I went in a week ago to get a dip color done on my nails. I have been growing out my nails for the past four months and their health has been my top priority and concern. I went in the salon and as I was getting my nails done, there was a woman next to me who had multiple concerns about her nails and how they were being done. As she expressed her concerns in a respectful manner, she was immediately shut down by the nail tech and the nail tech was so loud in voicing her opinion, the entire salon was aware of the situation at that point. This was my first red flag. Once the client had left, my nail tech Linda began explaining to me how that lady didn’t know what she was talking about and speaking negatively about the paying customer.

As I was just getting a dip polish, the electric file was used extensively on my nails and was burning, although that has NEVER been something I encountered before while getting dip done. Once I was finished with the service, they told me when I left if they broke they would fix them. At first, I appreciated them saying it, but once I left, it put up a red flag for me. As if they were anticipating my nails to not last, or they were not confident in their job…

A week later, my natural nails with the dip are breaking and popping off like acrylics. As well as the chrome is uneven and peeling off. I am very disappointed in this service and will not be returning. My natural nails are now ruined thanks to Envy Nails. I am not sure how they have such a high rating on google, while providing such negative experiences and insufficient quality of services.

I was told 30min wait between the wait and getting my nails done I was there 4hrs 😱 I was only there for a gel full set, on top of that they were extremely rude when I decided to speak up for myself and explain that I no longer wanted my hands to soak in a bowl full of polish remover due to the fact that it was burning and causing irritation (my hands were in there 30min). After 4hrs my nails are not even, there are divots in them, and my hand are so dry from the polish remover being all over them. Oh and there is polish on a few of my knuckles as well. Worse service ever! Do NOT use this place ! I went in for a pedicure and Manicure ! They literally had me 2 hours there , 1hr 20 mins in chair and the rest in lobby chair ! I had a young man doing my pedicure , he was very slow and tried to do my design after telling me he didn't know how ! Lady come over and left lumped polish on my toes and couldn't do a design on my toes either , stated my toe was to little and I walked in with a huge flower on it and have done a design for the past 20 years ! The lady that did the manicure stood the entire time she did my nails, (which made me feel like she was rushing), killed my cuticles with her drill, cut my nails finger tip length after I asked her to just shape them up (they were already short) and THEN painted the sides of my fingers! Best part, she cured the messy polish and had the sides of my nails stuck to my finger (iykyk) No lotion, no massage. That was friday evening it is currently Sunday evening and 6 of my nails are chipped off and/or peeled up. Needless to say I will not be back….

I had an amazing experience at this salon. I walked in an hour before close, hoping they might be able to squeeze me in to get my nails filled as I had them done less than 2 weeks prior at a different salon. I was greeted immediately, and I told them I was hoping I could get my nails filled. I was told it would be about a 35 to 40 minute wait, which was totally fine by me since I was a walk-in. I waited in the seating area for a few minutes before being told I could sit in a massage chair while I waited which was great because I definitely needed it! When they were ready for me I explained the problems with my nails that had occurred at the salon I had gotten them done at previously (A different salon not this one) including both my pink nails being drilled down too deep and how the paint and the over all acrylic nail just wasn't good there was bubbles everywhere and it was horrible I also let her know my skin around my nails is very delicate and she made sure to be careful since I had a previous experience at a different salon of having the skin on my pink literally filled off to the point I started bleeding. Lily was my nail tech and she is so amazing super friendly and welcoming (she's also the one who greeted me) she paid a lot of attention to the shape of the nails and was careful with all the filing her precision is amazing and her color matching is perfect! If you're new to the area I definitely recommend going to this salon but if you want an appointment with lily be sure to call and set up an appointment with her!…

I took my mom here for mani pedis. She got someone nice but I unfortunately got the disgruntled owner who begrudgingly performed my services. I asked about pedi packages and he acted like I was crazy. His staff had to chime in that there are only two choices – standard or deluxe. I ended up with painful hangnails after my pedi that I had to cut out myself. My mani was equally lackluster and he made three of my cuticles bleed without applying antiseptic powder. Worst of all, the tools he used were left out to be reused and not prepackaged for sanitary reasons. I will not be returning….

