They looked exactly like the reference photo I used and the technician took her time and provided so much attention and care to the details. Neyanla (unsure of spelling) did my acrylics. I wanted almond-shaped nails & a pearly pink color. I’ve only gotten nails a few times in my life bc my natural nails are usually long & pretty. I had previous horrible experiences with nails that were just awful & didn’t last a day, so I was anxious to try again. This young lady could have done my nails with her eyes closed. She was amazing. Very kind, very friendly. Shaped them perfectly. Whatever she used to create a chrome-like color was absolutely beautiful. My nails ended up looking like a beautiful pink opal & the colors shifted in the light. They closed at 630 while she was finishing my nails & she never once watched the clock or made me feel rushed. As I said, I never get nails, so I don’t know the general routine & she could have easily cut corners to shave time without me knowing any better. She took her time, asked me what I thought & proceeded to lotion up my hands & do a hand massage.
What a wonderful atmosphere with beautiful people working! I will never go anywhere else! These folks really set the bar high. May they all be blessed! I’m beyond satisfied…

I did not have a good experience with this salon. I just moved to this area from Bonita Springs and tried this salon on a whim. It took 3 hours and 15 minutes for my pedicure and dip powder, the pedicure did not even get hot stones or a good massage. My dip powder service was interrupted three times. After 4 days I broke a pinky nail and on day 5 I broke a ring finger nail. Cheap powder was used. My previous powder was on for 4.5 weeks no issue. Hoping to find a better salon nearby….

I came in with my family to get pedicures and it was one of the most relaxing pedicures I have gotten! There are no tvs and spa music that is being played that makes the experience even more relaxing. I enjoyed my pedicure so much that I came back the next day to get an acrylic fill with gel polish.

I believe I had a new nail tech do my acrylic fill because the owner had to come over and conduct the first half of the service while she watched him. The nail tech then sat back down and finished applying the gel polish. The service was $55 total- 30 for the acrylic fill, 20 for gel polish and 5 for the shape. (I was surprised about the shape charge because isn’t the point of a manicure to reshape/file your nails?)

Less than a couple hours after, the gel on both my thumbs started lifting. It eventually came off so I went back to have the two nails repainted. It is still less than 24 hours after my service and I’ve had three more nails lift/chip in the meantime.

I’d come back to the salon, but I’d be cautious about getting a gel manicure

11/13/2022 Update:

I thought I could deal with the minor chips that are pictured, but it’s two days later & they’ve lifted and chipped so badly to the point I’m going to another salon where I’m getting them redone. Don’t get a gel manicure here!…

Today I was looking for last minute places that I could find to get my nails done as I wasn’t particularly happy with my previous set at one of my regular locations.

I googled nail salons in Naples and I found this hidden gem.

I live over 30 minutes away near North Naples and decided to give this location a try based off of their entirely positive google reviews. I did call to inquire whether appointments were necessary and when I was suggested to make one, I did.

When I arrived for my appointment, one of the techs remembered exactly what my name was and what service I was going to get (very nice). Upon arrival, Le (the owner) and another woman were actually assisting the same customer which I thought showed amazing customer service. I had to remove a prior set of dip powder and Le wrapped my nails while the same woman came over and shaped them a bit in between helping the customer prior to me. I did not mind this as I thought it showed great attentiveness to current customers and also great team work.

Le did an excellent job on my nails and listened to every gripe I had as far as shape and requesting extra layers of dip to keep them strong as I work my hands hard. We briefly chatted about our ethnicities which and he explained some things to me about cosmetology. He also told me that his salon had only been open since October of 2021…

This salon is very cute, minimalistic and seems to have a different environment/experience than most locations where customer care is definitely prioritized. The salon also has individually wrapped sets of tools for your manicures so that nothing appears to be reused.

I will definitely be making the trek out here. Found my new spot. Thank you Daisy team!…

They always have friendly people working who are ready to chat but they are responsive to your mood and are equally ready give you quiet time to relax, if that’s your preference. They do a wonderful job on my nails, and on the rare occasion that a nail chips, if I come back in, they will quickly squeeze me in and will fix it without charge. They are very accommodating with my busy schedule. I always feel pampered after leaving. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place to have their nails done for a special occasion or for ongoing self-care. They really do a great job making you feel special….

BUT!!! My nails weren't done well… The staff that attended to my nails wasn't very keen on providing a comfortable or 'neat' job. My heels are still rough, I have small wounds on the skin surrounding my nails and a few hours after my visit here, the nail paint just peeled off.
They offered to repair the nail paint after I called them and they fixed it. But the whole experience was just off-putting….

I can't even express how disappointed I am. Anyone who knows a little about nails would know how wrong this is. Is it so hard to get a certificate that is not fake? The people at this place were incredibly rude. I had been camping for a month and knew my nails were a little bit rough. The guy told me it look like I hadn’t done my nails in 10 years. I went here upon a recommendation of someone and was told to make an appointment with the owner. I did but sadly found out he passed away. I was told by someone at the spa that to book with a woman there who was very good. I did , when I went I was not greeted and the hairdresser I was to see went to lunch. I was early so that was fine except both girls were very very rude. So I paid 157.00 for a very light trim , only root color. My bad. I gave her a 20 per cent tip. When I got home my hair looked terrible. The trim is crooked and one side longer than the other. I called there and never got a return call to my message that I needed to return to reshape my sides. It was a week later and I called back I was told oh she tried to call you. No NEVER. Never did I get a call back. So after a huge tip she didn’t have the decency to return my call. I went in for a hair cut, the gal that cut my hair was very nice. I told her I was not satisfied with the hair cut I had. I wanted it cut Evenly all the way around with light layers dropping down into it with very little in length cut off. I told her I wanted my bangs blended into the side of my hair and she said I can’t do that. She gave me the exact same haircut I came in, very heavy on the bottom and no light layers in the back of my hair. I did trim my banks and blended them into the side of my hair & trimmed the left side to even it up with the right side after I washed it to even it out. I called the Salon the next day after leaving a message and no one returned my called. The guy who took my phone call was the most rude obnoxious out of control person & so unprofessional, that I have ever encountered!! When you pay $85.00 for a hair cut you shouldn’t have to come home and cut & even out your hair. The back of my hair is still cut, the same as when I went in, and I was not satisfied with that haircut. I have found out when I go into a salon. I tell someone how I want my haircut and they just cut it the way they want to cut it they don’t listen….

I went to this salon with an appointment to get full highlights. I have very long hair and explicitly said that when making my appointment. When I arrived I was told by the male stylist that my hair was "too long" and twisted my words by continuously saying I was the one to lead them on that I had "hair below the shoulder". I always say my hair is mid back to waist length, meaning that that sentence never came out of my mouth. He offered partial highlights because my hair would "take too much time" I agreed because something is better than nothing. Upon sitting down, he did about three strokes brushing my hair and asked me to LEAVE because my hair was knotty, once again saying it would "take to much time". I was embarrassed and upset that I was treated that way, especially given that I had an appointment. Also, the whole premise of getting my hair done is to feel better about myself and to look good for friends and family and I felt the complete opposite leaving the salon. I don't plan on ever returning!
