I have been coming here for 6 years and they do a beautiful job almost always and the owners are so great. Sadly today I went in for a pedicure and didn’t have the greatest experience, this was my second time with this guy and he does a beautiful job on my toes but his with his massages he repetitively rubs the same spot which was a tad bit uncomfortable but not unbearable and because I got the highest grade pedicure the massage was longer then normal, my polish turned out great and he worked around my new tattoo and he’s very nice but he did not scrub my calluses off of my feet and rubbed my foot raw from rubbing the same spot over and over again to the point of blistering. When I realized a blister formed about an hour later the lady just said sorry and that she would let Jenny (the owner) know, I have not heard anything back and just am a little disappointed in the way it was handled, I gave 4 stars because i think they do great nails that’s why I have been a customer of there’s for so long but I now have a bad taste in my mouth and if this was one of my first visits it would have been a 1 star based on the way I felt brushed off at my complaint….

I chose Head Hunters because of their Google rating. I have long, curly/frizzy type hair and needed a keratin smoothing treatment. I have had 4 previous treatments. Always leaving my hair amazing and silky. After the first treatment here at Head Hunters, within an hour my hair was curly and frizzing up underneath. I called and the rude receptionist said there was nothing that could be done. I asked the stylist to call me and she did, I was able to text her pictures. She asked me to return ASAP and she would re-do it, which she did. I also got a cut and blow dry that day ~ very happy with that. Now, less than 1 week later after the 2nd treatment, my hair is even worse. I am waiting to hear from the manager, as I am out $300+ for the treatment. I am fine with the fee for cut and blow dry. Hopefully I will be contacted soon and this will be resolved and I can change this rating to 5 stars.

***UPDATE*** owners have decided they are unable to offer me anything else. Take a look at these photos, they are fine with charging me $300 for my hair to look like this after one shampoo following TWO smoothing treatments.

These are supposed to be for my birthday but now I have to go get them redone somewhere else. When I showed them my nails all they said was "What's wrong with them." I used to come here a lot and they really did a good job! The last 2 times were probably the worst experience ever. I’ve never felt so rushed and half fast of a job on my nails the last time I came in. Not to mention most of them talk on the phone while doing your nails.

I decided to give them a second chance thinking it might be an off day…I treated my father to a mani and pedi today with no one else in the nail salon at all and they still didn’t do a good job and he felt very rushed out the door.

$50-100 dollars just for them to rush us out the door especially with today’s economy when it’s a luxury to get your nails done. I normally don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this isn’t okay to do to customers if you want to keep them. I won’t be coming back….

Sydney did an absolutely amazing job on my hair. I have pretty thick and curly hair but she jumped right in and make it look even better than my sample photo. Jess did the same with my makeup…she was able to look at the photo of how my makeup was done in my trial and matched it perfectly. I live out of state but seriously wish I lived closer so I could consistently get my hair done here.

They just assumed I could make changes for two days later. Needed my hair done desperately before tomorrow. Said the stylist had jury duty.
