I have just recently moved to the area and way over due for a fill-in appointment. I look at reviews before contacting a business and did just that in this case yesterday. On Bon Nails website they have online appointments, They had availability for the evening! I booked it and added a note of what I currently have and what I needed. I had immediate appointment confirmation and within a few minutes, Ken called and asked if I could come an hour later, I gladly did so.
Upon arrival, the salon was so clean and very pretty, I signed in and Ken immediately had me at his table. He asked questions verifying information about my nails and my likes and dislikes. He had wonderful recommendations, answered and explained all of my questions. He spent extra time with me making sure I loved and approved of my nails.
Ken and his wife were so friendly, kind and sweet. Everyone there smiled and spoke to me. I was so relaxed and felt welcomed and valued.
I left Bon Nails with my next appointment, beautiful nails and the feeling of being a valued customer and friend.

If you want lopsided ‘oval ‘nails and poor clean up and a nail tech that botches your nails because you’ve changed your mind about the length long before applying acrylic- this is the place for you . I only gave 1 star because the deluxe pedicure was well done . Clearly they aren’t good at shaping nails and should have stated that . Would not recommend and will not return. The nail tech knew he botched my nails that’s why he could not sit to finish my nails correctly with cuticle oil or lotion . Poor poor customer satisfaction. The worst acrylic set I have ever received ….

I took 3 girls here to get their nails done for prom. They were excited. From the moment we walked in the lady who greeted us at the door was rude and seemed irritated that we were there. We called ahead for an appointment. 2/3 girls were cut while getting their nails done. They have lumps in their gel polish. The man who did one of the girls nails was rude to the point that she was about to cry. The woman who did my daughter’s nails cut her and didn’t even apologize. They ignored the girls when they tried to show them the photos they had of what they wanted. I understand people have bad days, but not one person was friendly. To have a name like happy nails and have 3 girls leave unhappy is ironic. This salon ruined what should have been a good experience for these girls. We will never come back….

My new salon! Since May, I have tried a few salons mostly with mediocre results. Today I tried U. S. Nails. Looking around one of the first things I noticed was how clean it was. That is always a plus when having something like this done. I was taken quickly for being a walk in. Chad was my technician. I showed him the picture I wanted and told him the color scheme and he said no problem. He started the process and was super gentle and took his time to make sure he didn’t hit the skin. Once he was done with the initial old polish removal, he realized how poor of a job the last salon did. He said he didn’t want to talk bad about another tech and I told him don’t worry about it, I know how bad they were. He fixed their work and went to work on the new nails. This was my first and last visit to California Nails, after first arriving I asked to have my nails done. After having the nail tech working on my nails he assumed that I just wanted them painted (for $25 I would have just painted them myself.) I asked about having a full set done and not just a regular manicure he removed what he had done at first and started working on my nails again. I should have taken a better look at them before leaving, totally my fault for not doing so, and after arriving back home I noticed a lot of flaws like uneven polish, the middle nail on my right hand wasn't shaped correctly and looks larger than the others, and just doesn't match the size of nails on my left hand. I was also charged extra for the manicure that was stopped before he got nail polish on my nails. I will have to go to another salon on my next day off and have my nails completely redone. You can see in the forth and fifth photo the difference in nail size….

The reason I did so was because I needed callus remover like the paper said it did. The only difference in my pedicure was a scent. I didn’t notice inside of the shop but as soon as I got to my car realized how jacked up they were, I’m going to call and see if they’re willing to fix them tomorrow. Hopefully they have some sense of decency and will make it right…

I’ve visited this place one other time before today to have my acrylic nails taken off & while she got the job done she wasn’t the most pleasant.

Today I walked in to see about getting a pedicure as I wanted to give them another try since the location is convenient. Upon walking in no one acknowledged me but a few seconds after I walked in another lady came in behind me & they acknowledged what I thought was me & when I asked about a pedicure she looked at the lady behind me & asked if we were together to which the lady shook her head & the lady proceeds to ask her to take a seat & then she completely ignores me & let’s me stand there before I just decided to leave.

Very unprofessional & rude. Will not be going back….

Came in as a walk in on a slammed Saturday morning. The nails speak for themselves. Absolutely amazing shape, dip application, and design. So beautiful!

Updated: $65 plus a $20 tip for just my fingernails which was fine except one broke 4 days later. Went in at opening to get it fixed (called two days ago to make sure). Said they were too busy to fix one nail and I had to come back in the afternoon. I drove 45 minutes to get there and work evenings so I’ll just have to go to an entirely different nail salon and pay to have the one nail done….

They can’t seems to get any shape for a nail down besides square, the nail art is awful, they NEVER have a set price I can be told three different prices within the SAME fill or set and I never changed what I presented to them. I made an appointment each time and EACH time I wasn’t called up till 30 minutes past with walk in’s going in front of me as I had been sitting there a long time for an APPOINTMENT. This place is awful and has been for months…

4/5/24. This wont let me put in an update review, so I had to report by piggy banking after my last. My last few experiances were great. But today. Not so much. I dont know why the polish didnt dry after an hour. Its smeared and dented all up. And the leg message along with applying the moisturizer didnt happen. Service was different today.

So fast, and kind. She did a wonderful job. And even went to the store to get me a coke, which was not expected…

Ive been going to this shop for 4 or 5 years and today was the worst experience that my daughter n myself have had. We had a bad feeling to and we should have turn around and left atill I saw the regular lady who owns the business or Lang. I wasn't thinking a lady who's eyebrows looked good would mess our eyebrows up but she did. This was the second time I took my daughter to get her eyebrows done n the first time was right before mother's day she was so happy with her experience and her eyebrows but not today the older lady was horrible. She waxed and then started plucking so much that we both had no brow left. Now my daughter doesn't want to ever get her eyebrows done again thanks to the lady not knowing when to stop….
