I'm not sure where to start other than to say this was the worst manicure I've ever had and that I was charged for services I didn't have done.

First, look at the photos. Those are chunks of my cuticles that were cut off me, and my cuticles bled off and on for 15-20 min as the nail trch finished my manicure. I had to ask him twice not to use the cuticle trimmers on me anymore. I should have just left, but who wants the drama, embarrassment, and confrontation of leaving in the middle of a service, especially when you had a pedicure done too. Not only are my fingers in agonizing pain, but the nail corners were left sharp, so I have to file them down myself.

I also believe I was given/charged for gelx just because I inquired about it. That's all that would make sense because my bill was $95. I asked for a basic pedicure, which is $28 with gel polish for $15 and a gel manicure at $30 with chrome overlay, which I wasn't told was extra. So I was either charged for gelx or for the added chrome? Either way, $95 is a lot of money to spend to have your cuticles hacked and bloody.

I even tipped because the guy who did my pedicure wasn't the dame one who hurt my cuticles….

I do the acrylic, with the gel, and I am in love! I use my hands, a lot, and they are always dry. I work with horses, so it's not always easy to keep them looking fresh.
The gentleman was sooo gentle, and kind, and I was floored on how good my hands looked, and felt!

I hate I am 6+ hours from here. The place I use, back home, doesn't do ad good as he does.

I never felt rushed, or a burden, ad wr came in at 5pm

This business deserves a rating of zero! I came here to get my nails and toes done the day before a cruise after another appointment was canceled unexpectedly. The employee that did my toes used dip powder even though I requested tips because she said it looks better. One of my “toenails” (right pinky toe) came off before 24 hours and three were gone by day two. I was still charged for tips (nail extensions) that I did not get. I did not get a full pedicure because the water was too hot and no one was available to cool it down while I was waiting, then the worker immediately started on my feet. My nails were rushed because the nail salon closed while I was still being serviced and the final look definitely reflects that. I meticulously inquired about the cost of my desired service prior to being seated and informed the employee that I am relatively new to getting my nails and toes done. I still got last minute surprise fees, which lead to me not getting what I intended. The employee that was assisting me (due to language barrier) caught an attitude with me because I told her that I felt they were overcharging from what she originally quoted. The employees were very obviously talking about me, so much so that another customer approached me about it. I even heard the girl that caught an attitude tell the nail tech “good luck” when he started my nails, though I was always polite to everyone. Despite the subpar experience, I tipped generously. I regret it ever coming to this place. Would not recommend….

I came in and said I wanted a gel French manicure and I confirmed at least 3 times with the nail tech. She did my toes which looked awful, the color is uneven, and it just looks messy and like she was in a rush or something. My nails aren’t even what I wanted because when I asked if she was still doing French she said that I was done and instead did chrome to make up for the French. My cousins nails are even worse haha. I’m so disappointed because I usually do my own nails but I’m a nurse and wanted to treat myself. I was better off doing my own nails and could’ve done a much better job. Will probably take all of this off and just redo them. Also she didn’t tell me what I was being charged for so who knows if she charged me for the French nails I never got and whatever else. My cousin and I went here to celebrate her birthday. It was a quiet little place. We were greeted as soon as we came in and directed to a kiosk to sign in. We were told to come back for an appointment within the hour. This worked perfectly as it gave us a reason to go grab lunch. When we came back we were guided to the spa/massage chairs. They then offered us drinks. I thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure, complete with leg and foot massage. Then on to my manicure. It turned out perfectly, but as soon as I grabbed my shoes I messed up one of my nails. They quickly fixed it at no extra charge and then applied and extra clear coat to all of my nails. When we went to check out, they surprised my cousin with a gift certificate for her birthday. We will definitely be back again. Totally worth the drive from Jacksonville….

I have been going to see Monica for about 2 years now. I used to live in winter park so it was a bit of a drive, but Monica always made it worth the drive. Now I have moved a lot farther and drive an hour and a half every few weeks just to keep getting my nails done by Monica. She always does the perfect shape, length, and does a beautiful job at any design I ask for. Whenever I am out and about people are shocked I drive so far for a nail appointment, but the reactions on how great they are make it worth it! I’ve had my nails done here several times, lately by Monica, who usually does good work. This time however Monica gave me an option of 2 pink acrylic bases for my French tip and when I said I wanted the softer of the two she urged me to get the harsher pink so that my natural nails wouldn’t show. I left it up to her expertise but regretted after seeing the finished product. Once I left and got a good look at the nails I immediately went to a different nail shop and got a much better nail look….

Paid $45 for the gel polish that's guaranteed to not chip for at least 10 days, however it's been about 7 days that I went and 2 days ago the polish started chipping. My nail tech was funny and careful with my nails, so that counts for something. I will go back but will just opt for regular gel polish….

