I was impressed about all the 5 star review, so I decided to try this salon. I was very disappointed, my nails are full of imperfection and most important thing they don’t have any kind of vent in the table, so you will breathe all the dust of your gel while they are working on your hand, and your clothes will be covered in dust too. That’s unacceptable! Also, in each table is written “please leave us a 5 star review” so that’s why all this 5 star review. It’s a pity because the salon looks good and the staff is nice.

After the answer I got from the staff, I want to add some photos to prove that I’m not doing bad reviews just for fun. I always have been honest. Here are my nails, each one with imperfection. Unfortunately, I did not take photo at the table without the vent, but I’m sure that is pretty obvious for any client to see that I’m not lying. If you want to be a 5 star salon it’s not enough to ask for reviews, you have to deserve it….

They looked exactly like the reference photo I used and the technician took her time and provided so much attention and care to the details. I hadn't noticed until a coat or two was on that it wasn't the color I asked for. The colors didn't match even though they were both labeled 134. The pink was still nice and I didn't have time to start over so I didn't mention anything. The technician did a good job applying the nail color and the foot massage was nice. It's only been a week and my pedicure polish is already destroyed and my dip manicure is already chipped. The reason why there are so my 5 star reviews is because the owner gives you $5 off for a good review not because of the services. Believe the low star reviews those are very accurate. Jennie did my manicure and another lady my pedicure. The pedicure was extremely fast and I think she only did one coat that's why it chipped already. The salon is clean but their dip colors aren't modern nor alot of options. There's a male technician who always tries to upsell the older clientele and it pisses me off since he's trying to take advantage. Overall I won't be coming back. By far they are the best nail salon I’ve been to in the Naples area. The salon is always clean and they aren’t afraid to try new designs and get creative with their own. I came in with my family to get pedicures and it was one of the most relaxing pedicures I have gotten! There are no tvs and spa music that is being played that makes the experience even more relaxing. I enjoyed my pedicure so much that I came back the next day to get an acrylic fill with gel polish.

I believe I had a new nail tech do my acrylic fill because the owner had to come over and conduct the first half of the service while she watched him. The nail tech then sat back down and finished applying the gel polish. The service was $55 total- 30 for the acrylic fill, 20 for gel polish and 5 for the shape. (I was surprised about the shape charge because isn’t the point of a manicure to reshape/file your nails?)

Less than a couple hours after, the gel on both my thumbs started lifting. It eventually came off so I went back to have the two nails repainted. It is still less than 24 hours after my service and I’ve had three more nails lift/chip in the meantime.

I’d come back to the salon, but I’d be cautious about getting a gel manicure

11/13/2022 Update:

I thought I could deal with the minor chips that are pictured, but it’s two days later & they’ve lifted and chipped so badly to the point I’m going to another salon where I’m getting them redone. Don’t get a gel manicure here!…

Today I was looking for last minute places that I could find to get my nails done as I wasn’t particularly happy with my previous set at one of my regular locations.

I googled nail salons in Naples and I found this hidden gem.

I live over 30 minutes away near North Naples and decided to give this location a try based off of their entirely positive google reviews. I did call to inquire whether appointments were necessary and when I was suggested to make one, I did.

When I arrived for my appointment, one of the techs remembered exactly what my name was and what service I was going to get (very nice). Upon arrival, Le (the owner) and another woman were actually assisting the same customer which I thought showed amazing customer service. I had to remove a prior set of dip powder and Le wrapped my nails while the same woman came over and shaped them a bit in between helping the customer prior to me. I did not mind this as I thought it showed great attentiveness to current customers and also great team work.

Le did an excellent job on my nails and listened to every gripe I had as far as shape and requesting extra layers of dip to keep them strong as I work my hands hard. We briefly chatted about our ethnicities which and he explained some things to me about cosmetology. He also told me that his salon had only been open since October of 2021…

This salon is very cute, minimalistic and seems to have a different environment/experience than most locations where customer care is definitely prioritized. The salon also has individually wrapped sets of tools for your manicures so that nothing appears to be reused.

I will definitely be making the trek out here. Found my new spot. Thank you Daisy team!…

If I could rate 0 stars I would. The man who did my nails was very rude, didnt speak any english and clearly didnt know what he was doing. The quality of the job is terrible.Uneven length, no cleanup, bad attention to detail. the gel looks terrible and broken in multiple spots.
One of the girls tried to fix it but it was not fixable. They still charged me full price. I would recommend spending your money somewhere else….

