If I could give 0 stars I would and that's all because of the gentleman that works there. The woman was wonderful and polite. Although the pedicure wasn't the best I had, she was kind and she's the only reason I tipped. He was rough and rushed through the process. He didn't properly file my natural nails before putting the DND dip on, which I told him he could file them or clip them. I have very long nails. By the end of the appointment he wasn't going to shape them which I told him he could either do a coffin or square. He said, "You said you wanted coffin." I said no, I said either or. He told me they wouldn't be perfect because of my natural nails. I told him either way the nails weren't shaped but were different sizes and I've been to other shops and they had no problems doing my natural nails and they came out perfect. He sat back down and shaped them but my natural nails are hanging from under the dip because he didn't shape them, so he polishes my nail with gel. One of the tops of the nails has gel on it. It looks terrible underneath and from the sides of my nails. If you're looking at them from the top they look great. This man has no idea how to do nails. I'll be coming back in a few weeks to get this removed and that's it….

On 5/30/23 I came in for a acrylic fill and polish changes on my toes, my husband got a pedicure and my daughter got a full gell set.
I was happy when I left. However, it's a weekend and half later and 5 of my nails have come completely off and damaging my actual nails. They didn't break or crack the acrylic and the tips came off!!!!!!!!
I've NEVER experienced anything like this…
I thought it was the acrylic, but my daughter got gels and the same thing happened!!!! I can go a month before needing a fill so only having my nails in place for a week is NOT ACCEPTABLE ! NOT TO MENTION MY FINGERS ARE INCREDIBLY SORE!!! AND ONE OF MY NAIL BEDS IS NOW DAMAGED!!!
I will not be returning !!!!

I have been going to nail salons for 50 years and I have never had such horrible experience . I was visiting a friend in the area and stopped by for a mani/pedi. I have been there a couple of times before. The tech they assigned to me to do my pedicure either didn’t care, or was sleepy . She could care less about what I needed … but the worst part was she was distracted by what’s going on in the shop while she was trimming my cuticles and not looking at my foot. DANGEROUS. I made a comment and the tech next to her told her something in their language and she gave me such a dirty look , anxiety provoking. She could not finish up correctly and her “sister “ Angel took over. Angel then gave me an excellent dip manicure . I noticed that most of the techs appear they don’t speak English, I give them more credit than that … those days are over… I gave Angel and her “sister “ each a $20 tip not for their work so much so they can remember me and going forward be more professional .

This is the first time I tried this place because of the reviews I never should have switched from where I used to go. I had my nails done here a week ago from Tony they looked good upon leaving but a week later I have square tips the corners of each nails are breaking being that my time is limited I don't even have time to go back so far in a week's time three nails have broke.. they thinned out the acrylic so much, and they don't build up the Apex. I've been getting my nails done for years this is the first time in one week three nails have broken at the corners I won't go back.
The next time I get my nails done I'm going to have to pay more than I usually do because I'm going to need three tips I get irritated from tips and I haven't had tips in over 5 years. This place should do my nails for free the next time with that being said I feel if you tip them100 percent of your bill they'll do a good job. I tip 20 percent like a normal person..lol
This woman told me that she tips them $25 for a fill and they always do a great job that's not right because when I find a good place I'm a customer for years….

First experience was the worst salon experience I have ever had. I have never walked into a nail salon and left without getting nails or feet done. I went in was asked to pick my color I chose and sat to wait patiently for my turn. One lady comes to see what color I picked and made a face because it was regular polish not gel I said I didn't find any gel that matched what I wanted. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had in Sebastian on getting a mani and pedi. Anna was so sweet and listened to my needs without pushing anything on me. I got jell French tips mani and pedi. I am so pleased with how long they lasted. I had a week long camping trip that they needed to survive till our Awards Gala at the end of our camping trip in mexico. My nails stayed strong and beautiful. 3 weeks later, my feet still look amazing. I will be going here to get my nails done for now on. Not only did I get a mani and pedi, but I got a full brazilian wax job.😅 it was my first time, and Anna made me feel comfortable thew the worthwhile torture. I honestly do not like to leave bad reviews. But I went to go have my daughter nails and toes done for her daughter and father dance. I told them that I needed her nails and toes done. They only did her nails and said that they did not know I wanted her toes done as well. I said no problem I can wait. After about five to 10 minutes of waiting I was asked to help paint her toe nails. I was shocked that he even asked me to do that. I responded back with no sir I am paying you to do that. So today I decided to try out a new nail salon. I got a fill and a pedicure. I didn’t notice til I got home because it was very dark in the salon that my feet could have used another coat of black gel nail polish and most of my toe nails didn’t get fully polished. My 10 year old daughter could have painted my toes better. Also the hot towels they used for the pedicure didn’t smell very clean. Very potent musty smell to them. I’m very disappointed considering how much I spent and how much I tipped. Wasn’t very happy with the quality of my nails either. The length from hand to hand didn’t match compared to the other fingers, some longer and some shorter. It’s not like they were busy either. At one point I was the only person in the salon. I will never go back here. I recommend you save your money too and go elsewhere….

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. I visited another salon earlier today, but I had to rush out before they started because I was called into work. They didn’t have any more openings until next week, so I booked an appointment with Easy Nails for later in the evening. I always choose places to go based on reviews, and I saw this place had 4.1 stars, so I decided to give it a try. Not going to lie, when I got to the parking lot, I looked at photos in the reviews and was terrified. Some of the pictures look terrible. I’m not sure how people were okay leaving like that. But then again, I am VERY picky about my nails. I have a specific shape I like, that no one ever seems to get right, and they must be a certain thickness, etc. I debated leaving before even walking in. This nail salon is very basic. It’s no luxury salon by any means, but don’t let that deter you. I would argue that these are some of the best nails I’ve ever had. He gave me exactly what I was looking for, the ombré, which other salons seem to having trouble doing. The shape, which I always ask for and no one gets right, was PERFECT. These nails are almost flawless, which is a huge compliment coming from someone who is so picky….

The worse service I’ve ever received. Paid $30 for a grown man to literally play with my feet because services for a pedicure was not what I received. My water was cold as hell when I asked for it to be hotter it was still cold. My toes were not cleaned or cut even. The man did not want to do my feet and I would have rather the owner ask me to wait for the other lady. I had to ask the guy over and over to fix this and clean that and I was just over it and asked him to stop. I work 50-60 hours on my feet a week so I look forward to pedicures. Had my nails done here today waited for 45 minutes to be seen instead of saying come back because they’re not available. The lady did my nails and it was the worst nails I ever had done in my life. When I told her I didn’t like it, and it wasn’t what I asked, for she continued to do it and never tried to fix it and didn’t apologize or acknowledge anything. I was saying when I told her that I didn’t like my nails at all they were too thick. The shape was wrong. I showed her a picture. She said she could do it and she didn’t do it. For my pedicure, she burned my legs with hot stones, have a mark. She jabbed my toe nails and when filed, she tore the skin in 2 places.
