Called for a Pedicure for 2 people. Was told to be there at 2:45. Arrived early Kim looked at me like I am crazy when said I am here for pedicures. She insisted I was in the wrong place. I had call and when the phone started ringing she just stared at it and went on with her customer. My husband asked her the number that called. It was my number. She yells to the back and a man comes out and says sorry she didn't know. So we sit down and wait. After about 20 minutes she is still just filing the customer's nails. I say to my husband why did he have me come so early because she's no where near being done. Being left with a feeling of total unwelcome we left. I will Never go there again….

Awful, No one Sid hello when i arrived.then father 5 or so minutes i was told to sit. I went to first pedi chair as it filled the after starting getting HOT! I pulled my feet out an then was asked is it too hot and a women turned it off it did not add cooler water. She then began trimming my toe nails bad then digging in to the sides and top. I pulled and gasp 4 times. Finally i moved to a chair to get a fill. The guy was very unfriendly and didn’t speak the entire time except to give me orders. Also, only take cash which they should have mentioned when i made the appointment. Entire experience was terrible i will not be going back! Learn how to smile!!!!!…

I’ve been to every nail place in the area, including a couple in Crystal River. Kenny and Kim are the best! Their product doesn’t chip or break off my nail, the French gel polish I get is second to none including perfect lines with all of the tips having an equal amount of white. Believe me, I have gotten MANY French gel manicures over the years and I DOknow the difference. Pedicures are also some of the best I’ve ever had. Massage chairs are comfortable and all of the options work. Please don’t think it’s stupid for saying that because I have sat in some pedicure chairs that were not comfortable and/or they didn’t work. Any kind of nail work is a great experience and so are the pedicures. Kenny and Kim are also really friendly with great personalities! I really enjoy seeing them every other week. They do walk-ins, but for the most part, everyone calls and makes an appointment….

Our last experience was lacking in attention to details! Myself hubby and FIL have been getting pedicures here, but last time was disappointing because they did the 2guys first which takes very little time and they had to wait for me to get mine with gel polish. They didn't even turn my water on until they were almost done with guys so I sat there with an empty tub when I could have been soaking. I had to finally ask why I didn't get water before they turned it on. None of the three of us got lotion or massage!! Realized as we were leaving. We were charged $84 and left a tip. We know they work hard and it's appreciated but damn it the service should be good. Sometimes I wish I were meaner and wouldn't have left a tip. So disappointed. Oh….and we were the only ones there so it's not like they were busy. Also, they kept switching around between us. Really annoying….

Great job on nails, only recommendation is to not speak to other person in other language with head down when client is asking questions,(Its a bit disrespectful) and also look at nails before you work on them and give an accurate confirmed cost for filling, cutting down and shaping. When filling in nails cutting and shaping should be part of the filling cost and if not add to your rate charge to not surprise your clients.

I am a business owner and acknowledge good work and have no issues paying for service at true cost. I tipped 15 to cover extras when you said you will give me discount this time. Again customers just need one final rate before job.

I am planning on going back, just wanted to leave this here for clients to know to ask for final cost and show what you need done so no confusion of price happens. Thank you…
