I got a manicure gel and pedicure done because I had my bridal shower and bachelorette weekend coming up… not even two days after two of my nails chipped AND on my toes as well. Additionally the nail polish was not put all the way to the cuticle so it looked like it had grown out even though it was just done. The polish was unevenly put on my nails as well and it looked like something I could have done myself. The woman who did my nails did not sanitize anything used on my nails and she was on her phone the entire time. This was by far the worst salon experience I've had. Not professional. I paid a lot of money to have my nails done and the job was severely disappointing. I will not be going back.

The date of my appointment was Monday 3/26/24. I had not had the chance to post until today, but these photos were taken throughout last week and over the weekend. Not even a full week after my GEL manicure….

I’m appalled by how rude my nail lady was. Was it because I was brown? Was it because I was only getting 3 nails repaired? She asked me to walk out in the middle of my service because she said she didn’t have the powder I was asking for.

6/29/24 Not sure why my post from November didn’t go through but here is my update for June. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyplace else. Once I find a place I like I never leave. The owners are very sincere and friendly and really try to get to know their customers. My nails always look amazing and I get compliments ALL the time on my pedicures and manicures. I look at images of things I see online and Tina makes it happen!! Today was classic French manicure powder dip and white and with purple French pedicure gel on toes. Love how they look!!

Another beautiful powder dipping by T&N Nails just in time for Thanksgiving. Wish I could do multiple posts on google but it only allows me to update my post. I also added my Halloween nails they did for me again awesome!! Tina, Nora, Ana are all amazing. They really try to get to know you and talk to you here.

I was going to be in Ponte Vedra for an appointment and needed to get my nails done. I searched on Google and found one very close to where I would be, I made an appointment here because of the rating. I came in and told her what I wanted to do, take off the sculptured gel I had on and put on liquid gel. She said ok. I sat down she filed my nails down, I never had a choice of color before she started putting product on my nails. I didn’t think twice as I just figured she would paint them after. Well that didn’t happen, she started putting white for a french. I came in with French nails I did not want them again. But I’m easy, I went with them. When she was done they looked good. I tipped well and said thank you. Well then I got home. 😳 To my surprise they weren’t so nice. Two of the nails were missing the top coat, almost all looked like little domes on my nails. (No my finger nails don’t grow that way) And I was left with a hang nail that if I take it off it will take of my nail bed. I was going to go back to have them fixed but I cancelled it. Didn’t want to take the chance of being in the same spot when I left. I am headed to a different salon so they can take these completely off, which most likely means I will now need tips and to start over. Just very, very disappointed!…

My nail specialist was Bell.
I had the classic pedicure and after seeing the work, asked for a gel manicure also. Bell was very thorough, focused and careful. She gave me a quality massage as part of the pedicures with diverse massage patterns that felt pleasant. She meticulous buffet all nail surfaces and edges. Cuticle removal was thorough and Bell circled back to areas if she'd notice they needed more work as the nails dried, were scrubbed, or lotioned throughout the services.
Bell spoke Spanish so we worked through a translator. It worked well as I didn't feel pressured to keep up a conversation and could just enjoy the experience and quiet time.

Salon was clean with pleasant decor in neutral tones.
I was a mid-morning walk-in and this was my first time at the salon. I am not a frequent nail salon girl as I'm usually disappointed with the results. This experience was good. I had no wait time. I was offered a beverage and liked the range of colors which were presented in nice clean books of nail samples. Appointment took about 1.5 hours overall which seemed like a good amount of time.

As a side note, Bell's nails looked well executed with thin product application, great symmetry, and a feminine design. She shared that her nails were done by Olivia in the salon.

Overall, I enjoy the experience and plan to return….

I had my nails done here a couple weeks ago and I brought my nail inspo in and they did it perfectly and better! They were very meticulous and caring, matched the pink I wanted perfectly. I was very accepting of a different color if it was easier for them but they made sure it matched so I wasn't settling for a color. They painted my nail white first and then lightly airbrushed the lightest pink they had onto my nail so I had the pastel color I wanted.

Then for the designs themselves, I love the outcome of the drawn sparkles and the little crystals! There's a little story about the little crystals too. The inspiration photo had white crystals rather than pink but the white crystals they had were too big for the delicate design and they were very honest with me about it. So they show me the alternatives and I picked pink little crystals. Which honestly look better. I really love them more than inspo photos. And the light pink crystal emphasizes the sparkle design rather than compete for hierarchy.

Lastly I find myself looking at my nails more often and being filled with joy when looking at them. (Showing them off to everyone too :)) Nails were well done and everyone was very kind. I truly appreciated the fact that they wouldn't let me settle on my decisions just because it be easier, it shows how much care….

I asked to trim my fingernails as they were too long and she cut them so unevenly they were short when filed and uneven. This was my third time at this nail salon. The first two times were great with Jenny. This time was a very different experience, a different lady did my nails and they’re the worst they’ve ever looked. I asked for the shape and thickness to be fixed multiple times and even tried shaping them myself. I tried a new sugar glitter top coat and it looked beautiful on the sample… the nail tech put black underneath as seen in the photo which made my nails look dirty on the edges. The dip is on my skin- the nail tech took the time to go clean herself off after finishing the black layer but never took the time to clean the thick layer off my skin. The dip was bumpy and thick even after using the drill and my nails look super wide which is unusual as I have very thin fingers and nails. It usually takes an hour at most to get my nails done, this took an hour and a half. It got to the point of me being so ready to go, I chose to stop correcting her and let her finish so I could leave. Immediately after leaving I shaped them myself to make them look a tad bit better (the second photo is after). $70 later and it looks like a 3rd grader did my nails… less than dissatisfied and will not be returning….

Three of us came in for three pedicures, a gel manicure, and a new set. Nail salon is clean and modern. Comfortable massage chairs. Good selection of polishes. Had to bring my daughter back to correct two of her nails, when fill was needed. We were charged much more than their “starting” price for the fill. Glad we tried them out, they did a good job painting our nails, but for the money spent on the upgraded pedicures, I would have expected not to feel rushed and to have gotten a foot massage. Giving four stars because they are newer, and they were friendly. Hopefully they treat each customer as a priority and not rush to the next….

I do not recommend this place. My husband and I just moved to this area and this was the worst polish-changed, that I’ve had in all my life.
The cost was 15 dollars. You can see the sandy feet- caused by not being wiped after the quick buff, the man did.
Also, the polish from my previous nail polish is still visible-bleeding through. My toes looked better before the polish-change.
I went to a place in mandarin and paid $12 and they did a great job, I’ll be returning there….