I don't like leaving negative reviews. I'll start with the positive. The place is beautiful and the lady that did my nails was very sweet. I got color gel on my nails and feet. I paid for the upgrade to the pedicure. For pedicure and manicure it was $110. No acrylics or anything. Just color gel.
Why am I giving a bad review? The gel started coming off two days later. I was signing a document at work and the polish kept coming off in big chunks on my fingers. My toes then a few days later started coming off. No reason for it. I've never had gel polish completely come off within a week. I was disappointed. It was expensive and poorly applied. I really thought I had found my every two weeks spot. Unfortunately, I won't return. If I'm paying for a service I don't want it to only last few days. I also wasn't doing anything as it came off. Signing a document, walking, etc. I only wear open toe shoes too so no reason for it. My nails were bare within a week. The polish just didn't stay. It's not worth the cost for nail polish that doesn't last even a few days- gel too!!!…

Honestly the first time I went it was good so I went back for a fill. I asked for an ombré and she couldn’t do that so I had to settle for a basic one color. Non of the nails are the same. Coating is uneven. And I have a cut around my finger from the drill. Seems like there are no good nail salons in Brevard. I’ll keep driving a hour away to Orlando to get my nails done and I recommend you do the same. May nails are ruined by how short she cut them without checking with me. And yes I still payed and tipped because I’m not a horrible person but I’m leaving for vacation tomorrow to be in a wedding and my nails look like trash….

Walked in at 5:50 and asked if they could do a full set, they close at 7. My nails WERE long, but peeling away from the acrylic at the tips.
Rather than using the dremel, then soaking them off like all other places. They choose to take a nail tip and attempt to slide it between my nail and the acrylic. I pulled my hand away 3 times while saying owww. She hands me off to another girl, who does the same to the point of cracking my own nail and slitting the nail bed. She cut all my long nails down. I finally tell her to forget the nails. Just put a clear polish on them. She says you sure? Absolutely, my nails hurt.
She says you want the manicure then? Yes.
That consisted of no shape to my now non-existent nails, and a fast arm/hand lotion massage. She puts clear coat and sits me under the dryer telling me I’m good. I was out before 6:30. After paying $32.00, she knew I was mad. While doing the “massage” she said sorry. I tipped her ONLY because she apologized….

Lunar nails is super convenient to my house, so I stopped in to get a pedicure. I was able to walk in on a Friday at about 3 and be attended to right away. They don’t have any menus or pricing posted, so I had to ask what types of pedicures they offer. They only offer regular or deluxe. The deluxe is $50 with a $15 addition with gel. I will say that the pedicure was pretty good though; The guy did take his time. All in all I may come back if I don’t feel like driving to my usual spot….

They "Had" to change her nail color so it was an extra charge. She had decorated nails as she usually gets, but they just replaced her nails with a solid color. My wife is a stay at home princess so she never breaks nails, and never usually has any issues otherwise. This place is absolutely worthless. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else….

Horrible ,horrible ,horrible. Went in to get jelly pedicure,new set, and eyebrows. Jelly pedicure is 70 dollars. No problem except she never did the jelly part. When I brought this to her attention she told me she did it. I told her no you didn't. She grabbed something out of the garbage and said yes I did. No ma'am at no time were my feet in jelly. She finished polishing my toes and filled the tub back up with water and then put the jelly in after my Pedi was finished which at that point made no sense. I told her I just wanted to pay and leave. I go to pay and now it's gone from 70 to 85 because of gel polish. They were gonna charge me 15 more dollars on top of the 70 I was paying for a pedicure dine I correctly. No discount,compensation,nothing. When I told them that wasn't fair I was told to come back tomorrow because the boss wasn't there. I then told them they needed to call the boss at which point she said I don't have pay. I just wanted my pedicure to be correct. Very disappointing….

HORRIBLE place, stay away! I would give it -5 if I could. She got 4 of my nails bad, asked to fix it and made it even worst. She even hurt me on propose and made me bleed, not even a sorry. I had to ask for alcohol. 5 of my nails have bubbles. She started painting my nails and I asked if she was going to cut the cuticle and she said after, not even 10 seconds on water and she started cutting them.

Pleas stay away, horrible customer service, horrible service, rude attendants, and of course overcharge. I will submit a formal complaint with the city about this place….

I went there 3 times : my first time was wonderful even I had a doubt on the price of the service. If you do not know anything about nails service like I do it's very obvious to let you believe the price they ask you for. My second time was horrible . First I asked her the price because I wanted to know how much it will be. Price was correct but the service was awful . While She was busy with me she was working on other customers. Also she rushed and the result wasn't nice at all. The nail polish was all over my fingers and most of the nails weren't polished well. Price paid was okay but I was very disappointed because I wasn't cared and no conversation with the employee. It's a time to relax but felt more I was taken as a chicken in a cage . My third and last time wasn't pleasant at all. I told them I came last time and the service was awful. It felt they cared about me but I was far away to know how many consequences I would pay by complaining . Before starting I asked her how much it will be . Well she had a strong accent and couldn't really understand her clearly but I guess she said 21$. She did a good job this time BUT she started to ask me many questions where I was living, what I was doing, …. . After finishing I had to pay and it's there the awful part . I had to pay 30$ and she asked me how much tips I wanted to give her. I thought tips were something secret and written as a surprise for her. I paid but I told myself I won't go back there because they charge you how much they want even you ask them to justify the price. Do not trust them at all !!!! It's sad because it's cheap but does it mean this store needs to exaggerate according to the status of the person….
