Went to have my nails done on Saturday, which is an hour away one way. First the lady complimented me on how great my cuticles were and so forth , once I left and washed my hands and got all the oil off my cuticles , they were all chewed up(it definitely didn’t look like a had a manicure just my nails painted ).On Monday I drove all the way back so that the manager could touch up my toe and my middle finger on my left hand. She inspected my hand, never noticed the horrible mani job that was performed (I even told her the nail polish was thin on all my nails, you can see through the paint without even holding it in the air.She said the paint was like that.) Mind you I get my nails done often my nails have never felt so thin with gel nail polish, Gel polish has always made my nails feel sturdy . I can push a button in and my nail bends(that isn’t normal). My nails last my three weeks usually.)Then on the toe she wipes the clear coat off and then couldn’t find the right purple so she blended the toe nail color with a darker purple and the toe is rough now no buffing after the repair. Here we are on Wednesday, I normally don’t wake up and write reviews but because My nails are done up for a vacation and now I have to go pay someone to repair the nail because I refuse to keep wasting gas to drive out there for it to mess back up in two days! I will say they are sweet there but I won’t be driving there for nails.Also my nails were crooked when filed the first time, pictures show the middle finger chipped first and second time and shows the cuticles the looked chopped up and as well as the toe that is darker than the others also the lavender nail next to the chipped dark purple shows it crooked. If all went well with the repair I promise I wouldnt be writing this but here we are and here I go to spend probably 40$ more on top of the 85$ I already paid y’all!

Ps They also did my eyebrows, I had to go home and pluck because she left so much everywhere….

Got my nails done (acrylic/gel) beginning of August prior to surgery. After spending basically a month in bed recuperating I went in for a fill. I have done zero housework involving water and have kept hands dry. A fungus was discovered on both little fingers under the acrylic. The owner tried to remove the thick acrylic ( which was securely adhered to my nail) and put the clipper tool through my nail bed causing it to bleed. Then continued to try and force the acrylic off. Needless to say I was near tears. Also last visit thumb nail was crooked. When i asked to have it evened up they asked where i had it done. I pointed to the girl who did it and they laughed. 2 years ago I got a fungus on my toenails from there. Still trying to get rid of it. I only went back to this place because my regular manicurist retired. I can't understand why they don't sanitize their tools between clients. Guess I'll continue looking for a new salon. Hoping no one else has had this issue there….

I have been going to this salon for over a year now. I have always had pleasant experiences until today.

I didn't catch his name but I believe he is from the Philippines and he just moved here from Massachusetts… This gentleman asked me 3 different times if I wanted gel nails. I explained I had worn them for years and my nails were like rice paper when I was finished so I felt it wasn't a good choice for me.

He then sarcastically said I had so much growth on my nails that it looked like I hadn't had them done in a long long time. Well I actually had them done 3 weeks ago at this salon 🙄 I have been getting my nails done every 3-4 weeks for over 30 years now so I don't consider them neglected in the least.

The next thing I noticed unusual is he did not ask if I wanted my nails filed or cut. He just cut my toes and filed my fingers 😯

This salon had about 8 men working and only 2 women. I found this ratio rather bizarre. Personally I prefer a female as they are usually more detailed. I have noticed they have changed nail techs multiple times in the past few months. I think it's time for me to find a new nail salon….

I love my full set! Beautiful and exactly what I was looking for! However my pedicure was extremely rushed. The tech did not make sure it was relaxing either. He used hot stones way too aggressively and was rubbing my ankle bone either the stones and it really hurt. He ignored me when I asked him not to do that cause it hurt. Overall I wouldn’t waste money or time on a pedicure. The entire salon could use a serious dusting and deep clean as well. It’s pretty dirty and everything is pretty dusty. My tech didn’t sanitize anything after we were done I watched him put the tools used on my hands into the drawer after simply wiping them off. Pretty gross. Won’t be returning….

I researched good salons in the area and serenity nail spa popped up with a good review. The facility is very clean and beautiful in appearance; however, very disappointed in the pedicure process and polish. He lotioned my legs and put me back in water 😳. Male tech initially left after off the separator and the nail ended up smearing. He did fix the nail and I went under the dryer. He seemed to be rushing customers out of the dryer and it was not dry and it smeared again. 😡. Honestly I did not want to go back in. The entire process seemed very rushed. I would give them 1 more attempt and try another nail tech. $45 for basic pedicure, they need to work on their service!…

Just got a full set of acrylics done with a purple chrome and I love them! They did upcharge me by like $20 but said they would take off $10 if I left a review, which I guess is nice. Total came out to $55 though since they charged me $5 extra for length and then another $5 for shape. I don’t feel that my experience there was above and beyond but quality-wise, I’m happy….

I was going to Serenity every 3 weeks I usually get great service from Wendy. This visit someone new "provided service ". This lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing. No cuticle oil, didn't file toe nails, did clean under toenails, what she called a message was her rubbing my leg as if she was applying lotion for five minutes straight. It was so annoying I asked if she would just forget the "message" and continue the pedi, I explained what the problem was and that it was okay to just continue, she acted annoyed. She wiped the floor with her hand and was about to proceed without washing her hands. Everything was just wrong. Oh she was going to polish my toes without filing or preparing my cuticles at that point I had to stop her. She then expected me to pay full price. Love this salon! This is my recent visit results. I do acrylic nails because they work best on my hands. I went from having a square nail to this lovely almond shape and I'm very pleased! Every service I have had I have been extremely happy with. And the pedicures are amazing! Prices are very reasonable and the customer service is great. Been here a handful of times and always have had a stellar experience except for this visit. I paid $55 for the deluxe pedicure and it was an extremely poor effort. A rough attempt at best on the massage he literally had to wipe the excess lotion off because he barley rub it on/in. The lady next to me had way more attention and quality looking nails and only paid for a standard pedi.I was told I paid more for the "hot" stones that like the towels, were barley lukewarm because they sat out for minutes. Nails are mis-cut and badly shaped and look sloppy, I actually had to ask for a cotton ball and acetone to clean the polish off the top of my foot. I could have done this for free by myself at home but was charged $70.00 because gel cost an additional $15. I'm absolutely stunned I just paid that much for such an irritating experience. I will say the Technician offered to attempt to fix my nails, but I couldn't see how without cutting way too short and I already was over the experience. I will not be back and I would suggest more fluent and consistent training, or charge less for unexceptional services. I would have been happier paying for a basic pedicure, then to pay for all the extras that I did not receive….
