I went I scheduled an appt for a mani and pedi and they did my pedi didn’t wanna let me do the color I wanted and judged me for it. Then I go to get my mani and they had nobody to do it for me made me wait for somebody even though I set an appt. Then I hear just bad mouthing other customers from the workers themselves and I get it but in front of other customers? Just get your workers in place made me feel very uncomfortable….

They looked exactly like the reference photo I used and the technician took her time and provided so much attention and care to the details. They even cut my cuticles, which I didn't even know you could do! I never get my nails done unless it's a very special occasion, but I will definitely be coming back! I also got my eyebrows done and they fit them perfectly to my face shape. It was the least painful eyebrow wax I've had so far-even the underside near my eyelid barely hurt. When you put a second coat of topcoat on it made everything on most of the nails peel off. My nails are a mess. I will have to pay someone else to take them off and put them back on properly….

I have gone to this place multiple times before and normally don't have an issue. My nails turn out pretty good, but this time I was really disappointed with the experience. The woman doing my nails was very slow, and did not properly file down the edges. If my nails are done properly, they can last me 3-4 weeks. I know these nails won't even last me 2, because one they start growing out, the uneven edges will start chipping .

I also hate how thick the nails are. They look messy and chunky. When I asked for the nails to be thinned out, she told me I should have told her at the beginning so she would do only 2 layers of dip not 3. In my opinion, this does not matter. I have gone to multiple places where even if they do 3 coats and when I asked for it to be thinned out, they do it with the filing machine. So that was also irritating to me.

So I am definitely disappointed with my experience. I still tipped her for her efforts, but I was not content….

I wear acrylic nails, and prefer nail polish over gel polish, but as you can imagine, I am almost always convinced to put gel on my nails. The nail she replaced, however, is crooked, even after I pointed it out and she said she could shape it when filing … still crooked. I am glad they weren’t doing a full set because they would probably all look like the one she replaced, however, Holly did a great job trying to listen to my request and attempting to please her customer. That said, not exactly what I was going for, but not too far off. $52+tip seems a bit expensive……

Just Awful. If I could give it a lower rating I would. My husband and I have been going here to get pedicures since this location opened. We went the day before Easter Sunday and had the worst experience possible. My feet have been cut four times. I have pictures, We were rushed out of there, even though they were not busy. My husband had to come home and trim his own nails and I have paint all over my toes. The worst part about the experience was when I called the owner to let him know the sub par treatment that we received, I had to argue with him, because he insisted that he had never heard there was a complaint and he did not know who did our nails. This was despite the fact that we called and left a message and had someone call us back and we were given the names of the people who did our pedicures. I literally had to argue with THE OWNER for 20 minutes on the phone. Never once was I told I am so sorry you had an unfortunate experience. I was told to, “prove it.” This is by far the worst pedicure experience that my husband and I have ever had to endure. After spending thousand dollars at this establishment, I would’ve expected better treatment. It cost nothing to provide excellence and care and treatment that is commensurate to the money I’ve spent….

I been going here for at least the last 4-5 years never had an issue but lately I went to get a powder dip for my daughters wedding back in March. I got a French Manicure but noticed My Cuticles were nicked an I bleed. Nails don't look good with red blood on your fingers. Okay so I figured I would give them another chance and the same thing blood (nicks) on my cuticles. I think they are too busy paying attention to whats happing around them and they get distracted on what they are doing. The person I was going to was Mia so I can't give her a good review. Don't know what happened where she lost her focus. So I'm done and I found another place to go to where I don't bleed!…

Clumpy gel polish. I went back in less then 24 hours later to have it fixed and it was even worse than the first time. All my nails are like this. Not worth the time or money. Such a shame….

I went there today and got a fill. I requested a chrome color. The lady is super nice but I am so disappointed in how they turned out. After looking at them when I left, the sides of my nails look horrible. They weren’t cheap either. I wanted to like this place but for $65 and a $10 tip I don’t think I will be going back….

I am doing DIP powder manicure for several years. The worst manicure was at this place. Technician was not experiencing at all, didn't understand what I tried to tell him. One nail chipped in two days, I came for fixing and he used different color. This place may have good Technicians, but my was terrible. Unfortunately I didn't get his name….

Ditto to the reviewer below who said she'd give them 10 stars. Add me to the list of reviewers who listed multiple reasons why this is the best or one of the best experiences they’ve had at a nail salon. Today was my first time getting a mani-pedi there, (I chose it because I looked up most highly rated google reviews. This turned out to be one of the times I could trust the reviews).
The space is extremely clean, they use liners for pedicure baths, sanitized packs of tools, there is plexiglass between technician and customer for manicures, it’s a very safe and comfortable salon. (And very reasonably priced for the service I received).
Randy was the tech who did my nails today. He was the best, a real PRO; he did an amazingly thorough and detailed job of my nails and is an unusually good natured tech. I HIGHLY recommend this salon….
