I am very rough and hard on my nails due to having 7 kids, 5 dogs, and two turtles in the home and her nails can last me 4 to 5 weeks without falling off. I went in a week ago to get a dip color done on my nails. I have been growing out my nails for the past four months and their health has been my top priority and concern. I went in the salon and as I was getting my nails done, there was a woman next to me who had multiple concerns about her nails and how they were being done. As she expressed her concerns in a respectful manner, she was immediately shut down by the nail tech and the nail tech was so loud in voicing her opinion, the entire salon was aware of the situation at that point. This was my first red flag. Once the client had left, my nail tech Linda began explaining to me how that lady didn’t know what she was talking about and speaking negatively about the paying customer.

As I was just getting a dip polish, the electric file was used extensively on my nails and was burning, although that has NEVER been something I encountered before while getting dip done. Once I was finished with the service, they told me when I left if they broke they would fix them. At first, I appreciated them saying it, but once I left, it put up a red flag for me. As if they were anticipating my nails to not last, or they were not confident in their job…

A week later, my natural nails with the dip are breaking and popping off like acrylics. As well as the chrome is uneven and peeling off. I am very disappointed in this service and will not be returning. My natural nails are now ruined thanks to Envy Nails. I am not sure how they have such a high rating on google, while providing such negative experiences and insufficient quality of services.

**Disappointing Experience at queen nails**

I recently visited queen nails with high hopes for a relaxing nail treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I went in for a full set of nails, excited to treat myself, only to leave feeling utterly disappointed and frustrated.

Firstly, the appointment was straightforward and only took an hour, leaving me hoping this rushed full set was going to be good. When I finally saw my nails, I was shocked. Instead of the elegant set I had shown in reference photos and explicitly requested, I was met with uneven nails, poorly executed French tips that were droopy and crooked, unfiled backside of nails, and nails that seemed like they were ready to fly off my fingers at any moment.

To make matters worse, my cuticles were in terrible shape, visibly chewed up and causing discomfort. Adding insult to injury, the nail technician decided to add a smudged "flower" design with a huge black dot in the middle, despite me clearly asking for a hibiscus flower and leaving a reference photo right in front of her throughout the appointment.

Despite my disappointment, I paid for the service and even tipped generously, only to realize later that the technician had taken more of the tip than I had intended, which left me feeling taken advantage of.

The final straw came when I had to soak off these botched nails just two days before my vacation, wasting both time and money that I had hoped to spend enjoying myself.

Overall, my experience at queen nails was one of the worst nail treatments I've ever had. The lack of attention to detail, disregard for my preferences, and mishandling of the service and tip distribution were all incredibly disappointing. I sincerely hope for a resolution to this matter….

I had an amazing experience at this salon. I walked in an hour before close, hoping they might be able to squeeze me in to get my nails filled as I had them done less than 2 weeks prior at a different salon. I was greeted immediately, and I told them I was hoping I could get my nails filled. I was told it would be about a 35 to 40 minute wait, which was totally fine by me since I was a walk-in. I waited in the seating area for a few minutes before being told I could sit in a massage chair while I waited which was great because I definitely needed it! When they were ready for me I explained the problems with my nails that had occurred at the salon I had gotten them done at previously (A different salon not this one) including both my pink nails being drilled down too deep and how the paint and the over all acrylic nail just wasn't good there was bubbles everywhere and it was horrible I also let her know my skin around my nails is very delicate and she made sure to be careful since I had a previous experience at a different salon of having the skin on my pink literally filled off to the point I started bleeding. Lily was my nail tech and she is so amazing super friendly and welcoming (she's also the one who greeted me) she paid a lot of attention to the shape of the nails and was careful with all the filing her precision is amazing and her color matching is perfect! If you're new to the area I definitely recommend going to this salon but if you want an appointment with lily be sure to call and set up an appointment with her!…

I’ve been coming here for the past six months now and I love this place. The prices are reasonable and convenient, the service is fast but very delicate. I’ve had different technicians do my nails and they are all great. This is my new favorite spot! Highly recommend….

Ni Ni did a WONDERFUL job on my nails today… Had an acrylic fill. I still prefer regular polish and they were fine with that, even though my old Salon doesn't want to do anything anymore, but gel. She paid close attention to detail and she worked very quickly and is very friendly and sweet. I'm also impressed that she confirmed her appointment the night before, via text, very professional ! Also the salon is big, clean, and it looks like all their pedicure chairs are pretty new. I haven't had a pedicure there yet, but I will be back! I'm glad a friend suggested them to me – she's been going there for years and now I know why. I will drive from Palm Bay down to them because it's well worth it….

A friend and I came to hot nails after I’ve been going to CD on and off for 15 years, we were bringing her little mini and CD can get a little crazy you have hours of waiting so I called hot nails after reading reviews Helen said come on it (2 full sets and a paint for the mini) I showed Helen the picture I wanted and we both wanted the same just different colors, also wanted the paw prints on both, this place is very clean the people are all sweet Helen took her time and made sure it was what I wanted, my friend had Kenny and as soon as we walked in they got started on us, no 2 hour wait! Bobby as well did exactly as we wanted, we’re so happy with our nails and Helen & Kenny we will never go anywhere else after this experience…

Went there 6/28/2024 and am beyond unhappy with the service. I’m not sure of the ladies name who did my nails but she was not even paying attention. She was more focused on the girl next to us doing nails and socializing with her which caused her to cut my cuticles. My nails were not even with the other hand. There all a different thickness. I visited on 5/14 and had a nail technician named Tran. The service I had was nail dip and pedicure. It was a great experience. He had a simple method of caring for my nails which I can't really explain. The pedicure was very relaxing. He didn't over scrub my feet and did a massage on my lower limbs. The massage time was a little longer than I've had in past experiences.

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the price $80. I'm sure price is competitive and there are places that are more expensive with less services. I'll be back to have him take care if my nails again….
