I had. She told me to pick a better color next time because white is boring. She also mentioned she'd be really mad at me if messed up a nail. They leave the shoes and toe seperater on your feet and you have to take them off yourself when dry. They also make you put them through this slit in the bin, and of course I totally accidentally messed up my thumb. I was frustrated and didn't want her to be mean about having to re-do it (she warned me!) So I just left. I also had to wait 30 minutes between my toes and hands being done. They did a very basic job, no better or worse than other places but I just didn't like the lady's personality. I'm sure not all the technicians are like her but she really took the joy out of my thing. If I go back, I'll make sure I get someone else….

Overall, I am sure there is better place to go for better service for a little less or little more money. I asked for design on big toes my tech couldn't do it so she asked another tech to do it. That tech started doing it but stated she was messing up so she asked another tech if he could do it. One repolish, 3 techs later and $6 design fee, I got a design. I also wanted my eyebrows arched. By the time the young lady finished it was the final touch of a disappointing experience at this shop. My eyebrows looked like they were never touched. (Smh) I paid and even tipped my nail tech but I knew this was my first and last time coming to this place for service….

I’ve been coming here for months and usually have stellar service. I frequently get dip nails that last over a month. Pay the price for a good manicure that lasts. Had my nails done by Adela this past weekend and they didn’t even last a week. Not only were my cuticles bleeding during the manicure, she didn’t apply any base coat for the dip, didn’t shape them properly, and then dremmeled them at the end so hard the color came off… the solution was to add gel of the same color to touch it up. Can’t believe I paid $65 for nothing but a hack job….

I came in a few weeks ago to get extensions and builder gel removed (I got those done elsewhere). The tech drilled my SKIN on almost every nail and caused me to bleed. It took a week for that to heal and my fingers were burning doing nothing. He also completely damaged my natural nails. He drilled way too much and my nails were so thin that they were peeling off at the tips. I usually have very healthy and strong nails and I will never return here again….

She gets booked up. She's the only person I've gone to for months and my nails grew so much and I stopped biting my cuticles, she cuts them in a way that they grow healthy and I was a picker for years and my nails are so healthy now too, she makes sure to keep them that way.

The only distraction was an entitled woman came in with her 3 granddaughters and declared loudly that she had an 11am appointment and complained. It seemed like they were taking their time but once getting home and actually looking at them we are very disappointed. Nails look randomly and unevenly clipped and not shaped at all. nails are fine but super lumpy and crooked from an angle. website says $30 for a full set of acrylic nails, woman doing my nails complained to her daughter who was also doing nails about their set prices and proceeded to charge me $50 (without tip). the station was super dusty and there was no sanitization between the previous customer and me.

super disappointed because it was for my senior prom and i live nearby so i could stop by easily. i didn't want to complain about the price, since it is the average for a lot of nail salons in vero, but they could have been transparent about it. no use fighting it but will not be going here again :)…

I went to Florida Nails today to treat myself to a pedicure. I’m friendly, never complain and always make sure to leave a nice tip, that said, my experience today was the absolute worst I’ve ever had in any nail salon.
As I said, getting a pedi is a treat for me. I look forward to a relaxing time, with nice massages in a friendly environment. Instead, I received a rushed service, from a technician (who was actually the owner) who from the start couldn’t be bothered to say hello and said nothing the entire time. He made me feel like I was an inconvenience that he was tolerating. Though not enjoyable, I still wanted my nails done and against my better judgment stayed which in hindsight was a mistake.
He pulled my cuticles so hard that it was painful and even though I told him it hurt he simply ignored me. The polishing was a mess and I left with red sore cuticles and smeared nail polish that I had to redo when I got home.
The only time he spoke to me was to ask if I was putting his tip on my credit card -which was a no.
I don’t like writing a bad review especially for a small local business, but the service and pedi was so poor. As I said, I wished I had left but didn’t want a confrontation but going forward I will take my hard earned money somewhere else…

If I could give them zero stars I would. Had an appt at 5 still sitting her waiting and it’s 5:45. They claimed they’re short staff, but why would you make an appt for 5? The appt was made around noon, they double book themselves and expect you to wait and be on there time. No sense of urgency no nothing. Sophie is who my appt was made with. She was doing someone else nails when I arrived finished that person then started another full set right afterwards. First and Last time ever going there. Sad part about it, someone recommended Sophie which makes the person looks bad. Guess regular customers gets top priority. You’ll never build clientele this way….

