Worst experience! I asked for French manicure but ended up with short uneven stubby toes. She painted 1/2 the short stubby nail white and when I told her they were too short I didn't like the way it looks, she got mad. Then sloppily painted them the color I picked out. Manicure was worse. I had long nails going in. Told him I wanted to keep length and shape rounded square NOT pointy. Nails are uneven and some shorter and very pointy. He put so much polish on that it took forever to dry. You can see on a few nails how thick the polish is and some have bubbles and one is just uneven coat and very obvious! Some nails aren't even fully covered, edges aren't painted. I had to come home and reshape and even out both feet and fingers as well as repaint both!
Also, when nails weren't drying I asked why and even one got smudge when I tested it. I was then told I should have gotten gel nails they dry faster. Very rude and poor customer service….

The facility is very clean and beautiful in appearance; however, very disappointed in the pedicure process and polish. He lotioned my legs and put me back in water 😳. Male tech initially left after off the separator and the nail ended up smearing. He did fix the nail and I went under the dryer. He seemed to be rushing customers out of the dryer and it was not dry and it smeared again. 😡. Honestly I did not want to go back in. The entire process seemed very rushed. I was going to Serenity every 3 weeks I usually get great service from Wendy. This visit someone new "provided service ". This lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing. No cuticle oil, didn't file toe nails, did clean under toenails, what she called a message was her rubbing my leg as if she was applying lotion for five minutes straight. Been here a handful of times and always have had a stellar experience except for this visit. I paid $55 for the deluxe pedicure and it was an extremely poor effort. A rough attempt at best on the massage he literally had to wipe the excess lotion off because he barley rub it on/in. The lady next to me had way more attention and quality looking nails and only paid for a standard pedi.I was told I paid more for the "hot" stones that like the towels, were barley lukewarm because they sat out for minutes. Nails are mis-cut and badly shaped and look sloppy, I actually had to ask for a cotton ball and acetone to clean the polish off the top of my foot. I could have done this for free by myself at home but was charged $70.00 because gel cost an additional $15. I'm absolutely stunned I just paid that much for such an irritating experience. I will say the Technician offered to attempt to fix my nails, but I couldn't see how without cutting way too short and I already was over the experience. I will not be back and I would suggest more fluent and consistent training, or charge less for unexceptional services. I would have been happier paying for a basic pedicure, then to pay for all the extras that I did not receive….

i went in for my first time and said i wanted to keep my toes long and just to trim them the slightest he could. he started talking to his coworker and didn't ask me to make sure i like the length. so i look up form my phone and my toe nails are shorter than i've ever had them. when they were 2 months grown out. i told him i didn't like it. everyone heard since it's a small shop. all the workers heard. yet they still charged me full price while knowing i was unhappy and they couldn't fix it. they couldn't hand draw a flower. i paid 55$ for gel polish and a flower on my big toe for nails i wasnt even happy with. my day is ruined. i'm a foot model. this is important too me. they don't listen nor do they accommodate at all after making a mistake. yes he said sorry but that doesn't save me money or fix my toes. i will NEVER be going back. the lady at the front was nice. if they didn't have kids at the shop i wouldn't have tipped at all. not a good experience for me at all….

Went to have my nails done on Saturday, which is an hour away one way. First the lady complimented me on how great my cuticles were and so forth , once I left and washed my hands and got all the oil off my cuticles , they were all chewed up(it definitely didn’t look like a had a manicure just my nails painted ).On Monday I drove all the way back so that the manager could touch up my toe and my middle finger on my left hand. She inspected my hand, never noticed the horrible mani job that was performed (I even told her the nail polish was thin on all my nails, you can see through the paint without even holding it in the air.She said the paint was like that.) Mind you I get my nails done often my nails have never felt so thin with gel nail polish, Gel polish has always made my nails feel sturdy . I can push a button in and my nail bends(that isn’t normal). My nails last my three weeks usually.)Then on the toe she wipes the clear coat off and then couldn’t find the right purple so she blended the toe nail color with a darker purple and the toe is rough now no buffing after the repair. Here we are on Wednesday, I normally don’t wake up and write reviews but because My nails are done up for a vacation and now I have to go pay someone to repair the nail because I refuse to keep wasting gas to drive out there for it to mess back up in two days! I will say they are sweet there but I won’t be driving there for nails.Also my nails were crooked when filed the first time, pictures show the middle finger chipped first and second time and shows the cuticles the looked chopped up and as well as the toe that is darker than the others also the lavender nail next to the chipped dark purple shows it crooked. If all went well with the repair I promise I wouldnt be writing this but here we are and here I go to spend probably 40$ more on top of the 85$ I already paid y’all!

Ps They also did my eyebrows, I had to go home and pluck because she left so much everywhere….

