I walked in. I asked wax, pedicure and manicure. I was asked if I wanted gel. I said no gel just French pedicure, clean my hand nails and wax. I was asked gel again the moment I said no the gel the service turned a scam.
I got charge $80 they were supposed to scrub, exfoliate, message, wrap my feet, massage to relax and wine and color of my choice for $50. The guy barely touch me he rub my feet wrapped in the towel cut and polish. He did my manicure no massage a little girl next to me received better service then me because got gel on her hands. The guy complete forgot about my eyebrows and thank God other wise probably will be looking hideous. Never offer the wine or water nothing. This place charge more and provide less than the regular services from other nail salons around the area….

I recently had an exceptional experience at Diamond Nails located in the Shoppes at Orangetree in Naples, FL. I decided to treat myself to the Deluxe Package pedicure on a Friday morning around 9 am, and it exceeded my expectations in every way.

Firstly, I was seated right away, even without an appointment, thanks to their 10-pedicure stations and plenty of staff. They gave me ample time to soak my feet in comfortably warm water, which set the tone for a relaxing visit.

My technician, whose name I believe was Hannah or Anna, was amazing. Despite a slight language barrier, her skills shone through. She began with a thorough exfoliation, clipping my nails straight across to prevent ingrown toenails, and meticulously tending to my cuticles, ensuring they were in top shape. She even removed hidden gunk between my nails and skin with ease and painlessly attended to my rough feet.

What truly stood out was her attentiveness to my specific requests. Not every technician takes the time to listen and deliver exactly what you want.

Adding to the pampering experience, they offered an incredible paraffin hot wax treatment and hot towel treatment, which were incredibly relaxing and made me feel even more rejuvenated.

The massage provided was another highlight. Being a bigger guy, I deeply appreciated the deep and relaxing massage offered by Hannah/Anna. It was the perfect finishing touch.

In terms of hygiene, I was pleased to see that all equipment used was sterilized and sealed in packages. Safety and cleanliness are clearly priorities here.

Price-wise, the Deluxe Pedicure was very reasonable at only $40, and the functional chair with a good full-body massage feature was an added bonus.

The only minor drawback was the background noise from the radio and commercials playing in the salon. If you prefer complete tranquility, consider bringing your own music.

In conclusion, Diamond Nails at Shoppes at Orangetree in Naples, FL, offers an outstanding pedicure experience. The attentive staff, excellent hygiene standards, reasonable prices, and the addition of the paraffin hot wax and hot towel treatments, as well as the expert care provided by Hannah/Anna, make it a top-notch choice for self-care. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and highly recommend requesting Hannah/Anna for a truly exceptional experience….

I was very disappointed, my nails are full of imperfection and most important thing they don’t have any kind of vent in the table, so you will breathe all the dust of your gel while they are working on your hand, and your clothes will be covered in dust too. That’s unacceptable! Also, in each table is written “please leave us a 5 star review” so that’s why all this 5 star review. It’s a pity because the salon looks good and the staff is nice.

After the answer I got from the staff, I want to add some photos to prove that I’m not doing bad reviews just for fun. I always have been honest. Here are my nails, each one with imperfection. Unfortunately, I did not take photo at the table without the vent, but I’m sure that is pretty obvious for any client to see that I’m not lying. If you want to be a 5 star salon it’s not enough to ask for reviews, you have to deserve it….

The reason why there are so my 5 star reviews is because the owner gives you $5 off for a good review not because of the services. Believe the low star reviews those are very accurate. Jennie did my manicure and another lady my pedicure. The pedicure was extremely fast and I think she only did one coat that's why it chipped already. The salon is clean but their dip colors aren't modern nor alot of options. There's a male technician who always tries to upsell the older clientele and it pisses me off since he's trying to take advantage. Overall I won't be coming back. Asked for a color to match what i had on already. I was shown a book and chose 61 a very dark brown. She applied one coat said it would darken after another coat. 2nd coat, still not dark. I showed her my toes, which still had the previous matching color. So she chose another color to add brown on top. I had no desire to argue. My bad! Because I let her put extra layers of colors on it's already chipping off after 4 days, And that is on acrylic nails….

I have gone to this place multiple times before and normally don't have an issue. My nails turn out pretty good, but this time I was really disappointed with the experience. The woman doing my nails was very slow, and did not properly file down the edges. If my nails are done properly, they can last me 3-4 weeks. I know these nails won't even last me 2, because one they start growing out, the uneven edges will start chipping .

I also hate how thick the nails are. They look messy and chunky. When I asked for the nails to be thinned out, she told me I should have told her at the beginning so she would do only 2 layers of dip not 3. In my opinion, this does not matter. I have gone to multiple places where even if they do 3 coats and when I asked for it to be thinned out, they do it with the filing machine. So that was also irritating to me.

So I am definitely disappointed with my experience. I still tipped her for her efforts, but I was not content….

Add me to the list of reviewers who listed multiple reasons why this is the best or one of the best experiences they’ve had at a nail salon. Today was my first time getting a mani-pedi there, (I chose it because I looked up most highly rated google reviews. This turned out to be one of the times I could trust the reviews).
The space is extremely clean, they use liners for pedicure baths, sanitized packs of tools, there is plexiglass between technician and customer for manicures, it’s a very safe and comfortable salon. (And very reasonably priced for the service I received).
Randy was the tech who did my nails today. He was the best, a real PRO; he did an amazingly thorough and detailed job of my nails and is an unusually good natured tech. I HIGHLY recommend this salon….

I called for a walk in and they took me instantly. the place is a small hole in the wall. the staff seem close and are all kind. the girl who gave me a pedicure did a great job they lasted well. i had my nails done and was shocked at how attentive the guy was to making sure every nail was exact and perfect. I normally cant sit still long but appreciated his attentive care. Do not go here unless you can speak Spanish came here twice now to be given the run around because the girls working here don’t know any English at all. They were not answering the phones either, because they do not speak English. I did see them have a customer who was bilingual answer and translate for them.
