This is hands down the best nail place I have ever been to! The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean to start off with. My nail tech for my acrylic nails was Chris and he did a phenomenal job with my nails! He didn’t cut my skin near my cuticles, which happens every time I get my nails done. And when he asked what shape I wanted to get my nails done he gave me a suggestion that would look good based on my finger shape. I know some people would take offense to that, but I was very thankful! No one in all my time I’ve been getting my nails done has ever suggested a shape that would look good on my fingers. I even scheduled a second appointment with him to get my nails filled in. Both times my nails came out flawless and phenomenal! Even when I got my toes done by Kelvin he did a phenomenal job! I expressed concerns that I had cut my toe to Kelvin and he acknowledged it and was very gentle with that toe. Highly recommend this nail salon! They are top notch and have become like family. Every time we cruise out of Port Canaveral, we make it a habit to stop in and get a pedicure. It's the ONLY place my husband will go to for a pedicure actually. We just get the basic and that foot and leg massage that goes with it, is TOP NOTCH!! Went in for a pedicure and have my nails filed. Was charged $23 to have my nails filed, no color, no massage no extra I simply asked to have them filed and the nail polish removed. I was charged $23 plus $5 to have the nail polished removed. The pedicure was $50 and the gel bubbled in the corners and is uneven on the bottom not touching the cuticle in places and touching in others. When he removed my nail polished he used a drummle tool first and then remover. Then clipped all the skin off the cuticles and around the nails. I told him I only weanted them to be filed 3 times but he just said it didn't look good and he would do it, to then charge me $23. There is still polish on some of the nails even after that and the tops of my nails hurt along with the sides of my fingers. My natural nails he did this to and now the natural nails are breaking off one by one. He seemed nice but that was it. The services was not good and didn't listen to the customer want I feel like so they can just charge extra. I want a refund and that is all….

Hands down some of the best technicians in town. Family owned and operated with love and skills. Jenni and Rose are both precise, talented, and have incredible attention to detail. I got a builder gel set while out of town and had to find someone locally in Cocoa Beach to maintain. Diva Nails is the only salon I found in town to offer – and I’m so glad I did because standards are high! Builder gel has been the best thing to ever happen for my nails. It lasts with vibrancy for a good 4 weeks with basically the same cost as a regular gel polish, yet so much stronger! Happy I switched to this salon after trying two others highly-rated ones in town….

The good:
Another nail tech fixed my nail and made it look much better. They fixed some of the things that went wrong. I commend you for taking me in and being so patient. Thank you for working it out.

The bad:
Service Type: Full Set of Nail

Color: Matte Black
Expectation: Durable matte black gel – well coated
Reality: Heavy thick coats that felt chunky. The dry times were uneven. Within 2 days the gel ripped off in various nails. (fixed) THE NAIL TECH placed so much at the edges between my nail and skin had to be SANDED OFF so that they can reapply primer and re-gel. The over layering, from the first experience, of the gel burned when placing it in the UV.

Shape: Almond
Expectation: Centered to the finger, almond pointed. Leaning away from Oval Shape
Reality: Initially crooked all leaning towards the nail tech’s dominant side of polishing. Other nail techs noticed this and tried to help ( I appreciate you hearing me out ). After a 1-2 weeks i realized that the nails had a gap and the plastic thats glued on wasn’t even centered, they all lean to a side. Which now made sense why THE TECH kept sanding the edges until I BLED in various fingers. I did react DURING the experience and pulled back my hand due to the pain. I need to share this because I cried on my way home.

At front desk: I think they acknowledged what had happened and provided me $10 discount. I paid and I left without a word because I couldn’t emotionally handle what had happened….

If i could attach the photo of my nails here I would. I have attached it to the google maps reviews if you want to see how terrible my nails look and feel. I went in to get my powder dip removed, and a regular manicure. My nail artist drilled my nails down to paper thin, i was cringing and flinching because of how hard she was filing, and how THIN she made my nails. I’ve had powder dip before and barely ever get my nails done, they were so thick and healthy before this and now they are thin, painful, and look worse then how they did when I went in. I originally was going to get powder dip but my nails were so thin and painful I settled for clear polish which ended up looking terrible because of how thin and inflamed my nails are. It’s going to take weeks to grow my nails back to a healthy thickness. I don’t know if my nail artist was new, but i have never had a worse “manicure” in my life. Every single one of my nails are in pain and i took pain medication immediately upon leaving. I of course payed and tipped but i honestly shouldn’t have based on how screwed up my fingers look now….
