I love this place. Their service is always consistent! I broke a nail a week after having them done and stopped by to have them fix the one broken nail and the technician not only fixed the broken nail she also gave me a fresh top coat at no cost! I was just there and couldn’t decide on a color and went with pink and whites, powder dip manicure!!! I didn’t even know how that was going to work but she did an amazing job! So good I was asked if these are my natural nails when I got to my office. ☺️ These are my nails no acrylics just a really great manicure! Highly recommend this place! 💕…

I go as a treat every 6 weeks or so. I like dip and gel. Nothing special. Maybe I'm old-school, but there was a time when you were not rushed in and out as fast as possible. Manicure included cuticles, shaping, gently filing taking care of nails beds and sides, lotions and pleasant service. The last time I was there I received rushed and rude treatment as if I was a burden. The Manicurist had a filthy station with someone else's nail clippings and filings and used the same dirty towel. I should have stuck up for it myself stopping her. But I didn't. The whole time I'm worried about infection. She did nick my cuticle which bled. So this place can't really call it a spa treatment . Try somewhere else….

Go here 2 to 3 times per month for nails , pedicures and facial waxing. Today was horrible service with the waxing as the technician got wax in both sides of my hair with no attempt to apologize for the poor job and even denied doing. The manger failed to offer anything to make up for this poor job not even to say they were sorry that it happened and charged me full price for everything!
Would love to hear from the owner concerning this matter ….

I’ve never seen or been treated like this. I was her last Tuesday and pay $50 for fill and special treatment of nail polish called Cat eyes then by Friday night it was peeling !! They was closed on Monday and could not get here so I came in today on Tuesday now I have been sitting here waiting for over an hour because I’ve already paid and I want them to fix their mistake of nail polish. They have took 3 to 4 other people in front of me that was walk ins and I am still sitting here waiting. What a way to treat your customer, right !!! I see it as take the money and run, huh? Overpriced! I went in for dip. I have never paid over $45 for dip unless I got something extra or my nails were longer. My regular go-to nail salon has gotten worse, so I decided to go back here because I used to a while back. I am not sure how long this will last. The dip was not done how I am used to (dipping in the powder) but was done with an acrylic brush and only 1 layer. No cleaning of the nail area or anything extra was done. My nails are short and they were already shaped so he did not have to do any of that. When I checked out Rose told me it was $65😱. When I questioned it she got an attitude and said you have not been here a long time ago, as in justifying the charge. To make matter worse, she rang me up and the receipt said 66.30, so I asked about that. With an attitude, she said "2% charge if you would have paid cash no fee". Why didn't she tell me that before?
All they did was put one layer of dip powder with acrylic brush, one layer of clear and two 30 sec session under the light. That's it!!! I am not coming back. I love getting my nails done, but I am sick of the lack of customer service and hidden prices. No where on the chart is there dip and the only thing on the chart at that price was pink and white gel!!! I truly believe she just made up that price when she charged me. What a shame!! My nails look fine but I don't care how good of a job you do when you lack care for your customers and have an attitude just cause you can, I will not spend my money at your business….

Horrible. I can't even describe how bad my haircut was. The place wasn't very clean looking, my hair ended up in all different lengths, and she got hair all over me. I asked for my hair angled and it was so bad I asked her to just make it straight I ended up with a choppy bob and had to even cut a peice off myself that was way longer after I left. I've given myself better haircuts. Do not go here….

WORST hair cut I’ve ever had, hands down. Rude stylist, answering her phone (personal call) right in my face while I’m explaining what I want done, without so much as an excuse me. Didn’t take my request into consideration AT ALL. As she’s cutting (and cutting and cutting) I kept saying “make sure you’re not going too short… don’t take too much off… I don’t want it short on top…” look up to ALL my hair gone. I can’t look at myself in the mirror at all….
