Got my nails done a week and a half ago and they’re already lifting. My cuticle have been bleeding and peeling and right at my nail bed the acrylic is uneven and lumpy. Already chipped and they look dirty. I paid $60 and I’m upset with the outcome and they lasted for a short period of time. First experience was okay and was going to make this my home mail shop until this experience was just awful. $60 my nails should have lasted atleast 2 weeks before lifting and chipping. I don’t do anything but tap a screen all day at work….

This was one of the worst experiences at a nail salon that I have had! I got there at 3:30pm and was put in a chair for a Deluxe pedicure. Kept being told someone was coming! Finally at 4:45pm (1 hour and 15 minute wait)Van came to do my (Deluxe) pedicure…nevermind that 2 ladies came in after me…One was already getting her pedicure while I was still waiting. She came in and was waited on immediately! (and nobody had an appt). I was given a basic pedicure and charged for a Deluxe without the 7 add ons included in The Deluxe, no salt scrub, special lotion etc. Also, I asked for gel which was done and my final bill for this substandard service was $65.00!! $40 for Deluxe (which I didn't receive) an extra $20.00 for Gel and $5.00 for French. I don't mind paying for what I get but making it up after an hour and 15 minute wait is unacceptable! Oh and I finally left at 6:15 pm!! The only way I would go to this place again is if I am compensated on my next service! Other than that, next!…

While the techs are always very nice and welcoming, I didn’t have a good experience when we were there two days ago. The lady who did my pedi dug into my big toe nail bed with the nippers so deep that it’s actually painful to walk in closed toed shoes now. I’ve never had this happen there before and although I’ve never used her before I’m surprised it happened this time. She didn’t speak English and I tried to tell her it hurt but she didn’t pay attention….

I’ll be honest. My manicure somewhat looks like it wasn’t done by professionals. The salon is quite nice with great quality products, but the “manicure” was more like a polish change and this was the result. When I asked the tech (blonde lady) to fix it she had a bad attitude and then didn’t fix anything. She just got super sloppy on purpose. Her mannerisms became rude and she told me not to be looking at my own nails. Lol it’s on my hand lady! Go to Happy Nails! They’re appointment only though….

WORST nail experience I have ever had. I came in wanting to get a Dip manicure and gel pedicure. The guy that sat down to do my nails looked/behaved like he was on drugs, and proceeded to absolutely butcher the simple design I asked for (and showed photos of)
Rushing through everything, nail shape/dip/filing (even breaking one of my natural nails off)
He eventually fully filed off the design saying he couldn’t do it, had me wash my hands, and said that I was good to go. After being there for 2 HOURS and trying to get this man to fix or even simplify the design if he wasn’t able, I left with the base dip color with the half design polish all over my nails and fingers.
I was charged 70$ for this, and will not EVER be back….

Never again. I'm new to the area and this place was recommended to me. They made me feel like I was such an inconvenience because I didn't make an appointment. I told them I'd be happy to wait if they had other people. The lady that did my pedicure was nice and seemed to do a good job. Polish lasted a week before chipping off though. My nails though? Glue was everywhere and painful to tear from my skin under the nail. She never got the extra acrylic from under the nail so I had multiple bubbles of acrylic under them. The sides of each nail was sloppy. One nail had a divot where I guess she filed too much? Then they laughed awkwardly as they reminded me to make an appointment next time because they had to hurry me this time. At no point would I have wanted them to fix anything. I just took it as a lesson and chose to never return….

I scheduled my second appointment at Blossom Nails on July 5, 2023 with Linda. When I arrived Linda wasn’t there and there were two young girls there. I had scheduled a fill for my nails. I have long acrylic nails that I have worn for many years, which I had told them when I scheduled. The girl that they put me with was obviously not very experienced . I told her what I wanted and that I wanted all my nails to be the same length, both sides to be even, and to have them trimmed down some. As she was filing them she wasn’t doing what I asked her to do. I asked her to fix them and she did. The fill took 90 minutes and I paid and tipped her 20% even with the issues. Then I scheduled a pedicure for 7/8/2024 with someone more experienced. The next morning I received a message from the other young girl telling me that they were canceling me appointment because I caused her anxiety because I made her do my nails correctly. I called and asked to speak to the owner and was told she was out of town.
This is not a good place to go if you can’t request that your nails be done the way you want them.
Buyer beware!…

I am SO HAPPY. I saw Vanessa. She is AMAZING. She’s very detailed oriented. She made sure she wasn’t hurting me many times. She was worried about being slow and I thanked her because she was. She makes sure every single detail is right. They are PERFECT. She did the dip powder right, great structure, perfect shape, perfect gel polish, perfect design and is so friendly. Everything. And for less than anywhere else I have been that has done it absolutely horribly(she pried the old ones off, they were all lifting from the base one immediately after and the rest after about a week, were awfully shaped, crooked, she made me bleed and ripped my skin, did the dip powder wrong forming it to my nail instead of taking the time to do it right which is to dip the nails in the powder layer by layer causing the lifting, they were too flimsy and kept bending backwards causing them to break one of my nails in half and they hurt so bad that I had to take them off while sobbing because my fingers felt like they were slammed in a door after) at the last place I went unfortunately. It’s crazy. Vanessa only charged me $50. The other places were 80 something for an awful job. I gave this woman a $20 tip, man. I wanna cry because I appreciate her so much for taking the time to do my nails right and to be gentle making sure she didn’t hurt me. Thank you, Vanessa. Really….

I have just recently moved to the area and way over due for a fill-in appointment. I look at reviews before contacting a business and did just that in this case yesterday. On Bon Nails website they have online appointments, They had availability for the evening! I booked it and added a note of what I currently have and what I needed. I had immediate appointment confirmation and within a few minutes, Ken called and asked if I could come an hour later, I gladly did so.
Upon arrival, the salon was so clean and very pretty, I signed in and Ken immediately had me at his table. He asked questions verifying information about my nails and my likes and dislikes. He had wonderful recommendations, answered and explained all of my questions. He spent extra time with me making sure I loved and approved of my nails.
Ken and his wife were so friendly, kind and sweet. Everyone there smiled and spoke to me. I was so relaxed and felt welcomed and valued.
I left Bon Nails with my next appointment, beautiful nails and the feeling of being a valued customer and friend.

If you want lopsided ‘oval ‘nails and poor clean up and a nail tech that botches your nails because you’ve changed your mind about the length long before applying acrylic- this is the place for you . I only gave 1 star because the deluxe pedicure was well done . Clearly they aren’t good at shaping nails and should have stated that . Would not recommend and will not return. The nail tech knew he botched my nails that’s why he could not sit to finish my nails correctly with cuticle oil or lotion . Poor poor customer satisfaction. The worst acrylic set I have ever received ….
