The nicest nails I've ever had! I cannot stress how amazing they did on my nails. They looked exactly like the reference photo I used and the technician took her time and provided so much attention and care to the details. They even cut my cuticles, which I didn't even know you could do! I never get my nails done unless it's a very special occasion, but I will definitely be coming back! I also got my eyebrows done and they fit them perfectly to my face shape. It was the least painful eyebrow wax I've had so far-even the underside near my eyelid barely hurt. It took 3 hours and 15 minutes for my pedicure and dip powder, the pedicure did not even get hot stones or a good massage. My dip powder service was interrupted three times. After 4 days I broke a pinky nail and on day 5 I broke a ring finger nail. Cheap powder was used. My previous powder was on for 4.5 weeks no issue. Hoping to find a better salon nearby….

I’ve been going to this salon for about 10 years and they treat me like family. The owners are kind, caring people who are friendly, thoughtful, and go the extra mile. They always have friendly people working who are ready to chat but they are responsive to your mood and are equally ready give you quiet time to relax, if that’s your preference. They do a wonderful job on my nails, and on the rare occasion that a nail chips, if I come back in, they will quickly squeeze me in and will fix it without charge. They are very accommodating with my busy schedule. I always feel pampered after leaving. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place to have their nails done for a special occasion or for ongoing self-care. They really do a great job making you feel special….

BUT!!! My nails weren't done well… The staff that attended to my nails wasn't very keen on providing a comfortable or 'neat' job. My heels are still rough, I have small wounds on the skin surrounding my nails and a few hours after my visit here, the nail paint just peeled off.
They offered to repair the nail paint after I called them and they fixed it. But the whole experience was just off-putting….

I had visited once with no problems, i had gotten a gel polish but it hardly lasted as long as it should have. The place is not very clean. I had visited another time after and the woman spoke no English at all. It was very busy and i was in a rush so i didn’t mind not speaking. A lot of people were there so many tools were being used by different people. I noticed she had taken some cuticle cutters and nail clippers from a microwave looking box marked “sanitizer”. I didn’t pay much mind to it. A week later i had an infection under my nail for about 2 weeks. This place is NOT clean. I believe i am a very pleasant guest and I don’t mind tipping. All i ask is that I don’t leave with an infection. Do not go. It’s very cheap for a reason….
