Walked in on a Saturday, no waiting at all. Asked for a basic pedicure with clear polish. I asked the women who greeted me the prices. I showed her my heels which were a little rough. She indicated that the basic pedi should be enough to smooth them out. The basic was $25 which seemed reasonable. The soaking and massage was very relaxing. But as far as the cut, I ended up with different lengths on my nails?? Whatever was used as a polish didn't even dry glossy.
Would not recommend if you are looking for a basic pedicure. I just wasted my money….

Well, first, let me just say definitely not what I get down south where I'm from in Davie, FL. I should have walked out as soon as I walked up to the chair cause I noticed it was not clean, and as I sat down & looked around, it was worse, but I was willing to give it a chance, but as she grabbed her tools they were not sterilized. UGH 😑 really wished I would have walked out.
It was not the owner & her daughter because they were very nice, but the shop could use a more professional experience.
Lastly, I think my granddaughter, who is 6 years old, could have done a better job. JS 😞 I will not be back….

Well she had a lady I think they called her ms Kim she has glasses and a bit older, she didn't listen to my daughter at all a d botched her $60 nails. She also did my eyebrows and wouldn't listen to me either and I walked out with no eyebrows that she plucked out instead of waxing. Never again….

They are very friendly here, but there were some issues. I showed the stylist a picture of the side bang that I wanted, and she did nothing like that. She did not even blow dry my hair. I sat under the hairdryer for about ten minutes and walked out of the salon with soaking wet hair in fifty degree weather and caught a cold the next day. That all cost me twenty-five dollars plus tip. I wouldn't go back there again….

The salon itself is nice and Geena was nice to deal with but my highlights turned out super disappointing. I was there for 4 and a half hours yesterday and today, after looking at my hair in the light, I was able to notice just how uneven they turned out. I have portions that are yellow, some are brassy, some are gold, some are a paler blonde. I do not use permanent color on my hair, only demi at my roots and I did warn Geena in advance that my hair naturally has warm undertones so I wanted them toned cooler/ more ash toned but what I’ve been left with is a mess unfortunately. Luckily, I have a sister who studied cosmetology and was willing to fix my hair for me but for the cost, this was a super disappointing experience….

NO STARS!! We had a very negative experience with Sue and the old woman with short purple hair. We did not get what we asked for. Sue gave me such a bad haircut that while I was in public I was asked if I did it myself! We asked for color and once it dried it looked the same before they “colored” it. We both went to the salon in person to explain our dissatisfaction and kindly requested a refund only for the purple haired lady to give us dirty looks, defend herself and NO APOLOGY. She said all she could do was “mail us a partial”. Wow. That’s real professional.

We had the extra expense of having to go elsewhere to fix their mistakes.
