Let me start by saying this was the friendliest nail salon I've ever visited. Everyone spoke, and we were also offered bottled water. It was a very clean salon.

This review is based mainly on what my husband experienced. He had a foot fungus, and Johnny worked a miracle, as you can see from the pictures. He showed us many photos of the work he did for others. He did charge $450 for this service. I gather it's not the same for everyone. He is also very talkative…lol. I had a basic gel pedicure that cost $50. Beware, there is not a price list visible in the shop. Make sure you ask how much before you receive service.

Update: They do not get rid of the fungus. You do need to see a medical professional. Once the overlay came off and his nail started to grow, the fungus was visible again. He was back to where he started. Now he's on medication to get rid of it. This guy is a good option if you are treating your fungus and need someone to clean the nail….

The facility is very clean and beautiful in appearance; however, very disappointed in the pedicure process and polish. He lotioned my legs and put me back in water 😳. I was going to Serenity every 3 weeks I usually get great service from Wendy. This visit someone new "provided service ". This lady had absolutely no idea what she was doing. No cuticle oil, didn't file toe nails, did clean under toenails, what she called a message was her rubbing my leg as if she was applying lotion for five minutes straight. It was so annoying I asked if she would just forget the "message" and continue the pedi, I explained what the problem was and that it was okay to just continue, she acted annoyed. Oh she was going to polish my toes without filing or preparing my cuticles at that point I had to stop her. She then expected me to pay full price. I debated whether or not to write a review because it's not something I usually do, but it has been 24 hours since I got my nails done and I feel like I have to say something. Yesterday, I went in to get a fill-in and while getting my nails done, I noticed that two of them didn't match the rest. I had chosen a neutral color since they were out of the first two colors I picked, which I understood. However, during the process, my service provider kept wiping off the polish due to dust particles and ended up applying five coats to try and hide it. At that point, I couldn't stay silent anymore. I want to clarify that I never blamed the artist, but I was just extremely frustrated and asked if they could remove the color and let me leave as is.

When it was time to pay, the manager or owner charged me $45 for the service, even though I left with nails that look like the ones in the photos below. As a small business owner myself, I can't imagine letting a customer walk out of my establishment feeling so disappointed. And to make matters worse, three of my nails have already broken since yesterday.

I wouldn't recommend this place at all….

I was recommended by family who are regulars here. Pedicure was good but the tech was not up front on pricing. He asked which scent I wanted and I said to pick the one that he thought smelled the best. Turns out he picked the $75 pedicure which I found out while already more than half way through the pedi when he wanted to add on another heel treatment at $15 which I declined after learning the other cost. Gel was an additional $17 so $92 total spent. Longer massage was good but otherwise nothing special about the pedicure. I should have asked the price up front but I trusted that he was picking a basic/typical one and didn’t think it was the most expensive upgrade. Won’t go back here based on this experience. The salon seemed nice and clean overall otherwise….

Went to have my nails done on Saturday, which is an hour away one way. First the lady complimented me on how great my cuticles were and so forth , once I left and washed my hands and got all the oil off my cuticles , they were all chewed up(it definitely didn’t look like a had a manicure just my nails painted ).On Monday I drove all the way back so that the manager could touch up my toe and my middle finger on my left hand. She inspected my hand, never noticed the horrible mani job that was performed (I even told her the nail polish was thin on all my nails, you can see through the paint without even holding it in the air.She said the paint was like that.) Mind you I get my nails done often my nails have never felt so thin with gel nail polish, Gel polish has always made my nails feel sturdy . I can push a button in and my nail bends(that isn’t normal). My nails last my three weeks usually.)Then on the toe she wipes the clear coat off and then couldn’t find the right purple so she blended the toe nail color with a darker purple and the toe is rough now no buffing after the repair. Here we are on Wednesday, I normally don’t wake up and write reviews but because My nails are done up for a vacation and now I have to go pay someone to repair the nail because I refuse to keep wasting gas to drive out there for it to mess back up in two days! I will say they are sweet there but I won’t be driving there for nails.Also my nails were crooked when filed the first time, pictures show the middle finger chipped first and second time and shows the cuticles the looked chopped up and as well as the toe that is darker than the others also the lavender nail next to the chipped dark purple shows it crooked. If all went well with the repair I promise I wouldnt be writing this but here we are and here I go to spend probably 40$ more on top of the 85$ I already paid y’all!

Ps They also did my eyebrows, I had to go home and pluck because she left so much everywhere….

