I’ve been going here for years and never had a problem until today. I requested a specific person because I knew they could do the nail art I wanted, I was told they were busy and that anyone could do it so I said okay. I went in and the nail tech was super nice and friendly but there were so many miscommunications and not very much concern that I was getting what I wanted. I left with uneven and unshaped nails that were made very round after I specified that I like a pointy almond shape. I got a full set of acrylic and originally wanted a somewhat complicated design Halfway through the 1st hand I noticed his lines weren't sharp enough and it didn't look anything like the picture I had shown for reference. I asked if we could switch it to something simpler like a French tip and his and his attitude immediately changed.. The French tips were rushed and super sloppy and patchy and patchy. I had a small piece of dirt under my fingernail and instead of cleaning it out he encased it in glue so now I can't get it out. So $50 later and I will still have to go get them redone somewhere else tomorrow….

I enjoyed my service today. They were able to get me an appt on short notice & I think the owner is who did my nails? I could be wrong. I got a fill with French tips along with a pedicure with regular polish which totaled $63. That’s insanely affordable for Florida, so I’m grateful for that alone. I’m introverted so I always get uncomfortable when they try to create small talk while they do my nails. I don’t fault any salon for that, just that it’s not my preference. I’m also incredibly grateful that I didn’t experience that here. The guy was awesome at reading my body language & demeanor & only interacting when asking me to switch hands/feet or making sure everything was how I wanted for my service. He was gentle yet efficient, had attention to detail, and didn’t make me feel pressured to upgrade anything or tip. He gave his recommendations but without seeming pushy & never mentioned a tip so I had to ask before it was closed out to make sure because I’m a big advocate for tipping when service is beyond the bare minimum. Every other place I’ve gotten my nails done, they end up nicking me, filing my nails too thin and making them burn, and pushing upsells. I am so so so grateful I didn’t experience any of that here. I added the current price list for those interested. Nothing is more frustrating than the sketchy nail places who aren’t upfront with their prices & then spring a high number once you’re done. They charge for a manicure when they just paint nails . Prices are lied about in the salon and you do not know until you checkout . But when you call for prices they are totally different : My daughter had her fingernails painted and the charged 35$ no manicure .they also charge for a pedicure 55$ for an hour of lotion did not cut nails or cuticles or even take out a tool to remove dead skin. For the supposed dip manicure he removed nail polish dusted off and put gel on that’s it and charged 45$ and cut my fingers with the file drill 3 times . Pic below. Pedicures they didn’t even touch cuticle or dead skin for 180 dollars they insisted the price was right. Terrible .i usually don’t right reviews but after reading all the similar negative reviews they need a lesson…

Worst experience ever, I can’t even express how upset I am.I wasn’t going to write this review but because the owner didn’t even seem to be concerned about how upset I was I decided to go ahead and write it. The two women that worked on my nails, manicure color dip and pedicure gel Polish did them at the same time most uncomfortable Position ever. Those two talked to each other nonstop like I wasn’t even there. One of them was Constantly playing with her hair and her shirt instead of worrying about how awful the pedicure was coming out. She got her glove stuck in the drill and looked at me like it was my fault. The pedicure came out horribly uneven nails she didn’t even cut the Cuticles around my toes. The one that was working on my nails cut the skin on my finger with the drill. Her nails were so long that she couldn’t even work properly. My nails came out crooked and the polish was gunky. When I left the power dip was tacky and sticky. I exasperated this to them and how rude they were to be consistently taking to each other. I was still charging full price and not even an Apology about how upset it was. My nails came out so awful I had to stop at another Salon to get them fixed. I went to Queen Nails on my way home and they had to complete take off the so called new set and start over from scratch because my nails looked so awful. I highly recommend Queen nails and I will be going there all the time for now on. As far as Vibe Nails goes never never again. Think twice or three times before you go there….

