Hands down best salon I have ever been to and the only one I will ever go to! Never had one complaint. Q is amazing at the long crazy acrylics I like to get and Sam does lashes like I have never seen!!! Super fast and top quality! Lashes always look real and last forever. Worst waxing ever!
I’ve had bikini/brazilian waxing before in Palm Coast and Orlando; none were as bad as this experience. Getting a waxing is already a painful and vulnerable experience, and the esthetician made it worse.

The lady was unprofessional. She failed to even introduce herself! The room looked more like an oversized bathroom with a shower, which was weird. It was unkept and didn’t look sterile.

The wax product must have been a cheap one because it was still stuck to my skin after I left the place. My skin was irritated for:2 days after the session.

She kept blaming me for not having a high tolerance for pain! I gave birth 3x, lady! She was a bit rude and didn’t try to help calm my anxiety by talking to me or distracting me. Part of being a professional is knowing how to communicate with clients. She can’t do that.

I’m sure this place has other services that are better but DO NOT EVER go there for a waxing session….

Natalia cut straight to the chase and asked where my pain was, why it could be there, and she was so talented that I took a small nap during the session! Afterwards I felt renewed. Comfortable atmosphere..bran new…very friendly and easy going salon. Carrie knew my hair texture and gave me a haircut that is so manageable for my type of hair…I love it.
My hair color is a beautiful soft shade of blonde now too….She corrected the brassiness I came in with.

I will be back next winter and first stop will be to say hello and have Carrie her do my hair again!!
