Went here today and got my nieces nails done. I showed the tech a picture and we agreed that it would cost 45$ I specifically told them acrylic, no gel, etc. Once we get to check out they charged me 65$ whenever it was brought to their attention they said this service cost between 45 and 65. Which I was not told, we specially agreed 45. He then told me that he told my 14 year old niece that it was $65 (he told her after he was done that it was $65) After I brought it to their attention they would rather argue with me about it then negotiate and agree on what we had already agreed on. And for that I give it a one star rating. If this man told her $65 dollars or not, it wasnt what we agreed on and he should have spoken with an adult rather then taking advantage of a teenager. I hope they enjoyed their tip from their surprise 20$ extra charge….

The prices are really good, but not the best place to go if you are African American. I watched the environment every time I went and how other people were catered to but African American women weren’t treated fairly. The lady was very rude to me as if she didn’t even want to do my nails. She was also really rough. It wasn’t until one of the techs told her my job status in which she then tried to redeem herself. On top of that my nails did not come out good at all and after dealing with her rudeness she had the nerve to ask for a tip. Never going back!…

I am not a hand model by any means but Suki always does the best nails!! I am very rough and hard on my nails due to having 7 kids, 5 dogs, and two turtles in the home and her nails can last me 4 to 5 weeks without falling off. Came in for an acrylic/gel manicure and other than the lady that did my nails having the worst attitude, rushed the ENTIRE process (legit did 1 coat?), she completely botched my nails and when I finally had the courage to ask to fix the MANY imperfections, she was rude and just filed them….. if you are that inexperienced you really should not be doing people’s nails. Such horrible customer service she had. Other people working there were nice as my sisters nails were good. Waste of my money and time….

Loyal client since 2021. Today was the last day I will give any of my money to this salon. I've tried to stick it out even after the constant raising of prices, taking away all discounts and incentives. I mean the prices raised 3 times in one year, within months of each other.

Today is exactly two weeks from when I got my nails done. They were not right the first day I left. I texted her pictures and telling her that although the nails seemed ok before I left, as soon as I got home I started noticing they were not right. And I was basically brushed off. Told that it just "looked that way to me". I had another nail tech look at them and they confirmed they weren't right. She never even offered for me to come back in so she could take a look or anything. I mean the nails were not even sealed from DAY ONE. Everything I touched stuck to the nails and I couldn't get it off. The top coat was peeling off multiple nails. My nails have never looked this grown out in two weeks. She's even said herself after 4 weeks at times that they weren't that grown out.

Today was my first time I was able to go into the salon to get a soak off. I've never gone for just a soak off, I ALWAYS get a new set. When I got there and stated I wanted a soak off, after knowing we texted about the nails you would think she would have at least looked at them. Instead she had someone else soak me off and when I asked aren't you going to even look at them she said with an attitude "it's been weeks". Yeah two weeks to the day, but I communicated with you the day of. There's been other times I've not been happy with my nails but I just grinned and bear it. This was the last straw. There's hundreds of salons around here and if I'm going to spend my money, I want to be happy with the service every time…

My husband went and got me a gift certificate for a Mani & Pedi. I went in two nights ago and was told they'd do both at the same time. No problem for me, went to my chair, started a Pedi with one employee, was switched in the middle so he could do someone else's nails. Still, no problem. However my nails look like my toddler attempted to do them and they basically cut my cuticle on both big toes. Paid almost over $100 plus tip for services and it literally hurts to put socks on and go to work due to having raw cuticles. Not sure where all of the great reviews come from, but that unfortunately was not the case for me at all….

More like nails last. They were accommodating to walk-ins, which I appreciate. The prices were on par with other places, but mine AND my mom's nails have chipped within days. I paid $100 for a Mani/Pedi with gel. It should not be chipping days later. Even my toes chipped. I've never ever had that happen. Gel should last for months on toes! The hot stone massage lasted 2 minutes give or take; not worth the extra price. I've had my nails done for years. I would not go back here unless it was free. Probably not even then.