Add me to the list of reviewers who listed multiple reasons why this is the best or one of the best experiences they’ve had at a nail salon. Today was my first time getting a mani-pedi there, (I chose it because I looked up most highly rated google reviews. This turned out to be one of the times I could trust the reviews).
The space is extremely clean, they use liners for pedicure baths, sanitized packs of tools, there is plexiglass between technician and customer for manicures, it’s a very safe and comfortable salon. (And very reasonably priced for the service I received).
Randy was the tech who did my nails today. He was the best, a real PRO; he did an amazingly thorough and detailed job of my nails and is an unusually good natured tech. I HIGHLY recommend this salon….

Got a full set , gel x , and all the staff were super welcoming even though we came an hour before closing time. I didn’t catch her name but the lady that did my nails did a great job and kept checking to make sure I was satisfied along the way. My friends got pedicures and they loved it too. I was searching for a quality, clean and consistent nail salon and I finally found one! I request Monica all the time but I’ve had my nails done by others as well and they all do a great job.

My nails LAST longer and still look great after 2 weeks thanks to Monica. (And I’m a bartender so I’m knee deep in ice/water all day) My dip powdered nails always chipped or broke at another nail salon before 2 weeks even came by so it’s been refreshing coming to the Nail Lounge and knowing I will be taken care of!

I called for a walk in and they took me instantly. the place is a small hole in the wall. the staff seem close and are all kind. the girl who gave me a pedicure did a great job they lasted well. i had my nails done and was shocked at how attentive the guy was to making sure every nail was exact and perfect. I normally cant sit still long but appreciated his attentive care. Unfortunately my middle finger came off the next day on my right hand and i was frustrated— but this doesnt drop a star for me personally because i saw how much care he took on my nails and this was just a mistake of my finger hitting something and it coming off. I will survive. personally i didnt need the shoulder massage as it wasnt necessary or extraordinary. They were wonderful and very well priced…

The place is gorgeous inside! Comfortable massage chairs. Super clean. Everyone seemed to love their jobs & they all helped one another. Super friendly staff & owners!!
Pedicure was so relaxing. Andrea really made it so relaxing & felt so good on my sore feet. They don’t make you feel rushed & it allows you to actually enjoy the moment. The foot scrub & exfoliate smelled so good & felt amazing.
Neyanla (unsure of spelling) did my acrylics. I wanted almond-shaped nails & a pearly pink color. I’ve only gotten nails a few times in my life bc my natural nails are usually long & pretty. I had previous horrible experiences with nails that were just awful & didn’t last a day, so I was anxious to try again. This young lady could have done my nails with her eyes closed. She was amazing. Very kind, very friendly. Shaped them perfectly. Whatever she used to create a chrome-like color was absolutely beautiful. My nails ended up looking like a beautiful pink opal & the colors shifted in the light. They closed at 630 while she was finishing my nails & she never once watched the clock or made me feel rushed. As I said, I never get nails, so I don’t know the general routine & she could have easily cut corners to shave time without me knowing any better. She took her time, asked me what I thought & proceeded to lotion up my hands & do a hand massage.
What a wonderful atmosphere with beautiful people working! I will never go anywhere else! These folks really set the bar high. May they all be blessed! I’m beyond satisfied…

I will start by saying that the salon seemed very busy which you always like to see, and everyone was very outgoing and kind. I wear acrylic nails, and prefer nail polish over gel polish, but as you can imagine, I am almost always convinced to put gel on my nails. I needed a fill, and had one nail that needed to be replaced. The fill and polish deserves five stars. The nail she replaced, however, is crooked, even after I pointed it out and she said she could shape it when filing … still crooked. I am glad they weren’t doing a full set because they would probably all look like the one she replaced, however, Holly did a great job trying to listen to my request and attempting to please her customer. That said, not exactly what I was going for, but not too far off. $52+tip seems a bit expensive……

Just Awful. If I could give it a lower rating I would. My husband and I have been going here to get pedicures since this location opened. We went the day before Easter Sunday and had the worst experience possible. My feet have been cut four times. I have pictures, We were rushed out of there, even though they were not busy. My husband had to come home and trim his own nails and I have paint all over my toes. The worst part about the experience was when I called the owner to let him know the sub par treatment that we received, I had to argue with him, because he insisted that he had never heard there was a complaint and he did not know who did our nails. This was despite the fact that we called and left a message and had someone call us back and we were given the names of the people who did our pedicures. I literally had to argue with THE OWNER for 20 minutes on the phone. Never once was I told I am so sorry you had an unfortunate experience. I was told to, “prove it.” This is by far the worst pedicure experience that my husband and I have ever had to endure. After spending thousand dollars at this establishment, I would’ve expected better treatment. It cost nothing to provide excellence and care and treatment that is commensurate to the money I’ve spent….

I been going here for at least the last 4-5 years never had an issue but lately I went to get a powder dip for my daughters wedding back in March. I got a French Manicure but noticed My Cuticles were nicked an I bleed. Nails don't look good with red blood on your fingers.