I said I would be back, and I'm so happy I did. Had a nail day with a couple of coworkers, and this is the first place I thought of. Making reservations was easy, and they remembered I was not too satisfied with my last experience, so It was very refreshing how sweet they were and making sure I was taken care of. The girls that came with me were also happy and said they would definitely be back. Big thanks to the guy who did my nails!!

I'm so sad Tipsy let me down this time around. I've come here, I think, a couple of times before, and it wasn't bad. To be honest I'm most likely gonna go back there again just wanted to leave this here for the ones who are like me and actually look at reviews to get a better idea of the experience they will have going into establishments. The people who work there are nice, and customer service is really welcoming. Just make sure that when you request styles, you make it clear that this is what you want the outcome to be so you can be put with the right person. The lady who did my nails was Sam, and she was really sweet. She's good, just not for what was requested. They did let me know to keep an open mind, and I was okay with that. I just didn't think it would come out the way it did. They were okay to me. I don't get my nails done as much, but when I sent my boyfriend the picture, he was so upset, which caused me to get upset. On top of that, I'm pregnant, so my emotions were extra heightened. I wasn't rude at all when I mentioned to the girl checking me out what my concerns were, but man, I felt like I was being gaslighted. I already accepted the color of the nails not coming out different than the picture. It was just the overall aeustetic and shape that was off. I had to pay extra for them to fix the issue, so just make sure you say something right then and there. I just hate how your going to a nail salon to get your nails done and they say they can't do that style or it's not going to come out like that but have mad other bizarre nails styles they are promoting that they do and have done. Definitely gonna give them another try and would still would and have recommend this place….

Pedicure was sloppy. Worker used the plastic wrapper of a pumice stone to put the lotion on my feet. Toe polish was left all around my skin. I had to clean up when I got home. Nails turned out better, but still not pleased. Paint not dark enough in some areas even when I asked for additional paint. Will not return.

Update: It has been 2 weeks since I got my nails done. I have NEVER had acrylics lift after 2 weeks. My nails are fully lifting from the bottom and can’t even be filled to keep them on. This service was a huge waste of my money!…

This was overall not a pleasant experience and to sit and get your nails done which you don’t even like for an hour and a half felt like eternity.
my nail technician couldn’t speak English so there was definitely a communication barrier and I feel like you have to be able to communicate with your clients to understand what they would like and what they don’t like halfway through I asked if I could have another nail tech but they just wanted him to continue
The second photo was inspiration of what I wanted. My nails are a lot longer than that. The acrylic feels very thick and I wanted little bows like the picture but they never took them out to put them on the counter. Maybe they didn’t have any? but at that point I was so exhausted with not what I wanted that I didn’t even ask for them at the end but they’re in the photo, which is what I wanted $75 dollars later also the place definitely needs a little TLC and the towels they use look so old definitely not very appealing. Never again 👎…

I've visited this place several times since they first opened and initially loved the experience. During the first year or two, the staff was incredibly welcoming, offering drinks and creating a warm atmosphere. Unfortunately, things have changed drastically. While the people are still friendly, it's clear they are now rushed.

I booked an appointment over a month in advance, providing detailed instructions on what I wanted. However, when I arrived and they began working on my nails, I was told they couldn’t do what I had requested. I tried to find a compromise, but instead, I was questioned about who I spoke with during booking and subtly accused of lying when I mentioned they had done the same design for me before—even though I had photo evidence. Although they didn’t directly call me a liar, they insisted it must have been before their policy change, which supposedly happened over a year ago. However, I had the same design done just six months prior.

The most disappointing part of the experience was when the staff casually mentioned the time and how they wanted to go home, even though they were only halfway through my mani-pedi. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and guilty, so I apologized multiple times. However, upon reflection, I realized the fault wasn’t mine. I had booked well in advance and clearly communicated my needs. They should have informed me of any time constraints or policy changes when I booked.

If you're just looking for basic services, this place might still be a good option. But if you want a spa-like experience or something special, I can't recommend it….

Never again. Thought I found my local nail place. I got tap gel / hybrid gel and needed it removed. My nails are bleeding underneath. As you can see – my entire nail is missing, just one layer of nail remains.

I saw a qualified nail tech and she said damage could be permanent. I am in so much pain. The gentleman who did it gave me free lotion – now I know why, maybe he felt bad and responsible.

I wanted to get a hard gel by a technician who does designs, she said I’d be in more pain. So now I have 6-8 weeks to hope everything grows out and really awful looking nails for holiday parties and Christmas photos.

Obviously I won’t be back. So. Much. Pain. Frail thin nails that are bending back even this short. Find a qualified person in a sanitary salon….