Got my nails done (acrylic/gel) beginning of August prior to surgery. After spending basically a month in bed recuperating I went in for a fill. I have done zero housework involving water and have kept hands dry. A fungus was discovered on both little fingers under the acrylic. The owner tried to remove the thick acrylic ( which was securely adhered to my nail) and put the clipper tool through my nail bed causing it to bleed. Then continued to try and force the acrylic off. Needless to say I was near tears. Also last visit thumb nail was crooked. When i asked to have it evened up they asked where i had it done. I pointed to the girl who did it and they laughed. 2 years ago I got a fungus on my toenails from there. Still trying to get rid of it. I only went back to this place because my regular manicurist retired. I can't understand why they don't sanitize their tools between clients. Guess I'll continue looking for a new salon. Hoping no one else has had this issue there….

Overall experience was very bad. the lady who did my nails was nice but unfortunately the whole vibe wasn’t the best. After they told me a price after I asked 2 times they changed the price at the end when I was about to pay, one short lady from the back approached me and started yelling at me which I responded to “ please, do not yell at me, I’m not talking to you like that, lower your voice”. She didn’t listen and continue yelling and saying that I was paying extra for getting a French tip which she did not say that at the beginning. And even the lady who did my nails told them “ we already told her a price at the beginning, can we still charge her the same” and another lady a taller one looked at her very angry and said immediately NO and walked away. The lady who did my nails continue to apologized to me for the maltreatment I was getting by these 2 people and I said I’m sorry you have to work with them because at the beginning when the lady who did my nails show the taller lady about her prior work on a different client and she was so excited about it and smiling telling and showing a pic of the design she did, the taller lady didn’t respond or said anything nice to her but “ ummmm” and walked away, I could see they’re only nice with each other and not to the rest. I understand they feel more comfortable with their own people but it is not the way you treat costumers even if it’s for $5, people work hard as you guys do and everybody should be respected. I kept calm the whole time, paid my bill which it wasn’t what we agreed and walked away because the environment was just not safe for me I didn’t feel safe there and was a horrible experience. Mind you, I only got gel polish on my own nails. My nails are very short and the results weren’t the best but I still didn’t complain or said anything because the lady who did It was nice with me the whole time but I ended up leaving so disappointed and dissatisfied that I even forgot my drink there and I walked out of that door I was so frustrated and anxious because having people yelling at you and giving you weird looks and not talking to you in a proper manner it something you shouldn’t experience at a nail salon or anywhere. Also, the place did not look clean at all, they had a weird smell and everything just looked very disorganized and like I said not a good experience. The only people that were nice was the guy who approached at the end to try to make up for the 2 other ladies behavior which I appreciate and the lady who did my nails. I’m never going back there and I’ll make sure people know about my experience here and outside so they never have to experience this when they’re trying to get their nails done and feel better and go there to relax not to get anxious and not feel safe….

I would give this place only 1 star BUT the atmosphere is clean and the smell of the salon is really not bad at all . As far as the actual nail services my friend and I received , awful . It has been 8 days and my nails are already lifting and look way more grown out due to the fact they didn’t polish all the way to the cuticle and such , on top of the fact that I said I want stiletto OR coffin . She suggested almond , there was a slight communication issue between us which was okay I understand but I felt like I was listened to at all! E is amazing. She is talented and provides exceptional service. I went to her with a separated toe nail. My podiatrist wanted to remove the nail so it could regrow attached. E said she could fix it with a specialty product that is formulated to bond the nail to the nail bed and provide enough support to the nail as it grows for it to stay attached. She was not wrong! After one session my toe nail remained attached! She had to remove the separated section and apply the product. It was that simple. It was also painless! I have been going to this salon for over a year now. I have always had pleasant experiences until today.

I didn't catch his name but I believe he is from the Philippines and he just moved here from Massachusetts… This gentleman asked me 3 different times if I wanted gel nails. I explained I had worn them for years and my nails were like rice paper when I was finished so I felt it wasn't a good choice for me.

He then sarcastically said I had so much growth on my nails that it looked like I hadn't had them done in a long long time. Well I actually had them done 3 weeks ago at this salon 🙄 I have been getting my nails done every 3-4 weeks for over 30 years now so I don't consider them neglected in the least.

The next thing I noticed unusual is he did not ask if I wanted my nails filed or cut. He just cut my toes and filed my fingers 😯

This salon had about 8 men working and only 2 women. I found this ratio rather bizarre. Personally I prefer a female as they are usually more detailed. I have noticed they have changed nail techs multiple times in the past few months. I think it's time for me to find a new nail salon….

Chelsea is always a pleasure to talk to. Very welcoming and down to earth. Love the warm towels on my legs for pedicures. Love talking to her. Only missing one star because the sides of my toes still need some cleaning due to missed dirt. But i think thats just because she was being gental and is working on getting a hospital grade certification. Then she can dig in. Overall love the place….
