Probably one of the worst nail jobs I have had in a long while. My pedicure was fine, but I’ve had these acrylic nails for less than a week, and each and every single nail is already pulling up and catching my hair. I haven’t had time to stop and get an entirely new set; so I’ve been dealing with it.

The line work for the French is mediocre at best, and each of the tips weren’t fully painted in. Unfortunately, I didn’t do a great inspection prior to me getting home and realizing they were all horrible. They are lumpy in several areas, and you can literally see my natural nail through the paint. I would not come back unless you’re only getting gel. This was WITH an appointment too, so they knew I was getting a full new set with French gel….

Not the best, not the worst. I recently moved to this side of town and have been trying to find a new nail salon so I decided to try out Ooh La La. Everyone was very friendly and personable but the quality just wasn’t there. I requested a regular polish change on my toes and SNS change on my nails with chrome powder. My toes weren’t polished very well but it wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had so I didn’t really say anything. I did have to request that she reshape my nails a couple times as two of them were very clearly crooked. She did the almond shape ($6 up charge, which I’ve never seen before so that’s a con as well) like I asked but by the time they were cut down and filed so many times they were much shorter than I usually get/was expecting. The salon has dim lighting so I didn’t notice until I got home that a couple of my nails were lumpy (Was hard to get my camera to focus on my nail, but the lump is clearly visible in person). I may try them again one day if I don’t find another salon I commit to….

I have been coming here for months just for gel polish manicure and a deluxe pedicure and have not been unhappy except for my first visit when my polish peeled off. They paired me with a new tech Emily and I thought things were good. She did have a terrible attitude at times but I just shrugged it off. Tried to book my next appointment and was told the nail tech didn't think she was meeting "expectations" but I was happy every time. Finding somewhere else that will treat me kindly, take my money, and I guess meet "my expectations". The last time I saw my nail tech we tried to layer 2 colors and needed to redo the color which was unfortanate. Then she tried to sit me in a chair that I know has been broken for over a month. I asked to be moved and she seemed pissed off at me the rest of my visit. I always tipped well and treated people kindly. DONT GO HERE if you want to be treated poorly especially as a recurring customer… Wish Emily all the best!…

I just recieved one of the best pedicures I've ever experienced! From the moment I sat down, Ms. Joan was very accommodating. She offered me water temperature preference for the tub, gave suggestions/recommendations on nail colors and did magic with her hands when it came time for the massage. She was very nice and friendly and did a phenomenal job on both my gel pedicure and dip powder manicure. She did not have a color I chose and she was able to recreate a dip powder color by mixing other dips together and the results were amazing. Also, I've notice that sometimes the dip comes out thick but she did a great job at thinning them out to make them look as natural as possible! I came in with my god daughter to get pedicures and our nails done. I am very disappointed in the quality of the job done on her nails. Her nails had to be fixed twice because the first time her nails were so rushed through that it messed up and when we brought it to the techs attention he was rude to her about it. Tried to blame it on the fact that she was fidgeting for the reason that her nails messed up. She was not fidgeting I was right next to her. This isn’t the first time she’s had her nails done. The second time I had to go back in and speak to the owners about the issue. The owner just painted over the messed up nail again and put her under the nail dryer. Now it looks worse.They didn’t try to resolve the issue at all. They charge a lot for nails and they have some staff that is good. But a lot that are rude. The previous time I came in the same tech who did my god daughters nails threw my shoes and purse out in the middle of the floor because he had another customer coming over. My belongings were not in the way at all. Extremely rude and I will not be returning. Very disappointed in our experience….

