The nicest nails I've ever had! I cannot stress how amazing they did on my nails. They looked exactly like the reference photo I used and the technician took her time and provided so much attention and care to the details. They even cut my cuticles, which I didn't even know you could do! I never get my nails done unless it's a very special occasion, but I will definitely be coming back! I also got my eyebrows done and they fit them perfectly to my face shape. It was the least painful eyebrow wax I've had so far-even the underside near my eyelid barely hurt. Very clean environment and they were so considerate. Prices were great, probably half of what I've paid in the past for much shorter nails. One of the male workers at this store caused a major scene when doing my friends pedicure, she stated that she did not like the thickness of the french tip and instead of redoing it he blew up and told her “you’re too picky, if you don’t like it go to another store” then he stated that he wasn’t doing her nails anymore and left her toes half finished, he then went back and forth with her and threatened to kick her out when she rightfully got upset, Kim however who was working on my pedicure did a great job and even offered to redo my friends nails, the owner also offered her the chance to come back and get them redone free of charge. it was a lovely establishment however our experience was completely spoiled by this one worker. We also believe that he may have accidentally cut one of her toes as you can see a red blotch under her nail that continued to spread….

I will start by saying that the salon seemed very busy which you always like to see, and everyone was very outgoing and kind. I wear acrylic nails, and prefer nail polish over gel polish, but as you can imagine, I am almost always convinced to put gel on my nails. I needed a fill, and had one nail that needed to be replaced. The fill and polish deserves five stars. The nail she replaced, however, is crooked, even after I pointed it out and she said she could shape it when filing … still crooked. I am glad they weren’t doing a full set because they would probably all look like the one she replaced, however, Holly did a great job trying to listen to my request and attempting to please her customer. That said, not exactly what I was going for, but not too far off. $52+tip seems a bit expensive……

Just Awful. If I could give it a lower rating I would. My husband and I have been going here to get pedicures since this location opened. We went the day before Easter Sunday and had the worst experience possible. My feet have been cut four times. I have pictures, We were rushed out of there, even though they were not busy. My husband had to come home and trim his own nails and I have paint all over my toes. The worst part about the experience was when I called the owner to let him know the sub par treatment that we received, I had to argue with him, because he insisted that he had never heard there was a complaint and he did not know who did our nails. This was despite the fact that we called and left a message and had someone call us back and we were given the names of the people who did our pedicures. I literally had to argue with THE OWNER for 20 minutes on the phone. Never once was I told I am so sorry you had an unfortunate experience. I was told to, “prove it.” This is by far the worst pedicure experience that my husband and I have ever had to endure. After spending thousand dollars at this establishment, I would’ve expected better treatment. It cost nothing to provide excellence and care and treatment that is commensurate to the money I’ve spent….

I got a French Manicure but noticed My Cuticles were nicked an I bleed. Nails don't look good with red blood on your fingers. I did not have a good experience with this salon. I just moved to this area from Bonita Springs and tried this salon on a whim. It took 3 hours and 15 minutes for my pedicure and dip powder, the pedicure did not even get hot stones or a good massage. My dip powder service was interrupted three times. After 4 days I broke a pinky nail and on day 5 I broke a ring finger nail. Cheap powder was used. My previous powder was on for 4.5 weeks no issue. Hoping to find a better salon nearby….

I can't even express how disappointed I am. Anyone who knows a little about nails would know how wrong this is. Is it so hard to get a certificate that is not fake? I swear these ladies learn on spot. I wish I could talk to an owner after paying 50$ just for the refill! But that's not the problem if the nails were decent. The people at this place were incredibly rude. I had been camping for a month and knew my nails were a little bit rough. The guy told me it look like I hadn’t done my nails in 10 years. Terrible experience here. I came in for an acrylic removal and manicure. The tech took 30 minutes to remove 6 acrylic nails and she continued to burn me with the tool. She was going SO fast and couldn’t understand a word I was saying. She cut my cuticles open to the point they were bleeding. She then put some powder on it to stop the bleeding which caused my whole finger to turn orange. I ended up leaving in the middle of the appointment. I will never recommend this place to any friends or family….
