This was my second time getting my acrylics done here. The first time they had come out lovely but this time … not so much. I had gotten them done two days before christmas. The whole process felt rushed it only took about 30 minutes to get my acrylics done. When I had left the salon I noticed how poorly shaped and filed the nails were. I didn’t have time to come back so I filed them in which they came out a lot better. I then began to realize my fingers were starting to turn yellow and solidify, which has never happened to me before. Reviewed visit – came back to get my nails done 21st July. As my original Review told me to come back and let them fix my nails.
The guy who fixed my nails was good and I absolutely love them. He listened to what I wanted.
I was under the impression that I was getting them fixed for free but no I got a 20% discount and paid $40

1st time trying here and will be the last. Not impressed, I kept saying I want short hard gel nails and they still long on certain fingers and short on others. I gave up telling them as they were not listening.
They the kept going on about a tip on my broken nail after me saying no I did not want. They done it anyway and my thumb nail looked horrible. I said no I didn't want the tip and to remove this, they did but don't think they wanted too.

I now have nails short and long length. They aren't even in texture either.
When filing my nails she was hurting my skin around the nail
I have had to try get the gel builder out of my cuticles as she painted over them…

We proceeded then he started putting nails on. I was very confused at that point. I told him politely I didn’t want any tips. He was really upset I said that. Last time I’m be going to this salon. I’ve been going here 2 yrs. Today it was $36 & change + $10 tip ( the lady is very very nice thus the tip ). It was $32 when I went last month. Sorry but I have to give an honest review… asked for a deluxe pedicure and was given the same pedicure as the most basic package. She rushed through my pedicure and the pictures are the result. I asked for a gel pedicure which I get everywhere else, they charged and extra $20 just for gel polish… makes no sense since a bottle of gel nail polish is about half of that and gel is probably easier/quicker for them. Then came my nails, the tech did not ask me once if I liked them and was also rushed. They are all lumpy and different thicknesses. She did not paint the gel all the way to the end of the sides and it looks like I have duck nails. You can even see the tip that was glued and is coming off on my index finger. I spent over $150 to be disappointed and dissatisfied. I hope these nail techs realize we also work really hard for the money we spend with them. These nail shops should start to do the services to the same degree as they like to over charge. For the money I spent it should have been an AMAZING experience and I should have left there happy. Will not be coming again! Sorry…

I’m from NJ on vacation in the area. I would not recommend this place to anyone with natural nails!!!!! 💅 I was not given an option to look at the nail polish before the nail tech used it on me. He just give me some fake plastic nails that are colored for me to pick out a color. If you do go there, make sure you check for yourself to see if the nail Polish is new? I went to this place because of the previous reviews. However my experience was not the best. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant. However the man (Thai) that did my mani and pedi used old nail polish on my natural nails. First, he did my pedi. I told him how I wasn’t satisfied with the nail polish color. He did not offer to change the color. Then I told him that I wanted a different color for my nails. Same thing happened again. He used another old nail polish to paint my nails. I told him how I was not satisfied with the paint color that he used on my nails!!! Plus my cuticles looked terrible! He put some kind of oil on my cuticles before I left. I called back a few hours later to speak to someone about how was not truly satisfied. The woman who answered the phone was very rude to say the least! She said “you were happy when you left here!” And then hung up on me. There were several other people there so how’d she even know who I was?! 🤔 I tried calling back 10 times to speak to the owner or the manager. She answered and said “that the manager is out of the country for a month and there is no manager” then she hung the phone up again?! Third time she said that “she is not going to do anything about my dissatisfaction.” I will not be returning there….

For my pedicure, I asked for color 134 according to one of the nail sheets I was looking at. It was an opulent milky white color. What I received was a ballet pink nail color. I hadn't noticed until a coat or two was on that it wasn't the color I asked for. The colors didn't match even though they were both labeled 134. The pink was still nice and I didn't have time to start over so I didn't mention anything. The technician did a good job applying the nail color and the foot massage was nice. Everyone was pleasant….

Went here for the first time a month ago and it was an amazing experience. Honestly the BEST experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. They listen and talk with you about your concerns and questions. The salon is also super clean and they use new tools for each customer AND you can take it home with you if you want. This is the bare minimum, but we all know that the majority of nail salons are full of scammers who don’t care about charging you $150+ for the eventual deterioration of your nails. You also must call in to schedule an appointment. They do NOT do walk-ins. Which I find to be perfect. The nail artists aren’t stressed and you’re given all their attention. I called and made an appointment and asked if my daughter (5 yr. old) could get her toes painted too. They said of course bring the princess! I am so grateful to Goddess Nail Salon for the fun and exquisite nail salon party with my bridal team on the before my wedding. They not only put their hearts into the technical side but they also made it fun with props. Among them was special “I Do” slippers, a gorgeous “Bride” pearl crown, a cupcake tower, a backdrop for photos, special team bride glasses for everyone. I am trying to find words but they’re not good enough to express the love and care they put into this special event. I went here for a pedicure based on the great reviews. First of all I can't believe they charge you extra to remove your old nail polish!!! That should be included in the pedicure price. Never seen that before!
The color I chose they didn't have. The water was cold, even after asking her to warm it more twice. They don't even do anything for your heels, even with upgraded pedicure which also surprised me. The "hot" stones were cold which at this point didn't surprise me…paraffin was luke warm at best. They put ONE layer of paint on my nails so the color is very faint. AFTER painting my nails was when they did the paraffin and stones. Super odd experience compared to pedicures I normally get. I think I will keep looking for the right place as this was not worth the money or relaxing to me….

I was switch twice from tech to tech the lady who did my pedi did a great job. But I had speak up once’s it came to my hard gel I was switched to a tech that never done hard gel before was constantly asking me if I wanted dip instead. Obviously the tech seems nervous speaking to the other tech where was the stuff and what to use. I was ready to walk out. She color them so unprofessional she pass the color on my toes like 2x usually u color once go on to the next foot and than come back to do it again. Found this place online. Tried calling ahead of time to see if I needed apt or if it was a walk in basis. No answer both times.
I go to the place just to see and as I walk in no one greeted me. I got stares up and down from both the ladies working. So I speak first and ask “hello , are you accepting walk in appointments?” One lady simply shook her head no and chuckled. I then say “ok thank you.” And still got no response from either of the two working.

I obviously can’t comment on their work since I’ve never had my nails done there , but I can comment and say that their customer service skills could definitely use some improvement. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere….

She spent three hours of her day repairing the damage is done to my nails by a different salon. she made sure that I got exactly what I wanted and it didn't make me feel silly for asking tons of questions about what she was doing to my nails. I enjoyed being in her company and enjoyed having her work on my nails. I will definitely be returning and bringing my mom and daughter with me.
