I’ve been to every nail place in the area, including a couple in Crystal River. Kenny and Kim are the best! Their product doesn’t chip or break off my nail, the French gel polish I get is second to none including perfect lines with all of the tips having an equal amount of white. Believe me, I have gotten MANY French gel manicures over the years and I DOknow the difference. Pedicures are also some of the best I’ve ever had. Massage chairs are comfortable and all of the options work. Please don’t think it’s stupid for saying that because I have sat in some pedicure chairs that were not comfortable and/or they didn’t work. Any kind of nail work is a great experience and so are the pedicures. Kenny and Kim are also really friendly with great personalities! I really enjoy seeing them every other week. They do walk-ins, but for the most part, everyone calls and makes an appointment….

Our last experience was lacking in attention to details! Myself hubby and FIL have been getting pedicures here, but last time was disappointing because they did the 2guys first which takes very little time and they had to wait for me to get mine with gel polish. They didn't even turn my water on until they were almost done with guys so I sat there with an empty tub when I could have been soaking. Great job on nails, only recommendation is to not speak to other person in other language with head down when client is asking questions,(Its a bit disrespectful) and also look at nails before you work on them and give an accurate confirmed cost for filling, cutting down and shaping. I am a business owner and acknowledge good work and have no issues paying for service at true cost. I tipped 15 to cover extras when you said you will give me discount this time. Again customers just need one final rate before job.

Walked in on a Saturday, no waiting at all. Asked for a basic pedicure with clear polish. I asked the women who greeted me the prices. I showed her my heels which were a little rough. She indicated that the basic pedi should be enough to smooth them out. The basic was $25 which seemed reasonable. The soaking and massage was very relaxing. But as far as the cut, I ended up with different lengths on my nails?? Whatever was used as a polish didn't even dry glossy.
Would not recommend if you are looking for a basic pedicure. I just wasted my money….

Went to have my nails done on Saturday, which is an hour away one way. First the lady complimented me on how great my cuticles were and so forth , once I left and washed my hands and got all the oil off my cuticles , they were all chewed up(it definitely didn’t look like a had a manicure just my nails painted ).On Monday I drove all the way back so that the manager could touch up my toe and my middle finger on my left hand. She inspected my hand, never noticed the horrible mani job that was performed (I even told her the nail polish was thin on all my nails, you can see through the paint without even holding it in the air.She said the paint was like that.) Mind you I get my nails done often my nails have never felt so thin with gel nail polish, Gel polish has always made my nails feel sturdy . I can push a button in and my nail bends(that isn’t normal). My nails last my three weeks usually.)Then on the toe she wipes the clear coat off and then couldn’t find the right purple so she blended the toe nail color with a darker purple and the toe is rough now no buffing after the repair. Here we are on Wednesday, I normally don’t wake up and write reviews but because My nails are done up for a vacation and now I have to go pay someone to repair the nail because I refuse to keep wasting gas to drive out there for it to mess back up in two days! I will say they are sweet there but I won’t be driving there for nails.Also my nails were crooked when filed the first time, pictures show the middle finger chipped first and second time and shows the cuticles the looked chopped up and as well as the toe that is darker than the others also the lavender nail next to the chipped dark purple shows it crooked. If all went well with the repair I promise I wouldnt be writing this but here we are and here I go to spend probably 40$ more on top of the 85$ I already paid y’all!

Ps They also did my eyebrows, I had to go home and pluck because she left so much everywhere….

Got my nails done (acrylic/gel) beginning of August prior to surgery. After spending basically a month in bed recuperating I went in for a fill. I have done zero housework involving water and have kept hands dry. A fungus was discovered on both little fingers under the acrylic. The owner tried to remove the thick acrylic ( which was securely adhered to my nail) and put the clipper tool through my nail bed causing it to bleed. Then continued to try and force the acrylic off. Needless to say I was near tears. Also last visit thumb nail was crooked. When i asked to have it evened up they asked where i had it done. I pointed to the girl who did it and they laughed. 2 years ago I got a fungus on my toenails from there. Still trying to get rid of it. I only went back to this place because my regular manicurist retired. I can't understand why they don't sanitize their tools between clients. Guess I'll continue looking for a new salon. Hoping no one else has had this issue there….

I love getting my nails done here. While my experience was great my 14 year old daughter wanted her nails done. Well she had a lady I think they called her ms Kim she has glasses and a bit older, she didn't listen to my daughter at all a d botched her $60 nails. We will continue to go here as the other 2 nail ladies are amazing but we will request to not have her. She also did my eyebrows and wouldn't listen to me either and I walked out with no eyebrows that she plucked out instead of waxing. Never again….

Went in today and got a full set acrylic with gel polish. Even before I entered when I called Brittany's costumer service was amazing. I ended up running late and she called to see if everything was OK. When I got there she was so friendly and very relatable. My service was beyond excellent and I love my nails. I also got my eyebrows done and we talked about hair toning for my blonde hair. By far the best service I have gotten in this area as well as the final product. I will deff 100% returning and trying other services 10 out of 10 would recommend. And omg the salon was so cute I loved it….