I've been a client for 4 years. I will NOT return. Bad polish job on both mani that I requested (that I never got) talked into dip instead of gel. I always get a gel manicure. The dip was supposed to look natural. It is thick, wavy, uneven filing, wrong color, and now I look like I have frog toes for finger nails. The pedi was the same as mani but worse! I had to get repolished and is now worse than the original polish application. Now my skin is cut and they didn't apply top coat to my big toe and I can see through the polish in some spots so it looks like I was kicking rocks. The bumps and dips are horrible. $120 wasted. 😡😡😡 This was my self care gift to myself for my 50th birthday. I left in tears and will never go back.They sure enough kept that $120. Probably the nicest salon around the 210 area. Very comfortable and cute inside. Greeted with enthusiasm and great customer care. Lots of services. I enjoyed a fantastic pedi by Lan great massage. Wine, soda or water was offered. Lots of color options. Went on to do nail fill. I want this to be positive. The fill went fine it was the French manicure that did go so well, HOWEVER, situation was rectified and I was happy. It was a great customer service moment. Lan had to take her next customer, so they swapped techs on me. I have mixed feelings on this. You start, you finish in my book. The new tech did not have French manicure technique down. I was getting sorta frustrated. Then she got up to answer phones and left me there for about 8 minutes. When she came back I said this is not working, please remove polish. The win here is she admitted she did not have it down and quickly got Lan back who rectified the situation and made it all better. What I was impressed with this is new techs honesty and how she handled herself with such grace. She was positive and was very sweet. I’ll definitely be back. Either the techs are not that experienced, the manager is very much entitled and comes off rude, the loyalty program is a sham (I have multiple cards because I will leave the original in my car or other purse) and you will not get the discount unless it’s on one card. With the amount is costs to get pampered – I’d rather take my business somewhere else to receive great customer service, fair loyalty program, and not deal with entitled people. So I debated even posting this but I don't want others to make the same mistake I did. I was in this business and had nail/waxing services while on vacation. My nails from my gel full set are all different lengths, there is glue and paint all over my cuticles and on almost all my fingers, also I showed my nail technician a photo for reference which she didn't even follow. My biggest issue however is the pricing. None of the prices on Google or their website are the same as when you get there, by a lot. Dont get me wrong my nails aren't horrific, but not what i wanted. For my extremely mediocre gel set and pedicure, and an eyebrow wax my total was 188.70 which is definitely a bit on the high side. I should have heeded the warning of other reviews stating this place overcharges visitors. Learned my lesson the hard way. Would the quality of my services been better the price point wouldn't have mattered. 2 stars only because it isn't the worst manicure I've had, but at the price point they charge, I have way higher expectations….

worst experience i have ever had at a nail salon i will never be back. i tried this place for the first time based on good reviews and honestly have no idea how this place has a single good review. the staff were super rude and rough and didnt listen to what i asked for at all. no part of my mani or pedi was relaxing or enjoyable. the lady who did my pedicure injured my toe it is painful and red and swollen and she burned me several times with the water and hot towels. they seemed annoyed and inconvenienced and rushed thru my services despite it being in the middle of the day and there were like 2 other customers there and thats it. not one staff member smiled once or made me feel welcome there no one offered me anything to drink or asked how anything was. basic customer service i have experienced at any other nail salon does not exist here. it felt like they were mad they had to do my nails it was so uncomfortable! “randy” is the rudest most aggressive nail tech i have ever had and he was hurrying so much he didnt even bother to clean up the extra polish on my skin and just left them looking messy. he made it very obvious how annoyed he was to be doing my nails. i really regret ever walking in their door….

Horrible place! The staff is very rude, especially the nail techs. They will talk on the phone with their speaker on, so they're not focusing on your nails. The tech I had today was awful! She was demeaning, and she got angry with me when I asked her a question. This terrible woman said I was telling her how to do her job. Um, no. She told me to "Take it easy!" I was not in ANY way agitated. Perhaps if she treated the customers better then she would get better feedback. Also, this place's prices are way to high. Please save your money and don't go here. You can do better elsewhere….

Wish I would’ve checked the reviews before going in because I see others that had the same experience. Went in, asked for a full set acrylic. The girl at the desk wrote my name and circled the service with price of $35. When I went to pay, the gentleman said $65. I pointed out my service circled on the sheet with a price of $35. He says he gave me gel (which I never asked for) because it won’t chip. I told him I never asked for gel and because this was my first time getting acrylic, I didn’t know what paint is usually applied to acrylic. He told me if I wanted the price the girl circled, he would soak the gel off and give me regular paint. How does that make sense and what a complete waste of time when I had already sat there for an hour. He also said he had charged me for a design because he used two different colors of paint for an accent nail. No design was ever painted on my nail. The paint job was sloppy and unprofessional. I will never return after them charging almost double of what she circled on my tab. They are scamming people of their money! Beware!!…

I was surprised that they could take me on a Saturday or Sunday. It was really easy to book an appointment online. You can choose exactly the services you want, from a Russian manicure to a deluxe pedicure. The prices are all online. I was even able to conveniently reschedule my nail appointment via text from last weekend to today.

This salon has a friendly staff with down to earth nail technicians who speak English as well as Spanish. They know the latest looks and are really knowledgeable about modern methods for doing nails. I love the pretty decor, plush and comfortable pedicure chairs, and coffee and tea bar. It’s located in a quiet plaza off Interlake Blvd. near the Purple Iris Tea Room and has parking directly in front of the door.

My manicure and pedicure were low key top notch artistry. It was easy to explain what I wanted on my nails, and Rachel even suggested a creative application of white gel base coat with metallic powder top coat plus crystals on my fourth finger to bling my look a little bit for my upcoming cruise vacation. Then I matched the look with three tiny crystals on my big toe. I love it. This is a hidden gem of a nail salon. I highly recommend!…
