He took my sister and did her nails but couldn't do my nails and his client who came in 30 after I got there. Very upset. He also had another worker who was doing nothing who could have done my nails….

Made an appointment for a pedi. Was on time and seated right away. Did the spa pedi. Was very rushed. Only lotion on the legs. No foot rub. Sat there after the polish to dry. Had to put my own sandals on.
For a spa pedicure this was so lacking. No exfoliation hot towels, anything. I basically got a nail trim and a polish. Very disappointed….

So far first visit 6days ago was great service and fast. The father did my nails and I forgot his name. But he has a nice personality and funny. Only issue is on one hand two of my nials are a little longer than the other hand. But when I go back I would get it fixed. I got the Gel polish, so far so good. I will give an update review.

First time coming. Only one worker (the owner) and another woman who does simple things like file, buff, foot massage… so if you walk in and there’s two people in front of you, expect to be waiting a while. Nails came out well, though! Unsure of how clean this salon is because most of the tools come from out the cabinet instead of a sterilization box. No dryers for your toes and they do the toes last, so ya gotta wait for them to dry forever. Ugh…only salon in town though so I came for convenience….

I love this place. Their service is always consistent! I broke a nail a week after having them done and stopped by to have them fix the one broken nail and the technician not only fixed the broken nail she also gave me a fresh top coat at no cost! I was just there and couldn’t decide on a color and went with pink and whites, powder dip manicure!!! I didn’t even know how that was going to work but she did an amazing job! So good I was asked if these are my natural nails when I got to my office. ☺️ These are my nails no acrylics just a really great manicure! Highly recommend this place! 💕…

Overpriced! I went in for dip. I have never paid over $45 for dip unless I got something extra or my nails were longer. My regular go-to nail salon has gotten worse, so I decided to go back here because I used to a while back. I am not sure how long this will last. The dip was not done how I am used to (dipping in the powder) but was done with an acrylic brush and only 1 layer. No cleaning of the nail area or anything extra was done. My nails are short and they were already shaped so he did not have to do any of that. When I checked out Rose told me it was $65😱. When I questioned it she got an attitude and said you have not been here a long time ago, as in justifying the charge. To make matter worse, she rang me up and the receipt said 66.30, so I asked about that. With an attitude, she said "2% charge if you would have paid cash no fee". Why didn't she tell me that before?
All they did was put one layer of dip powder with acrylic brush, one layer of clear and two 30 sec session under the light. That's it!!! I am not coming back. I love getting my nails done, but I am sick of the lack of customer service and hidden prices. No where on the chart is there dip and the only thing on the chart at that price was pink and white gel!!! I truly believe she just made up that price when she charged me. What a shame!! My nails look fine but I don't care how good of a job you do when you lack care for your customers and have an attitude just cause you can, I will not spend my money at your business….