ETA the owner reached out after seeing this and tried to make it right. Unfortunately, I was on a limited schedule, from out of state. I can't just pop back in… Maybe offer to refund my card? Yeah, that didn't happen….

A bitter sweet experience.

Upon walking in, you are greeted by clean floors, stunning chandeliers and a huge color wall…. A wall that offered so much and yet they were out of most colors in gel. At least, that was my experience with my color choices.

Once seated, my friends and I were offered white or red wine. White please!
Very refreshing and served in a champagne flute.

My two friend’s nail techs were so friendly, mine, not so much. I was shamed for the state of my nails which was something I brushed off, but did not appreciate. Being this was a birthday present from my friend, I didn’t want to complain.

The whole time I was treated like I was more of an annoyance than a customer. Grabbing my feet and pulling and tugging with no direction to what she needed of me. (I don’t get pedis often, and when I do, I’m not used to being man handled)

Before she started, we were asked the scent and fruits we wanted for the pedi. My first two choices…surprise! Were also not available. So I went with what my friends had.

The presentation was beautiful.

After 60 minutes of being stared at under eyelashes and spoken about to her coworkers (I understood their language well enough to know when I’m being talked about) she never even gave me a foot massage. The leg massage was quick and aggressive with stones while my feet were completely ignored aside from the filing and skin buffing (when I get a pedi, that’s the part I care most about)

I left with feet that craved a massage, smelled of a scent I didn’t want and a color that wasn’t what I went in for. I know the bill wasn’t cheap. Had I been the one to pay, I would have left my complaint at the desk….

I really tried to like this place but unfortunately will never come here again. The first time I did, I ended up leaving because I waited for 45 minutes where I was told would be a 10 minute wait. Yet, I came back in hopes this time would be a better experience.

To preface, my friend and I selected the same service, same color, and same shape. The nail technician assisting me was watching videos on his phone the entire time he was doing my nails. Not only watching, but sending the videos to his friends, reacting to the video, and was barely paying attention to my nails. Prior to that, he left for 20 minutes while my nails were soaking off, and came back reeking of cigarettes. I figured he was having a bad day and didn't expect his lack of hospitality would affect the quality of his work. Unfortunately, I was wrong yet again.

Not only are my nails uneven, but the shape is different on each nail, and the skin under my nails are all exposed, which he continued to file despite wincing in pain every time he did.

The worst part of this experience was that my friend was charged significantly less than I, despite receiving the exact same service. These nails are definitely not worth $76.

Save your money and go somewhere else….

It’s a beautiful well-lit space complete with attractive decor, clean tile floors, and a friendly and attentive staff who greeted us as soon as we walk in. They’re always busy so they must be doing something right. The boss did a Mani Pedi and I did a $60 pedi with the the works. They offer a menu with all kinds of different smells and flavors on it, which is unlike anything I’ve ever seen in a nail salon. I chose the coffee with margarita smells and aloe to finish it off. She recognized that my feet were ticklish and she backed off appropriately. The cut is perfect. And the massage was wonderful. Felicia got a dip which was flawless. They even fixed one broken nail without even asking. Will be going here from now on and we highly recommend it….

I visited on 5/14 and had a nail technician named Tran. The service I had was nail dip and pedicure. It was a great experience. He had a simple method of caring for my nails which I can't really explain. The pedicure was very relaxing. He didn't over scrub my feet and did a massage on my lower limbs. The massage time was a little longer than I've had in past experiences.

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the price $80. I'm sure price is competitive and there are places that are more expensive with less services. I'll be back to have him take care if my nails again….

I’m not very fussy about my hair, and she helped me find a look that complimented my face shape and hassle-free lifestyle. She also recommended hair-shaping tools and products that I can use to maintain my hair at home.

