Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I went and got my nails done July 6th. First it was horrible. I had to make the lady redo three of my nails three times. Bc the cow print I asked for was done poorly. Then bc she kept getting bubbles in my nails. It cost me $88 for this set of nails. It is now July 15th. And numerous bubbles on my nails have now popped. And my nails are already growing out. Which is ridiculous. I spent way too much money on these nails for them to look like this 1 week later. I am not happy. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all cost….

So, this was my first time going here. I had heard good things about this place but usually go to nail care and spa in Fleming island. Simon did my nails and he was very nice. But these nails look awful and I’m so sad about them because I rarely treat myself. He said the price was so high because it was gel nails but it didn’t look like gel and I didn’t ask for gel.
It looked like pink acrylic he was applying.
He applied it SO thick and uneven. He didn’t do any cuticle work at all. They are bulky, thick and not smooth or shaped well. I have acrylic all over the place and they already feel like they’re lifting at the cuticle. I have polish on my skin, I paid $103 (no tip) for a full set and basic pedicure. The pedicure was fine but Simon seemed to rush through my set and didn’t even file underneath the nail or smooth the nail out. He didn’t have me wash my hands before applying the polish either so the polish was placed right over the file dust and you can see the bumps under the polish. I’m so sad that I didn’t just set an appointment at my usual place. I feel like I over paid for this kind of quality for short nails with no designs. The lady next to me was also very unsatisfied with her pedicure as they left pink residue all over her toes. I unfortunately won’t go back. I’m normally a big tipper but I was so upset about these nails that I just couldn’t justify tipping.

Editing to add, just showered the polish that is supposedly gel, is already messed up and lifted up, it’s all chipped and gross looking. This isn’t normal. AT ALL. and looks horrible….

I unfortunately had an issue with my regular nail salon so I tried this one with the hope of a good outcome. I sat with Simon and he was very confident of his craft and told me not to worry that he would take care of me. I wanted festive Halloween nails and a claw shape and I let him pick the rest. Went in for a mani and pedi with my sister and they completely ignored me and the work is terrible. We paid 200 for two pedis with gel and one fill. I told them multiple times it wasn't the right color and was told to relax as they still continued. One hand has one less coat then the other. The acyrlic on my toes are completely uneven but i filed them down when i got home. Ones still way thicker. I also have one white nail and didn't even ask for it..I showed them photos of flame designs on their reveiws, they told me they could amd just gave me a white nail instead. We came in without a budget and we were treated like we came with the bare minimum. Do not go here! Went to get a pedicure they made 2 of my toes bleed very badly. I ended up leaving because it was so bad.. They tried to just keep going and hide my other toe was bleeding after the first one started bleeding. My fiance tried asking them to make it right and they offered a $2 discount if I came back. They asked for pictures of my toes I provided them. They asked for me to come back and made me take off my bandaids to show them. Even though I didn’t want to since I already went and bought bandaids. My advice would be to just skip this place and go get a pedicure somewhere else that’s more professional and customer oriented….

At one time I gave Yutaim a 5 star rating. That was before management change and before Elaine and her staff left. After a lot of evasive answers about when Elaine would be back, “Mindy” agreed to do my nails. They looked good until she polished them. It didn’t go on well but she continued, even trying to cover up the “dimples” with a design. I went home and after a few hours (and discussing it with my husband) I called and politely asked to have them redone. She agreed and I came back the following day. She blamed it on “old acrylic fill-in” and I agreed to a new set. The day prior she also commented on how “thick” they were and made them thinner and more natural. When she applied the new set it was obviously extremely thicker than before, so she must have been upset about having to redo polish. She also covered up the entire nail bed so they couldn’t “breathe”. That is a possible fatal mistake, especially for someone who is chronically ill, like myself. I won’t be going back and I would be careful to watch your tech!