Got my nails done (acrylic/gel) beginning of August prior to surgery. After spending basically a month in bed recuperating I went in for a fill. I have done zero housework involving water and have kept hands dry. A fungus was discovered on both little fingers under the acrylic. The owner tried to remove the thick acrylic ( which was securely adhered to my nail) and put the clipper tool through my nail bed causing it to bleed. Then continued to try and force the acrylic off. Needless to say I was near tears. Also last visit thumb nail was crooked. When i asked to have it evened up they asked where i had it done. I pointed to the girl who did it and they laughed. 2 years ago I got a fungus on my toenails from there. Still trying to get rid of it. I only went back to this place because my regular manicurist retired. I can't understand why they don't sanitize their tools between clients. Guess I'll continue looking for a new salon. Hoping no one else has had this issue there….

i normally don’t leave bad reviews but i don’t want anyone to experience what i’m going through right now and damage their nails. i had my acrylics done here by donna a little more than a week ago and they kept breaking off at the tip, which has never happened to me before. the first couple times they broke i went and got them fixed and she fixed them no charge, but after three on each hand broke off a few days after i had just went to got them fixed i decided to just take them off (i’ve only had them on for a little over a week) by soaking them in a acetone that is specifically made to take off acrylic and gel. i soaked them for about 30 mins each and they were barley coming off. i tried everything and then looked up why my acrylics weren’t coming off. found out they are mma acrylic, which is a old acrylic that was found highly toxic and is illegal. pictures listed below….

6/17/24: Brought my 7 year old granddaughter in with me for some Self Care time. She had a blast. Got a Pedi and her nails painted. I love how she was cared for. And for me I always keep coming back. I can honestly say I may have had my nails done by everyone there. And I love it….

I paid $112 for my GelX nails including tip. At first I was going to leave because I set my appointment over the phone then when I got there, they said they couldn’t do my nails. Then they switched it up and said they could do it only because I said I was gonna leave. Fine, I get my nails done and I like them. After only a couple of weeks, the polish peeled and one of my nails popped off. If you’re familiar with GelX, when done correctly they can last up to 8 weeks. I think the nail tech wasn’t familiar with GelX and did it wrong. The people there were nice but for $112, I definitely feel scammed and will not be going back. Low quality for too much money….

I've been coming here for almost two years now and had great experiences with several of their nail technicians. Lily Ha is my new favorite as she always does great work and is careful, caring, and meticulous. The facility is relaxing, extremely clean, well organized, and designed functionally between a central area of manicure stations with a long row of lots pedicure chairs that surround the them in a U-shape. There are two separate rooms for waxing and other more intimate services. The restroom is immaculate. Unlike some other salons that have rows of TVs or loud music playing, they have one dedicated TV in the center to watch which plays music videos but is not overwhelming or distracting — a great compromise. You can make appointments by phone, or try an an app called Fresha (search among other local salons that participate) for very easy scheduling and managing of appointments. They do charge a premium if you pay by credit card (as many businesses are doing these days) but you can avoid this by paying in cash instead. Luxx has a reward program so be sure to sign up for loyalty discounts for repeat customers.

I don't usually recommended personal services like these until I have been a customer for an extended period of time, but they have steady management and deliver great service. Highly recommended….

I was in town on a trip and decided to treat myself to a mani / pedi. I had gel done on my toes they are amazing.

After one day one nail the dip came off, since I was still in town, they fixed it after I went back and showed them. However today (3 days later) another nail came off unfortunately I'm not in town. I feel like I wased all this money for absolutely nothing. This was a VERY expensive splurge and in the end it was a total waste of money.
I also was cut several times during the pedi and my cuticles were cut so much and bleeding on several fingers. I just feel that even though the salon was cute and friendly, in the end I paid a lot of money for nothing. They got paid and I got nothing.

Update, exactly one week after mani another nail came off….

I’ve been to every nail place in the area, including a couple in Crystal River. Kenny and Kim are the best! Their product doesn’t chip or break off my nail, the French gel polish I get is second to none including perfect lines with all of the tips having an equal amount of white. Believe me, I have gotten MANY French gel manicures over the years and I DOknow the difference. Pedicures are also some of the best I’ve ever had. Massage chairs are comfortable and all of the options work. Please don’t think it’s stupid for saying that because I have sat in some pedicure chairs that were not comfortable and/or they didn’t work. Any kind of nail work is a great experience and so are the pedicures. Kenny and Kim are also really friendly with great personalities! I really enjoy seeing them every other week. They do walk-ins, but for the most part, everyone calls and makes an appointment….

I’m unfortunately disappointed. I really wanted to like this place, it’s super close to my house I gave them a chance. Front desk girl was super nice, and helpful.
The lady who did my refill was nice but her work wasn’t. I went for ombré refill she didn’t even match my shade, or trim my nails they’re coming out of acrylics and low effort from her side to put coat on them was a disaster. She messed up two nails and didn’t even redo them. Also the refill I got is chipped already. I was told 40$ for refill over the phone and got charged 55+. I don’t mind paying if work is good, this is just disappointing. Wish they did a good job on me….
