The space is large and when I came (Monday at 12pm) it was not busy at all so I was seen quickly (within 15 min of my appointment time). Clean and has more seats than it seems from the outside. Lots of colors in all styles. I made an appt and there was no issue with them fitting me in with short notice but they also take walk-ins, you just have to be patient and wait until a tech is available.

If you live in the Villages there's no golf cart path but it's a very short drive. Will definitely be back….

All of the lines were crooked and none of the nail tips they put on were the right size…I could look at the side of my nail and see my real nail being longer than the tip she put on….absolutely NO CUTICLE CARE WAS DONE AND ALL NAILS LIFTED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF BEING DONE ! The nail was too thin and my left thumb nail chipped (I was opening a car door). Keep in mind I’ve only had these nails on for 1 week & 2 days and they already look like this!! I try to keep my nails clean and healthy and I’m not abrasive with them. So why? $60 plus tip made it $76 for one week of nails….not worth it at all. And I didn’t even get the name of the lady who did them…….

I chose this place based on the photos of the intricate nail art and good reviews. I asked for a teal undertone and some simple gold detail on top, coffin shape. I could already tell that the acrylic was WAY too thick, I brought it up and he assured me it would be thinner. I told him it wasn't thin enough, and the shape was wrong (too square) but he continued as if he didn't hear me. after the base was done, he brought out a bright green powder – like the color of green screen (not anything like the photo I showed him which was teal) attempted to do a color dabbing? on my nail that looked like a straight up accident. at this point, I realized that guiding him on the color was futile. so I just told him "nevermind! just do the gold detail over the acrylic" and he attempted to do that but it looked so awful, nothing like the photo I showed him. it looked like a child's attempt at nail art. I then just told him to take it off. I left with plain nails because he could not do any nail kind of art. the shape is awful. it literally looks like teeth. I cannot believe I paid full price for this. I'm going to have to pay someone asap to fix it. this is the worst manicure I have ever had. please save your time and money and just go somewhere else….

I'm not sure where to start other than to say this was the worst manicure I've ever had and that I was charged for services I didn't have done.

First, look at the photos. Those are chunks of my cuticles that were cut off me, and my cuticles bled off and on for 15-20 min as the nail trch finished my manicure. I had to ask him twice not to use the cuticle trimmers on me anymore. I should have just left, but who wants the drama, embarrassment, and confrontation of leaving in the middle of a service, especially when you had a pedicure done too. Not only are my fingers in agonizing pain, but the nail corners were left sharp, so I have to file them down myself.

I also believe I was given/charged for gelx just because I inquired about it. That's all that would make sense because my bill was $95. I asked for a basic pedicure, which is $28 with gel polish for $15 and a gel manicure at $30 with chrome overlay, which I wasn't told was extra. So I was either charged for gelx or for the added chrome? Either way, $95 is a lot of money to spend to have your cuticles hacked and bloody.

I showed up at 4 pm with my wife so that we can both have pedicures. The attendant said they can only serve one. I let my wife get her pedicure as I waited for her. Other people came in and accepted their walk in status. Why could they not do my pedicure I have not idea why. Apparently my money is not green enough. Just to mention, me and my wife will never come back. By the way, my wife has been going to this bail salon for years.
I guess customer service has really gone down the toilet….
