The nicest nails I've ever had! I cannot stress how amazing they did on my nails. They looked exactly like the reference photo I used and the technician took her time and provided so much attention and care to the details. They even cut my cuticles, which I didn't even know you could do! I never get my nails done unless it's a very special occasion, but I will definitely be coming back! I also got my eyebrows done and they fit them perfectly to my face shape. It was the least painful eyebrow wax I've had so far-even the underside near my eyelid barely hurt. Very clean environment and they were so considerate. Prices were great, probably half of what I've paid in the past for much shorter nails. One of the male workers at this store caused a major scene when doing my friends pedicure, she stated that she did not like the thickness of the french tip and instead of redoing it he blew up and told her “you’re too picky, if you don’t like it go to another store” then he stated that he wasn’t doing her nails anymore and left her toes half finished, he then went back and forth with her and threatened to kick her out when she rightfully got upset, Kim however who was working on my pedicure did a great job and even offered to redo my friends nails, the owner also offered her the chance to come back and get them redone free of charge. it was a lovely establishment however our experience was completely spoiled by this one worker. We also believe that he may have accidentally cut one of her toes as you can see a red blotch under her nail that continued to spread….

Pedicure was so relaxing. Andrea really made it so relaxing & felt so good on my sore feet. They don’t make you feel rushed & it allows you to actually enjoy the moment. The foot scrub & exfoliate smelled so good & felt amazing.
Neyanla (unsure of spelling) did my acrylics. I wanted almond-shaped nails & a pearly pink color. I’ve only gotten nails a few times in my life bc my natural nails are usually long & pretty. I had previous horrible experiences with nails that were just awful & didn’t last a day, so I was anxious to try again. This young lady could have done my nails with her eyes closed. She was amazing. Very kind, very friendly. Shaped them perfectly. Whatever she used to create a chrome-like color was absolutely beautiful. My nails ended up looking like a beautiful pink opal & the colors shifted in the light. They closed at 630 while she was finishing my nails & she never once watched the clock or made me feel rushed. As I said, I never get nails, so I don’t know the general routine & she could have easily cut corners to shave time without me knowing any better. She took her time, asked me what I thought & proceeded to lotion up my hands & do a hand massage.
What a wonderful atmosphere with beautiful people working! I will never go anywhere else! These folks really set the bar high. May they all be blessed! I’m beyond satisfied…

I will start by saying that the salon seemed very busy which you always like to see, and everyone was very outgoing and kind. I wear acrylic nails, and prefer nail polish over gel polish, but as you can imagine, I am almost always convinced to put gel on my nails. I needed a fill, and had one nail that needed to be replaced. The fill and polish deserves five stars. The nail she replaced, however, is crooked, even after I pointed it out and she said she could shape it when filing … still crooked. I am glad they weren’t doing a full set because they would probably all look like the one she replaced, however, Holly did a great job trying to listen to my request and attempting to please her customer. That said, not exactly what I was going for, but not too far off. $52+tip seems a bit expensive……

Just Awful. If I could give it a lower rating I would. My husband and I have been going here to get pedicures since this location opened. We went the day before Easter Sunday and had the worst experience possible. My feet have been cut four times. I have pictures, We were rushed out of there, even though they were not busy. My husband had to come home and trim his own nails and I have paint all over my toes. The worst part about the experience was when I called the owner to let him know the sub par treatment that we received, I had to argue with him, because he insisted that he had never heard there was a complaint and he did not know who did our nails. This was despite the fact that we called and left a message and had someone call us back and we were given the names of the people who did our pedicures. I literally had to argue with THE OWNER for 20 minutes on the phone. Never once was I told I am so sorry you had an unfortunate experience. I was told to, “prove it.” This is by far the worst pedicure experience that my husband and I have ever had to endure. After spending thousand dollars at this establishment, I would’ve expected better treatment. It cost nothing to provide excellence and care and treatment that is commensurate to the money I’ve spent….

When you put a second coat of topcoat on it made everything on most of the nails peel off. My nails are a mess. I will have to pay someone else to take them off and put them back on properly….

The woman with glasses at the front was just simply rude, her whole demeanor was off, though I didn’t pay it any mind everyone has bad/ off days, But once I got into the room I simply asked her to just a do a middle strip ( unibrow strip) & she completely disregarded what I said and proceeded wax all around my eyebrows. I have been coming to Encore Salon since it opened in late 2022 but have been with the owner of the salon since 2019. I love the new location. It is so bright and clean, comfortable chairs and great relaxing music. They have a variety of “fresh” polishes, including OPI, which is my favorite!
You can make appointments over the phone but I use the online feature bc it is so quick and easy. I can see the time slots of all the technicians and I can schedule out months in advanced which assures I have the technicians and times I want. But if you are more of a spur of the moment person, Walk-ins are rarely turned away!! Encore Salon is in the strip mall of Fiddlers Creek where the new Publix is…so I can do my shopping if I need to as well…so convenient! I have had my eyebrows waxed as well and they never disappoint!!
Great place!! Highly recommend all the technicians but I have my favorites of course!!…

In the middle of my manicure one of the stylists I was sat with went and did another patrons nails while I was sitting there waiting…for nothing. Just got up and left for 20 minutes. I asked for medium length almond and as you can see from the picture – that is not what I got. My nails were filed so short it cut into my nail beds and multiple fingers bled throughout the process. I am now dealing with extremely sore fingers that are causing pain throughout my hands and arms….

I took my friends to visit this nail salon for pedicures while we were on vacation. We had a horrible experience. Firstly, one of my friends pedicures did not start until the other 3 of us were done. We understand that it can be tricky to coordinate 4 pedicures at one time, but there was no communication. We signed up for the $80 pedicures with the extra massage and received less than 5 minutes of massage when promised 12 minutes. Secondly, by the next day, 2 of our pedicures were already chipping (we all had gel pedicures, so this should not happen). Lastly, I ended up with an infection that required a visit to Urgent Care and a week long course of antibiotics. I am being tested for MRSA (a staph bacteria). I do not recommend this establishment….

A girl walked in twenty minutes after me, asked for a brazilian, eyebrows, acrylics, and pedicure & was out before me in a timely manner. Charged me $78 for this basic set which is fine , if they didn’t break off from me simply showering the next day . Every nail that came off took a big chunk of my natural nail leaving my fingers damaged . Nails aren’t firm and secure at all . I regularly get my nails done , had a set before this that lasted two months. Simple tasks are causing these nails to break . It hasn’t even been a whole two weeks . Don’t recommend….

Update: since I first reviewed them and gave them a 5 star, I just got service from Jennifer and I am extremely disappointed. I asked multiple times for gel on my feet got serviced asked before she got too far in doing regular polish saying that I wanted gel and then she kept emphasizing it would be more but I DO NOT care the price! I simply want gel! They price discriminated like if I couldn’t pay the measly 20 dollar difference!! She still gave me regular polish and complained to take it off and do gel! I’m so upset right now I literally never in my life do regular and I’m walking around with messed up toes right now I hate how they look and I’m upset that they thought I wouldn’t pay when I’ve done sooooo many sets with them before. So upset.

I love this salon! After my first time- with Cindy- I have been loyal ever since. She really takes good care and takes her time. Everyone at the salon- Tiffany, David, Ana, etc. Is super cool and nice. I highly recommend them….

He started doing my nails and then proceed to start to yell at me when I was trying to explain the design I wanted. Then made me get up and took the person that came after me and said I had to wait.