Terrible experience. Would not recommend. They left old gel on which was blue. I picked a purple color, they were painted pink. By the time I realized, he already had a coat on. I didn’t want to say anything, because I did not want to risk further damage to my nail from removing gel. They did not push back cuticles. They did not clean around the nail. We were not asked what services we wanted. Never asked about water temperature which was very hot in my opinion. Not friendly at all. Also the massage chairs hurt my back terribly. The people were nice, which is why I gave 2 stars but they did a HORRIBLE job. I have lived in Brevard my entire life, this was the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. I would have been better off asking him to just simply paint my toes but that didn’t look good either.
My friend and I got the WRONG color, my left toe hurts today, they did not ask what kind of pedicure from the beginning (who knows if $42 even the minimum they charge?), did not even manicure my toenails, AND I had to ask for him to make them straight with the nail file.
I would NOT recommend going to this salon. Much better options to choose from in MI….

I went in for an acrylic fill and by far the WORST job ever! The white French tips were wide and heavy and she filed through my nail right through down to my skin. I screamed.

I went in the next day to ask for a correction because my nails were so thick – and the white of the French manicure was underneath the nail and it looked like I’d just scraped the bottom of a cottage cheese cup using my nails. She filed the white off … period.

Now, just a few days later they look TERRIBLE. Where the nail meets the cuticle is AWFUL.

I will NEVER go back. EVER. Period. I have to have them completely redone and it hasn’t even been a week….

I usually do my own nails but I wanted to treat myself for mothers day. I found this salon through Google. The staff are so friendly! And they treated my daughter (3) like a princess. I gave two stars because, I asked for the paraffin wax, and they did it after polish (odd) and didn’t rinse my feet or wipe after, there was still wax between my toes and on my shoes. They also have a very limited selection of gel polish which was low quality. I also asked for a flower design and it did not come out well (picture attached). For a gel mani pedi for myself and toddler for we paid $130. A bit on the expensive side for the quality provided….

Came in for an acrylic/gel manicure and other than the lady that did my nails having the worst attitude, rushed the ENTIRE process (legit did 1 coat?), she completely botched my nails and when I finally had the courage to ask to fix the MANY imperfections, she was rude and just filed them….. if you are that inexperienced you really should not be doing people’s nails. Such horrible customer service she had. Other people working there were nice as my sisters nails were good. Waste of my money and time….

My husband went and got me a gift certificate for a Mani & Pedi. I went in two nights ago and was told they'd do both at the same time. No problem for me, went to my chair, started a Pedi with one employee, was switched in the middle so he could do someone else's nails. Still, no problem. However my nails look like my toddler attempted to do them and they basically cut my cuticle on both big toes. Paid almost over $100 plus tip for services and it literally hurts to put socks on and go to work due to having raw cuticles. Not sure where all of the great reviews come from, but that unfortunately was not the case for me at all….

Loyal client since 2021. Today was the last day I will give any of my money to this salon. I've tried to stick it out even after the constant raising of prices, taking away all discounts and incentives. I mean the prices raised 3 times in one year, within months of each other.

Today is exactly two weeks from when I got my nails done. They were not right the first day I left. I texted her pictures and telling her that although the nails seemed ok before I left, as soon as I got home I started noticing they were not right. And I was basically brushed off. Told that it just "looked that way to me". I had another nail tech look at them and they confirmed they weren't right. She never even offered for me to come back in so she could take a look or anything. I mean the nails were not even sealed from DAY ONE. Everything I touched stuck to the nails and I couldn't get it off. The top coat was peeling off multiple nails. My nails have never looked this grown out in two weeks. She's even said herself after 4 weeks at times that they weren't that grown out.

Today was my first time I was able to go into the salon to get a soak off. I've never gone for just a soak off, I ALWAYS get a new set. When I got there and stated I wanted a soak off, after knowing we texted about the nails you would think she would have at least looked at them. Instead she had someone else soak me off and when I asked aren't you going to even look at them she said with an attitude "it's been weeks". Yeah two weeks to the day, but I communicated with you the day of. There's been other times I've not been happy with my nails but I just grinned and bear it. This was the last straw. There's hundreds of salons around here and if I'm going to spend my money, I want to be happy with the service every time…