Went in while in town for a quick visit, needed a pedicure/gel polish and dip powder redo for my nails. Should have gone elsewhere. The powder job on my nails is not smooth, she didn’t clean my nails well, and didn’t take the powder evenly to the base of my cuticles across my nails. I didn’t want to embarrass the tech so I called immediately after walking out to request a portion of the money paid; they refused. Offered for me to come back so they could “fix it” but I communicated several times while she was in the process of doing my nails that they did not look finished. Not to mention that my daughter and I had already spent two hours in the nail salon, and my daughter was hungry and tired. Pedicure was also not good; it was rushed and quick, “massage” was all of five seconds. Too many other salons in the vicinity to waste your time, and money, here. Walk a few more steps or drive another minute away for better treatments and services. Bad business. I would not recommend….

My daughter went here today per her roommate's suggestion. Unfortunately, she had a terrible experience. Not only were the gel nails thickly applied and lumpy, the technician failed to cut the cuticle and left polish all over the skin. Despite her dissatisfaction, she still left a 20% tip.

She immediately called me from the car and explained the situation. I told her to go back in and ask them to remove the gel nails. The owner was rude and refused, and told her the paint would come off in the shower. She ended up going to Venus nail salon and they fixed her nails for $10 plus tip. My college age daughter does not recommend this nail salon….

As someone that was referred by a friend, I made an appointment with Anna. After waiting 30 minutes, I was instructed to go to Cassie. I expected my expectations to be met however they were not. Though Cassie was very kind and tried her very best, I was not happy with my dip nails and I was still charged full price. I’m not sure why I wasn’t given to Anna as my appointment was specifically with her (which I mentioned multiple times), however what I paid for the designs were not worth it. They were not precise and they my nails were clumpy after the designs. My toes, which has never ever happened before were clumpy and not filed straight as well. They had specks of my nails which showed that the nail wasn’t smooth before being painted. Sadly disappointed with my services however, workers are kind.

Edit: My nails ended up breaking and chipping in less than a week. I ended up going back on for repair and Anna accommodated me. Her designs were precise and cleaner. She was so very sweet and her work is absolutely amazing — she served amazing customer service!…

Not happy paying for a pedicure, for someone that does not typically do pedicures he only does nails too rub lotion on my legs, no massaging at all, he was absolutely clueless what to do for the pedicure, needless to say I was very upset over this. The owner was even there and said nothing about him doing my pedicure. Might as well let anybody off the street do it. This is not a way to run a business. I paid $38 for the deluxe pedicure and got lotion rubbed on me for all of 5 minutes if that….

I am rating based only on my experience as a first time customer. I came in for a dip powder on my already old set natural nails, I was sat immediately upon arrival, the process of my dip powder was alright although the nail technician whom attended me had walked away quite a few times and attended other customers while with me which I didn’t really like, I was not really appreciative of the customer service appreciation but I did however liked my nail results, I did found it odd that they use Gel top instead of the dipping powder shine top to finish off the set. I payed $40 for my dip powder. On the other hand my mother did a pedicure with a gel color and they actually charge to remove the previous color ($25) overall she payed $60 which I find sort of expensive for a pedicure + gel color application….