I’m very happy with the continued service provided by this salon. The staff are friendly and skilled, the wait times brief, and the pricing reasonable (and the fact there are occasionally visits from adorable French Bulldogs is icing on the cake)….

This happened years ago but I’ve been fearful of saying anything in this small town. I got my hair done at natauchas. The girl, Michelle fried it so bad because I was forgotten with bleach on my hair under a dryer. She put no foils. Just piled bleach on my entire head and stuck me under the dryer. I told her I process quickly. After 45 minutes, I waved her down as she was doing another clients hair and she muttered “oh I forgo….” And didn’t finish the sentence. I had virgin hair as I was growing it out and gave it a break for years. I went to hair school and knew how quickly my hair processed. I did not need to be stuck under the dryer to speed it up.

They had to chop it all off there. It was coming out in clumps. I could tell and she said nothing. I came home and it was still falling out. I was so upset and could not stop crying. Then had to go to my original hair lady to cut it even more.
I was balling and called them and they only thing they offered me was a hair mask for free. I still paid in full. No apologies and it took a long time to grow out after this. I wore extensions for 2 years after this. My real hair is now down to my waist and am so scared to get my hair done anywhere different now….

I got a full set of acrylic and originally wanted a somewhat complicated design Halfway through the 1st hand I noticed his lines weren't sharp enough and it didn't look anything like the picture I had shown for reference. I asked if we could switch it to something simpler like a French tip and his and his attitude immediately changed.. The French tips were rushed and super sloppy and patchy and patchy. I had a small piece of dirt under my fingernail and instead of cleaning it out he encased it in glue so now I can't get it out. So $50 later and I will still have to go get them redone somewhere else tomorrow….

I’ve been going here for years and never had a problem until today. I requested a specific person because I knew they could do the nail art I wanted, I was told they were busy and that anyone could do it so I said okay. I went in and the nail tech was super nice and friendly but there were so many miscommunications and not very much concern that I was getting what I wanted. I left with uneven and unshaped nails that were made very round after I specified that I like a pointy almond shape. My nail tech for my acrylic nails was Chris and he did a phenomenal job with my nails! He didn’t cut my skin near my cuticles, which happens every time I get my nails done. And when he asked what shape I wanted to get my nails done he gave me a suggestion that would look good based on my finger shape. I know some people would take offense to that, but I was very thankful! No one in all my time I’ve been getting my nails done has ever suggested a shape that would look good on my fingers. Went in for a pedicure and have my nails filed. Was charged $23 to have my nails filed, no color, no massage no extra I simply asked to have them filed and the nail polish removed. I was charged $23 plus $5 to have the nail polished removed. The pedicure was $50 and the gel bubbled in the corners and is uneven on the bottom not touching the cuticle in places and touching in others. When he removed my nail polished he used a drummle tool first and then remover. Then clipped all the skin off the cuticles and around the nails. I told him I only weanted them to be filed 3 times but he just said it didn't look good and he would do it, to then charge me $23. There is still polish on some of the nails even after that and the tops of my nails hurt along with the sides of my fingers. My natural nails he did this to and now the natural nails are breaking off one by one. He seemed nice but that was it. The services was not good and didn't listen to the customer want I feel like so they can just charge extra. I want a refund and that is all….

I went there and asked if they could at least partially refund me since I paid over $100 and they said no all they could do was redo them. So basically they didn’t do anything other than offered to redo them, which doesn’t make any sense because what would be the difference they didn’t do it correctly the first time…

This is the second chance I gave this place and I am highly unsatisfied. My first set of acrylics from Titus nails were ok but not the greatest. They lasted about 7 days before lifting from the cuticle. I gave them a second chance and I am even more disappointed this time around! 3 days! This set lasted 3 days and are lifting and one came completely off. When I called to speak to someone I was informed I would have to pay to have them fixed after just spending $298 for a full set and a pedicure 3 DAYS AGO! I DO NOT recommend Titus nails for anyone unless you want to be ripped off….