This place was our go to place. We went in one day 2 pedicures, a full set, 3 hours and almost $300 later we decided to NEVER go back. This happened about 6 weeks ago, giving the shop an opportunity to financially rectify the situation and they have not. We did not want the service "fixed" as the whole experience was horrible. My daughter would t even show me her nails until we were down the road as she knew I would show out. Attached is a picture of the nails within 1 hours from leaving. The very first time I came here Linda did my nails. I love that she doesn't do too thick and listens to what I like. I've gone here for almost a handful of times and I have only asked for Linda. I have not tried anyone else and don't know how good the other ladies and a few gents are. My average bill for a mani and pedi acrylic on hands and gel on feet would be $100-$140 per visit including tip. Photos are from a few visits I have gone there. I will continue to come unless there is a reason to not come there anymore. They also give a loyalty card that will give 10% off on my 10th visit.

The nail was too thin and my left thumb nail chipped (I was opening a car door). Keep in mind I’ve only had these nails on for 1 week & 2 days and they already look like this!! I try to keep my nails clean and healthy and I’m not abrasive with them. So why? $60 plus tip made it $76 for one week of nails….not worth it at all. I came in today to get a pedicure and a fill in overlay on my toes I spent $90 on just my toes not including a tip. The person who did my pedicure barely scrubbed my feet didn’t put anything in the water advised me for a curve like French tip not straight across look that it was going to be another $15 to get (I don’t like thick French tip only skinny) up charging for French is crazy so I declined I didn’t even get a massage on my feet or a hot towel with my pedicure which was a waste of money. I’ve always had a issue with this salon that’s why I never come here and tried to give them a second chance but you don’t get what you pay for here didn’t even have wine and the liquor store is next door. My toes weren’t even cleaned up when done. I came for my bday I won’t be back highly don’t recommend coming here you can get more for your money at a better salon. The only service I came in for was a basic pedicure and a fill in on my toes as well and it was $90 and I couldn’t even get them the way I wanted because they charge extra for using a different style of brush never in my life had a salon tell me that. Prices need to be adjusted based on services being provided and they don’t match up don’t waste your time coming here . They think just because this is a nice area you can charge xyz but don’t wanna put in the work to charge that much is crazy….

Oh my gosh! Horrible horrible experience! I used to come here a few years ago since its in a convenient location. I’ve had great experiences there in the past but this last time just ruined it all for me. I picked a color right when I walked in that I was familiar with. The color is normally a very light pink. When the technician started painting my nails, the color comes out a clumpy peach. I knew at that point the polish was old. I politely told the technician that I wasn’t liking the color that I would like to pick a different one. I don’t believe she understood English so she kept on painting my nails. I was feeling really uncomfortable at that point and then someone heard me try telling her again and she then translated for me. The technician then got an attitude and walked away. Then another technician came and painted over my nails with the other color I picked but then just put one coat over the old polish and walked away. I was so uncomfortable and felt like a bother. So then they do my gel manicure very fast and it ended up peeling completely off 4 days later and my toe nail polish chipped off. I come back so they can fix it all and the man who did it did it with such an attitude and just walked away when he was done. They really like to walk away and leave you there wondering… Now less than a week later, my middle finger nail breaks at the nailbed…I’m so frustrated and upset that I spent $75 on a manicure and a pedicure that was beyond poorly done. Needless to say I will never be coming back here……

I ask for my nails to be cut down he suggested a new set. I politely said no cut down. I asked him for thick nails because I do warehouse work. First time at this shop.
I was a little disappointed with my appointment with Bryan. My appointment was for a soak off for my nails with a overlay and french tip. He was little ruff taking off the acrylic off my nails. The drill bit he use burned my nail bed when he was taking off the acrylic. Then I got cut twice by his nail bit tool when he was going over my nails. He was apologizing for it , but I told him to please be careful with the other hand because my nails are very sensitive and the cuts were starting to burn. He asked me what design I want, so I'd showed him a few designs on my phone that I'd liked and he said he couldn't do them because he didn't have the right brush to do it and he said the photos I showed him looked photoshopped. Everything idea I showed him he didn't want to do. He showed me some pictures of his work, but I hoping he could do something similar to what I asked.I also asked if he can put a little glitter polish to make my french tips look sparkly and he said no he can't do it. This is the first time I ran into a nail tech that wasn't able to do something similar to a design I wanted. Based on the google reviews,I heard he was good at designs. Customers were please with his service and their designs they asked for.
Unfortunately not for me. Won't be returning to nail place….