Update to my experience here at exquisite nails in Sebring fl.
This was my 4th time here and it was terrible on the 4th time!
The prior times my nails were done great by Carmen and my pedicure, and facial were done well too!
However this 4th time I couldn’t schedule with Carmen due to my schedule reasons. So I made online appointment with any tech that could take me at 10am. I show up next morning for app and a told that my nail tech is new and freshly out of nail school. I show my inspo picture to front desk business woman, new nail tech and was told by front desk women that new nail tech was scared since she can’t do certain things from my inspo pic but that another nail tech would jump in and help her on. I should have refused service but I chose to be understanding and went ahead with new nail tech. New nail tech applied acrylic sloppy and messy and uneven on my acrylic overlay on natural nails. I kindly told new nail tech my observation of unevenness, sloppy, missing acrylic parts etc. new nail tech should have refused to do my nails since she was scared and not confident in her work based on my inspo picture. Business women should have not allowed this new nail out of nail school nail tech to perform my nails if not confident in achieving my desired results! Also I was charged as if a skilled nail set did my nails but new nail tech clearly left so many issues with my nails that another skilled nail tech wouldn’t have! All customers want is honesty if nail tech can’t perform the inspiration picture shown beforehand and direct customer to a nail tech that is skilled and confident to achieve desired results of customer! I left at 1:30pm and I arrived for my appointment at 10am… ridiculous! I was given a 5$ discount for long wait but still charged me so much for a new nail tech fresh out of nail school! Not fair priced then! This bad experience I share for the better of the business and for customers to be aware. Will not be a returning customer, since this horrible experience of my 4th time here. 76$ charged but would have been 81$ if I didn’t receive 5$ discount for long wait! By the way this is acrylic overlay on my natural real nails no tips on!!!…

This place used to be great, but I went in for a pedicure today after an absence and was really disappointed. I showed up 15 minutes early and my tech was free but didn’t greet me until after my appointment time, claiming she “thought it was a different customer she was waiting for.” Then during the pedicure it felt like she was digging under my toenails. It was very painful. I got gel and it turned out fine but it already chipped not even 12 hours later.

Update: I went back to the salon and they were able to touch up my gel right away, which I totally appreciate. However, both my big toes are still hurting today from the tech digging under the nails yesterday….

I always book an appointment because it can get busy, but if anything, that’s because the nail techs are amazing. I would never recommend or tell people to do walk-ins because the wait is longer than expected. Learned the hard way!

I’m also the type of person that doesn’t care about fancy decorations, if they serve drinks and/or coffee, or if they want to talk to you. I come here to get my nails done and that’s it! Most of my experiences, is getting charged for all those extra unnecessary things but end up with mediocre nails. I value my time and money, and I don’t have a problem paying extra as long as the work is done properly.

This girls are meticulous, professional and strive for excellence. I get the builder gel and it last up to a month. I don’t have problems with broken nails, tips falling, fungus or any other issues I had before with other nails techs. They don’t talk much, I’m perfectly fine with that, because they are focus on what they are doing and make sure their work looks impeccable. They get in their zone and get the job done!

This place was recommended by my hair stylist and I have been getting my nails done here for over a year.

I have been coming here since An & Vinny. The quality has truly gone down. My usual tech Pink is on vacation and I decided to try someone in her absence. I booked an appointment for 2:00pm. I got her at 1:55pm.It is now 2:26pm and the tech I am suppose to be assigned to, is doing someone else’s nails. No one has communicated and apologized for the inconvenience or asked to take over but they are sitting in their phones at empty stations.Their policy states if you are 10 minutes late, it is considered a no show/cancellation and you’ll be charge $20. This needs to be done both ways if you are not valuing peoples time as well. I am very disappointed! I hate leaving bad reviews but hopeful this will make them do better. If I was not traveling tomorrow, I would have cancelled.

Very disappointed in the turn out of my nails, the polish was not applied smoothly and my nails weren’t cut correctly. She cut the corner of my toe nail with the cuticle scissors and now my nail look like it was chip.Every time I go here there is some new price change. Firstly I want to say that the staff here are very nice. No complaints there. I got my first ever acrylics here a month or so ago and they were plain black almonds that looked amazing! So I decided to go back in and ask for black French tips since the full black grew out more noticeably. This is the sloppiest French tip. The lines are uneven and there’s even a chunk of black gel polish stuck under my right ring fingernail that the man tried and failed to get off, and it’s clearly visible through the pink part. I’m so sad, I just wanted nice nails, I never get my nails done. $45 was not worth it for this. If you do come here, get something simple.
